Xane POV

Elder Shane its Xane from the Wildfire pack. "Alpha Xane I didn't expect to hear from you so soon." I wish it was for a better reason but unfortunately, it's about Chase. "I should have known it would be something to do with that ba**ard." I explain all that Brianna told us and Elder Shane is again appalled by this wolf's actions. "When will we be attacking Alpha, I assume it will be sooner than later." Yes, we plan on attacking at night fall tomorrow. I hang up turning to Sarah and Emma. Elder Shane and the Elder's warriors will be here tomorrow to attack Chase and the rogues. "I can't believe what a monster he is killing Cassie and Neal" Sarah says starting to cry again. I know my love and he will pay for all he has done. Xander POV

I hear Emma come into the bathroom while I'm in the shower. How is everything precious with Sarah? I turn to find Emma taking off her clothes and my questions die on my lips. Elder Shane

We arrive at the Wildfire pack to meet with Xane before dinner time. The patrol guards lead me to the office where Xane and Xander are waiting. We begin to discuss our strategy to take the cottages where Chase has stationed his so-called pack. After all I heard today from Xane, I have also sent a guard to arrest Luna Alyssa for her part in the deaths of Alpha Neal and Luna Cassie. As we finish our discussion Xane receives a mind link that the southern border is under attack from what appears to be Chase's warriors and rogues. I guess the ba**ard is bringing the fight to us. We all head from the office. Emma and Sarah will remain with some of the Wildfire warriors to protect the pack.

Xander POV

We run in wolf form as fast as we can to the southern border but what we find is incredible. The warriors that had defected with Chase are fighting alongside our warriors against the rogues. After about twenty minutes all the rogues are dead, and we only have a few wounded warriors. A warrior who I assume to be a somewhat ranked member of Chase's pack walks up to myself and Xane followed by the other warriors. They bare their necks in submission and he begins to speak. "Alpha and Beta we do not wish to fight with Chase any longer." "We apologize for what happened, but we thought our Alpha was being wronged but we know better now." We understand and we appreciate the fact that you stood with us against the rogues. "We are glad we could help but honestly our group was just a diversion for their primary goal." Xane growls "their, who's their I thought we were just talking Chase here." "His cousin is just as warped as he is, he killed my brother for fun." "He wants Sarah as much as Chase wants Emma." Both Xane and I let out an earth-shattering growl. Where are they now, I demand to know. "They are attacking the pack house as we speak to take Emma and Sarah with them, we need to get there before they are successful" Kevin says. "I fear what they will do to them if they get them alone." I don't let him finish the thought before we all take off back toward the pack house.

Emma POV

I am sitting in the kitchen with Sarah while the warriors are patrolling around the pack house in case anyone makes it this far. Sarah how are you feeling today? "Nauseas but I'm managing the best I can." Remember the crackers and ginger ale, that really helped me. She smiles and I get up to get us some tea while we wait. We both are full of nerves thinking about Xane and Xander out there with that lunatic. I turn back to Sarah and drop the cup that I was holding. Benjamin is standing behind her with his arm around her neck and Satan himself is standing next to him. I put my hand on my belly as Chase smiles like he has won. How did you get here? "I told you, you were mine love, and nothing can change that." He walks towards me and grabs me by the throat. The last thing I see is that sick smile and I say a prayer to the Moon Goddess that Xander comes back before he takes us.
