Chapter 124 A NEW WEAPON

Chapter 124 A NEW WEAPON

LUNA LEENA POV (Trapped Inside)

I woke up screaming inside my own mind. Gotham stretched my arms high above my head, letting out a long, satisfied sigh as the morning sunlight touched my skin. She stood naked in front of the large mirror in the royal chambers, turning my body slowly from side to side. My hands her hands now ran down my breasts, my waist, my hips, caressing every curve like she was admiring a new possession.

“Beautiful,” she whispered in that haunting, multi-layered voice. “So much potential. So much strength hidden in this soft skin.”

I screamed at her from the darkness inside me.

Stop! This is my body! Get out of me! She ignored me completely. She walked to the wardrobe and chose a dark, short gown made of black silk. The fabric clung tightly to my body, the neckline plunging low between my breasts and the hem stopping high on my thighs. She looked at herself again in the mirror and smiled with my lips a cold, seductive smile I would never make. She had asked the maids to change the entire wardrobe to her taste and all of my clothes are gone already.

“Perfect,” she murmured. “Now they will see their new queen properly.”

She turned and left the room without another word. My bare feet felt the cold stone floor, but I had no control. Every step she took felt like another piece of my soul was being crushed.

…….

The dining hall was already prepared. The long table was filled with food fresh bread, fruits, roasted meat, and warm milk. The children were brought in by frightened maids. Ryker, Thorne, and Elara looked exhausted and scared. When they saw me, their eyes widened with a mix of hope and fear.

“Mummy?” Elara whispered, taking a small step forward.

Gotham sat at the head of the table and crossed my legs. She smiled coldly.

“Sit down,” she ordered.

The children climbed into their chairs quietly. Damian entered moments later. His eyes were red and tired. He looked at me with so much pain that I wanted to cry. But Gotham only smirked.

“Eat,” she commanded, waving my hand at the food. “We have a busy day ahead of us.”

The children started eating silently. Elara kept glancing at me with hopeful eyes. Ryker was the first to speak.

“You are not our mummy,” he said bravely, though his voice shook. “Our real mummy would never look at us like this.”

Gotham laughed softly. She reached out and grabbed Elara’s chin with my fingers, forcing the little girl to look up at her.

“Your real mummy was weak,” she said sweetly. “She cried too much. She let everyone walk over her. I am stronger. You should be grateful I took this body.”

Elara’s eyes filled with tears. “I want my mummy back…”

“Clean that tears now, I hate weakness” Gotham said angrily.

Thorne slammed his small hands on the table. “Stop it! You’re scaring her!”

Gotham’s eyes flashed bright red. She raised my hand and an invisible force pushed Thorne back hard in his chair. He gasped but didn’t fall. Damian quickly went to hold him and check if he is okay.

“They are your kids, you shouldn't be treated them like that” Damian yelled at me. He looks like he wanted to fight me but was keeping calm but Gotham ignore him. His focus were still in the kids.

“Speak to me like that again,” she warned coldly, “and I will lock all three of you in a dark room until you learn respect.”

The children started crying. Elara sobbed loudly while Thorne held her tightly. Ryker glared at her with angry tears in his eyes.

I screamed inside my mind, fighting desperately against the walls that trapped me.

Stop hurting them! They are my babies! Please!

Gotham ignored me. She simply smiled and continued eating as if nothing was wrong.

Damian stood up suddenly, his chair scraping loudly against the floor.

“Enough,” he growled, his voice shaking with barely controlled rage. “They are only children. Leave them alone.”

Gotham turned my head toward him slowly. She stood up and walked around the table until she stood right in front of him. She ran my fingers down his chest slowly, then grabbed his shirt and pulled him closer.

“You forget your place, pet,” she whispered. “I own this body now. I own this pack. And if you keep challenging me, I will make your precious children watch while I break you.”

Damian’s jaw tightened. I could see the pain and helplessness in his eyes. He looked at the crying children and forced himself to sit back down. His hands were clenched into fists so tight his knuckles turned white.

The rest of breakfast was silent except for the sound of Elara’s quiet sobs. I kept screaming inside, begging Gotham to stop, but she only enjoyed their fear.

…….

Later that morning, Gotham called the elders and senior guards to the throne room. They arrived quickly, their faces filled with unease. The hall was tense as they stood before the throne.

Gotham sat on the big chair like she owned the world. She crossed my legs and looked down at them with glowing red eyes.

“I have called you here to inform you of the new changes,” she announced, her powerful multi-voice echoing through the room. “This pack has become too soft. Too lazy. Too weak. That ends today.”

She stood up and began walking slowly in front of them, my dark gown swaying with every step.

“From tomorrow, working hours will be longer. Every wolf must contribute more. Those who complain or show laziness will be publicly punished. We will begin training a new elite army. Only the strongest will be chosen. The weak will serve the strong.”

One of the elders, stepped forward with a frown.

“This is too harsh,” he said boldly. “Our people have lived in peace for years. You cannot do this” He said.

“I think I need to teach you old wolves some lesson, when I I talked, I don't need you interfering in it. I have already make up my mind and no one is going to stop me, that will be the last time I will be challenged because I am not a very patient person” She said and went out going straight into her room. She remembers the fears on the people face and smile.

Get out! This is my body! My life! Give it back!

Gotham didn’t even flinch. She simply laughed softly inside my head, a low, mocking sound that vibrated through my trapped consciousness.

Weak little wolf. You had your chance. Now watch me rule.

…..

Later that afternoon, the children were brought before me. My heart shattered into pieces when I saw them.

Ryker, Thorne, and Elara stood close together, holding hands. Their small faces were pale and filled with fear. Elara’s eyes were red from crying.

Gotham smiled coldly and beckoned them closer with my finger.

“Come here, little ones. My babies, How about we hang out together, what did you think”

They hesitated. Ryker stepped forward first, trying to be brave.

“You are not our mummy,” he said, his voice shaking but determined. “We want our real mummy back.”

Gotham’s eyes flashed brighter red. She raised my hand. An invisible force slammed into the children, knocking them backward onto the cold floor. Elara cried out in pain.

“You will learn respect,” Gotham said sharply. “Or I will lock you away until you do.”

Thorne quickly covered Elara with his small body while Ryker glared up at her with angry tears.

I screamed louder than ever, throwing every bit of my will against the prison inside me. For one desperate moment, my real voice broke through.

“Run…” I managed to whisper through my own lips. “Run away…”

Gotham’s control snapped back instantly. She slapped my own face hard, the sound echoing through the hall.

“Quiet!” she hissed angrily and stormed off leaving the kids there.

……

I was fighting with everything I had left.

Inside the darkness of my own mind, I threw myself against the invisible walls again and again, desperate to regain even one small part of my body. For a brief moment, my finger twitched. My real voice almost broke through.

Damian… it’s me…

But Gotham laughed cruelly and slammed me back with brutal force. The push sent me spiraling deeper into the darkness. I felt like I was drowning.

You are pathetic, she whispered inside my head. This body is mine now. I will take everything from you. Your mate. Your children. Your pack. Watch me.

I screamed in rage and helplessness, but no sound came out.

The door to the royal chambers burst open. Damian stormed in, his face red with fury. He must have heard what Gotham had done to the children earlier.

“Leena!” he shouted angrily. “What the hell is wrong with you? You hurt our children! You pushed them down like they were nothing! Have you lost your mind?!”

Gotham stood up slowly from the bed. I was completely naked. Damian’s angry words died in his throat the moment he saw me. His eyes widened, moving over my bare body before he forced them back to my face.

Gotham smiled with my lips and walked toward him slowly, hips swaying. She ran my fingers down his chest, tracing the lines of his muscles.

“I missed you,” she whispered seductively, her voice soft and sweet like mine used to be. “Come here, my love. Let me make it up to you.”

Inside, I was screaming louder than ever.

No! Don’t touch him! Damian, please don’t let her!

Gotham whispered to me privately, her voice dripping with malice. Once I sleep with him, I will be able to manipulate him completely. He will become my permanent slave. Forever.

The thought filled me with horror. I fought harder, trying to push her back, trying to stop my own body from moving closer to him. But she was too strong.

Gotham leaned in, pressing my naked body against his. She tilted my head up and moved in for a kiss, my lips almost touching his.

At the last second, Damian turned his head away. He grabbed my shoulders and pushed me back firmly, though gently enough not to hurt me.

“No,” he said, his voice low and pained. “You are not her. I can feel my real mate. This is not Leena. I know my wife.”

Gotham’s eyes flashed bright red with anger. My hands clenched into tight fists at my sides. The rage inside her inside me was overwhelming.

“You dare reject me?” she hissed, her multi-layered voice turning cold and dangerous.

Damian stood his ground, breathing hard. His eyes were filled with heartbreak, but also determination.

“I will get my Leena back,” he said firmly. “No matter what it takes.”

I kept fighting inside, tears falling in the darkness of my prison. For one tiny moment, I felt a spark of hope. Damian still believed in me. He still knew me.

But Gotham laughed softly, a terrifying sound that echoed through my head.

We shall see about that, pet.

She turned angrily and walked back toward the bed, her hips still swaying with that seductive confidence. But halfway across the room, a sharp, stabbing pain suddenly exploded in my lower belly. It was so intense that my legs gave out instantly.

Gotham gasped and fell hard to the floor, landing on my knees. She grabbed my stomach with both hands, breathing heavily. The pain kept coming in waves, twisting and burning deep inside.

“What… what is this?” she muttered, my voice strained.

Another wave of pain hit, even stronger. Gotham doubled over, pressing my hands harder against my belly. Then her eyes widened in shock.

“A pup…” she whispered, almost disbelieving. “There is a pup growing inside this body.”

She stayed on the floor for a long moment, one hand still clutching my stomach while the other supported her weight. A slow, dangerous smile spread across my face as the realization settled in.

“Interesting,” Gotham murmured, her multi-layered voice filled with dark amusement. “The weak wolf was carrying a child. This changes everything.”

Inside my own mind, I was screaming in horror and joy at the same time.

A pup… Damian’s child… Our baby…

But I was still trapped. Still powerless. Gotham slowly pushed my body up from the floor, one hand resting protectively over my belly as she stood.

She laughed softly, a chilling sound that echoed through the room.

“This body just became even more valuable,” she said. “A child of Alpha blood. I will raise it to serve me. And when the time comes… I will use it to break your precious mate completely.”

She walked back to the bed and lay down, still cradling my belly with one hand. The pain had eased slightly, but the reality of what was happening hit me like a storm.

I was pregnant. And Gotham now had one more weapon to use against everyone I loved.
