Underworld
Azrael
“What is she?” Azrael asked.
Sahir’s hollowness deepens.
“The children of the earth, the Elements of creation. Light, love, life. She is life, the flower of life. The manifestation of life, she has ascended,” Sahir takes him and puts something on it.
“Tell her as I promised,” Sahir walked passed Azrael.
Azrael looked down at what it was, surprised he turned but Sahir and Aris, bounded in shadows, were both gone. He was standing alone, surrounded by snow and clouds alone.
The flower of life, A balance, He brought her death, and she brought him back to life. She chooses him. No matter how much she loved life. She loved him more; whatever he had lost thousands of years ago came back a thousandfold in the way she smiled at him and held on to him even though the reasons were not apparent at that time, either to him or her. It was the spark of life. When he first met her, he saw her eyes and took her to her previous life on the boat. He wanted her to live.

Natasha
The Underworld standstill and the guardians stop in their tracks. Ferrymen stop the boats in mid-journey, the souls in line, and the guardians’ eyes; all their eyes fixed on the horizon as the light broke from it. The dark sky is lit in orange, blue color. The rays hit the barren land right in front of their eyes, taking the form of a woman. With an olive golden complexion, an angelic oval face appears once the sunlight is shaded and her dark almond eyes open, red lips parted as took a deep breath, dark chocolate brown hairs waving down to her back was caught in the wind with the trail of her long dress. No guardian, no celestial looked that beautiful.
The light broke from the horizon behind her like a halo over her. They all watched her breathlessly as the Sun rose in the underworld, breaking the darkness and illuminating her world, her life as the sunlight danced on Natasha’s skin and the golden strands glowed in her brown hair. The edges of her face shaped and her cheeks flushed. She runs through the sea of souls and guardians, breaking the line. Some guardians tried to stop her, but she didn’t stop. Where ever bare feet touch the ground, the light shine, and the barren land turn green, the earth breath to life. Grass grew, plants sprouted, and flowers bloomed; it spread.
Natasha looks around at everyone staring at her; she remembers everything. She knew this place, but something was a miss; there was light in her, and she turned her breathing to see the Sun rising. Natasha has to find Azrael. She came to a halt; it felt like she had run for miles coming to a place there was one. The bare land stretched, nothing in sight. She was near the river that doesn’t flow, by the side where the strange boat is tied. She remembers the ride she took in it.
“You are beautiful,” He whispered.
She turned back, and the sunlight illuminated Azrael to her. She could feel her heart racing with his and his eyes looking at her with utter abandonment and adoration, beautifully capturing her in his gaze.
The spell broke as she averted her gaze, coming to her senses. She is in the underworld, and Azrael will take her. He would…she stepped back. She remembered her last moments, until the last moment, he didn’t respond to her feelings.
Azrael saw her expression changing.
“Natasha,” He moves towards her.
“You will take me to the Realm of Light,” her words were broken just as she feels in the moments.
She tried to step back, unaware that the whole underworld was in two, one where she stood, and the earth was alive behind her, and the second where he stood a barren side. Azrael gazed at her enthralling; where else would he look now? It made no sense; his reasons before pushing her away to try to do right by her were all for nothing. Instead, he was unable to see what she truly wanted.
“I am sorry,” He said.
Natasha met his gaze; there was something different about him; his eyes were sapphire blue with no red sigh. She frowns in confusion; what is he apologizing for? There is nothing that could be done anyway—a lump forms in her throat.
Azrael closes him, torment flashing in his face. He will be punished if he doesn’t take her. Natasha remembers Sahir’s words.
The fire will come for him. It is not his fault.
“I know, I know you have, too,” Natasha tried not to shake. “I am ready,” She swallows.
It was agony to see her dying, but to see her let go of her wishes for him, is somehow more unbearable.
“I am death; my existence has nothing to offer,” He steps forwards toward her.
“It never mattered,” Natasha said, her voice thick with emotion. She steps forward to him.
“It was lifeless here,”
“The only thing matter is you are here,” She said, one last maybe she could. She raises her hand to touch Azrael, and he closes his eyes.
“Do you truly feel lifeless?” She asked.
“This is most peculiar, is it not?” He slid from her grip and grabbed her arms, pulling her closer. She was warm, alive, flushed, and in his arms, A soul free from the circle of life and death.
She was now a celestial, like him.
“Near you, I don’t feel it; I feel like what I once was. I feel alive,” Azrael held her face to him, and her breath hitched to see the warmth in his eyes; She could finally see him, feel him.
“When I thought you were gone, for a moment. I didn’t know how I would pass the eternity,”
Is he saying what she is hearing? She stops breathing.
“Now I know, even if I have taken you on my terms. I would never,” Azrael shook his head, “I would have never let you pass the underworld,”
“Azrael..” She breathes.
“I would have never done it, even if the fire had come for me,” He leaned his head to her forehead.
“You are mine; you are not going anywhere. I won’t allow you to step back,”
Natasha chuckled, tears falling from her eyes.
“I am not, I won’t, I would never step back,”
He slid his fingers and tugged her hair behind her ear, but She was unaware of anything but him. He touched her cheek; She leaned into him further. A feeling of complete absolution washes over her. She closes her eyes, and his forehead rests on hers.
“I don’t want to go anywhere else,” She said in a whisper as his lips touched hers. She feels sucked into a different world. The sunlight burst and took over the darkness of the other half of the underworld.
Natasha and Azrael disappeared from the riverside.
Azrael’s hand traveled down to her waist, pulling her impossibly closer; their breath mingled as his lips moved in sync with hers. She felt his torment in his kiss as he pulled on her lower lip, and she felt his desire, insatiable as hers, as his lips pressed harder, soft, gentle, but demanding. It was strange, she was more aware of him and everything around them, but at the same time…it was all so fast. She was afraid that She would lose it all at once. Azrael’s lips traveled down to her neck; she felt her insides clench in anticipation. In another moment, before She could draw another breath, she was pressed against a bed; shocked, she tried to focus to see where exactly they were, but his kiss rendered her thoughts thread-less, and his scent of the last amber in the snow all around her. He covers her body with hers. She wraps her arms around him with urgency. His lips crashed to hers again with force, and She felt herself floating and then being snapped back in. He groaned; his tongue invaded her mouth, and his hand slid under her dress. She reached for his shirt, which was still stained with her blood. He intervenes his fingers with hers, pulling away as she stares at it. He met her eyes.
“Do you want to stop?”
“No, no,” she pulled him closer, “Don’t stop, stay with me,” she craved for him for so long; she wanted to feel him in every way.
“I am here,” He whispered husky, urgent, and met her eyes. His eyes were stark blue.
“I….” He swallowed her words with the fierce force of his lips. He pushed the sleeves of her dress down to the shoulder, pulling her dress down delicately, revealing every bit of her, he pulled away to look, and her nipples tightened, and goosebumps erupted. She felt the heat gather between her thighs, turning into an ache. She could feel everything like she was human, yet she felt more. Every touch was intense; every current in her cells stroked the ache in her core.
Azrael kissed, bit, and licked her neck. She moaned and felt the blood in her veins rush, shooting an electric sensation in her nerves. She arched her back for more. She notices a stony structure around them, but her eyes close quickly at the feel as his teeth pull on her sensitive flesh. Natasha laced her fingers in his hair as she pressed her hips closer to him.
“Come here,” She gasped, pulling him up and kissing him. He pulled away.
She saw the desire flaring up in his eyes with every note as he slipped her out of her dress. She bit her lips; he was too far away, and her breath was heavy. She wanted to call out to him, but…
“You are beautiful,” He whispered, running his hand from her ankle to her thigh. She moaned at the sensation of his hand on her heated sensitive skin; he stopped at her hip. She reached for him, and he cupped her breast. She gasped silently as the current shot straight to her core.
“Come closer,” she said in a breathy voice.
He grabbed the back of her neck, pulling her to him and pressing their bodies together; she felt his pulsing desire pressed against her throbbing core. She slid her hand to his tan rusted muscular biceps, realizing he was out of his clothes. Wonderful. He stilled, meeting her eyes, her breathing ragged and every pulse in her demanding his attention. He pressed his other hand from her neck to her breast, squeezing, kneading, and stroking. He caressed her cheeks, and at last. She leaned into his soft touch. Azrael stopped for a moment looking at her; she squirmed under his intense yet tender gaze and licked her lips. He held one hand between them near their heart while his other hand traced her face gently, his tenderness piercing an acute pressure in her heart, but it was not pain.
“I almost forgot; Happy Birthday,”
She couldn’t help it, her eyes widened, and She snorted.
That caught his attention; he looked at her. The delight mixed with desire in his eyes was infectious. He leaned into her as She raised her head a little closer and threaded her hand into his soft black hair but rough at the end. She smiles, sniffling a laugh.
“What are you laughing about?” He skimmed his lips, from her lips to her cheeks, down to her neck, retaking her breath, and his hands roamed further, stroking her tender center, and he pressed his hardness to her core.
“What?” He asked her huskily, “I can not wish you,”
“Right now, I have mixed feelings….” His finger enters her. Natasha’s laugh turned into moaning at the ached building and pressure that gave her somewhat relief, wrapping her arms and legs around him. She pulled him closer.
“I…oh!” his kisses travel down.
She arched her back to feel him for more friction, and he complied.
“What is so funny about me wishing you?” His words vibrated through her. She opened her mouth, but her eyes rolled back as he twisted her nipple deliciously. His tongue back to the other breast created a delicious sensation hitting her right at her core. She pressed harder against him. He pulled her over him, aligned with her.
Azrael’s heated mouth fondled her breast.
“You were saying?” Azrael’s eyes look up in challenge as his words vibrate against her, and she breathes harder.
“I am in the underworld.” She bends closer to him and whispers. He pulled her into a hard kiss, his hand to her throbbing pulse to her breast. His lips from his hand.
“You seem alive to me,” He breaths against her, his lips grazing her stomach to her navel. She arches her back, her nails digging into his shoulder. Losing the train of her thoughts as his tongue made contact with her bare flesh, she shivered and moaned.
She skimmed her fingers on his chest. His skin seemed warm and radiating heat to the touch, mingling with hers; it was otherworldly. Azrael’s muscles tensed at her touch, and he groaned. He grabbed her wrists and pinned her down to the bed again.
“What…?”
“Your touch is too overwhelming,”
She looked into his eyes; he looked pained. He squeezed his eyes shut. She grew worried.
“What…” Natasha begins to ask. He leaned away.
“My heart…” his veins appeared against his skin, and his eyes met hers wide. Natasha touched where he was, clutching his hand to his chest. She felt it, a beat. His heart…but before she could form another word. He kissed her with unexpected urgency. It scorched her to her bones.
“Please,” She can not take it anymore; the ache feels like it will destroy her.
“It will destroy me,” He echoes her thought.
“You will destroy me,” He took her face in his hand, and he came to his knees, pulling her to him and her one arm came around his neck while he held her, “I would be nothing except yours; I never thought it was possible,”
“And yet…” She laid her to his heart.
Azrael now beating heart, neither of them noticed it before what had come to pass, but the idea of it alone left her feeling so powerful, it was intoxicating.
“And yet…” His eyes met hers, and he kissed her again, so softly, so fiercely. She threaded her fingers into his hair, pulling him to her harder and matching the fierceness from her lips, pouring her longing, her fears, and her desire. She felt the kiss down to her toes until they curled. He pulled away from her breathlessly.
“I want you,” She touched him. They were bare to each other, vulnerable, open, and with nothing to hide.
His arms came around her; She felt him bare against her, skin to skin, flesh to flesh, and nothing on this earth could beat that feeling as he gently pushed her down to bed, covering her body with his. His eyes locked with hers, his fingers thread to her hair, stroking so softly she melted into his touch.
Their lips met halfway; he growled and pinned her hands, the kiss turned deeper and possessive with fierceness, and their tongues danced together for domination. Like he wanted to absorb her very soul, and maybe he is. He released her lips, and She shuddered in pleasure, his lips trailing down. He sucked and licked, building the ache inside her to no return. She gasped, moaned, and writhed under him. His hand roamed down, touching her, stroking her everywhere, and no part of her hadn’t felt his lips. His tongue flicked just below her belly button, and She arched her back for more.
“Azrael!” She moaned. She looked down at him; the red in his eyes looked aflame, almost like an animal. She touched his shoulder, grabbing him. In a flash, he was over her.
“Say it again,” He demanded over her lips; he left heated kisses down to her neck and pressed closer to her.
“Azrael,” She wrapped her legs around him, inviting him in. She felt him against her core aching for him.
“Are you sure?” He asked, his voice rasping.
She touched his heart, feeling it coming back to life. She didn’t know how it was happening, but it made her feel powerful.
She smiled. She nodded, and Azrael’s lips came to hers again, and he thrust; her mouth fell open as he filled her, and the indescribable feeling as he entered washed over her, heated and raw, something that no mortal can be prepared for. Feeling him inside her took over; his tongue circled hers taking her moans, her gasp, and the sound of her pleasure. His hand roamed down her breast to her back, stroking, caressing, easing her to him as he kissed her harder and slowly settled himself in. She gasped as She felt him fully, and then he moved, first slower as his lips traveled down to her neck, and She breathed heavier. She felt a tear escaping her eyes at the pleasure of feeling him moving inside her.
She was burning; this time, it was not the fire; it was him, and felt incredible. She was not aware of her existence. She gasped as their bodies started to slide against each other. It was nothing after this, but She didn’t want anything but this. His thrust grew faster and harder; She wrapped her arms around his shoulder. Her nails dug into his skin; She moaned, a strange sensation of feeling relieved and the pressure increasing at the same time. All She wanted was to feel more, more and more of him. She pulled him for a kiss; she felt sweat tickle down her spine, and what she felt more was the pleasure of being just at the reach and meeting every hard thrust of his with her own. She moaned soundlessly, he growled against her neck, and his hand cupped her thighs, moving up around his waist so he could go deeper. She felt the pressure on the highest peak. In a heartbeat, She could feel everything, every sensation driving and moving in her blood, throbbing in her veins. The heat is like wildfire spreads under her skin, and she explodes in absolute pleasure as it all comes undone.
She saw his face letting himself go and then consuming her with his kiss.
