CHAPTER 89

**Kapittel 89**

**"God, pull yourself together, Hades!"** Allison groaned while trying to stand straight and firm, keeping herself and Hades from falling onto the resort's shiny marbled floor. Biting her lower lip, she gripped on his thick wrist arm and hard waist and straightened her stance. "We're almost near the bed," she murmured, encouraging herself and also the man she was struggling to drag with her. It was a long and bumpy walk from the spot where they drank and played Truth or Dare with the clique back to the resort without even falling into the pool of sand. The man was huge, brawny, and heavy and her small frame was nothing against it, that's why she considered it a huge miracle to arrive at the resort with no trips and falls.

"Uhh..." Hades, who had his heavy arm coiled around her shoulder for support, slurred. His mind was completely oblivious of everything around him but only the woman beside him, struggling to keep them both upright. With his dizzy vision, he laid his eyes on the woman, his beautiful woman. The man's luscious lips formed into a goofy smile. "Allison, babyy~" he sang that rendered her to roll her eyes at him in vexation and tell herself internally to just ignore him.

She took a profound step forward and mused what had happened earlier, which caused her neck to heat up and her cheeks to glow red. Right after this man's unforgettable perverted confession, the whole squad cheered and teased them both. They went down a few more shots, dares, and truths until the bottle's brim pointed at Estelle for the very first time, they thought she was going to choose between Truth or Dare but they all gasped in uttered shock when the girl's eyes suddenly went over her head and her body soon fell on the sand. And that was the end of their Truth or Dare drinking session.

"There!" she cried out and threw him on the soft, king-sized Californian bed with all her strength, earning a small groan from him. She felt her muscles relax moments later, making her sigh in relief. It was finally time to freshen up.

Allison took one last glance at Hades, who was snoring with all his heart out, before stealthily sauntering towards the bathroom to do her nightly rituals. When she was finished, she wrapped her body with a thick, white bathrobe then made her way to the walking closet. Not expecting to see a set of women's clothing in it, as the suite belonged to Hades. She ignored all the possible reasons behind it and wore the loveliest pair of nightgown and underwear, a ginger clad that matched her red locks with scrupulously made laces. Finally fixing herself on the dressing mirror, she heartily smiled at her reflection while applying some cream on her face when a set of thoughts kicked her in the gut fair and the square. She wondered how Brent, Jojo, Johnsy, and Rebecca were doing. She was soon left by her melancholic reverie when a small buzzing came across her eardrums. Her eyes widened when she realized what it was. Hades' phone!

She hastily finished rubbing the cream into her epidermis before getting on her feet to answer the call. She walked to his direction and sat on the edge of the bed, rested her left hand on the man's side with the other sliding carefully into the deep pocket of his trunks, beads of cold sweat forming on her forehead and her lips trembling in nervousness, afraid to get him awake. With her free hand, she gripped the mattress tightly while trying to pull herself together, her right hand digging deeper into the pocket.

When she felt the thing's edge, she held it tightly between her fingers and immediately took it out. She was about to take a look and see who the caller was, but unfortunately, the phone stopped buzzing. Good thing, she caught a glance of the caller's I.D.

Jarred

The phone flickered, then showed the dial keypad brightly, she shrugged and placed the phone on the nightstand. She was about to turn on her heels to return to her suite when a hand grabbed her wrist and a force pulled her to the bed. Her nose scrunched when the ugly stench of booze made a grand entrance into her nostrils. She raised an arm to push him away for spacious distance but she froze when Hades' hand caught her wrist again and the gravity towed her to a hard chest.

"What the heck, Hades," she tried to struggle herself free from the tight embrace that only led him to embrace her tighter like she was some kind of a squishy teddy bear. She smacked his chest with a knuckle in return.

"Oh, love," he hummed and nuzzled his face on the crook of her neck, inhaling her sweet scent. "Hmm, fresh milk and watermelon," he dreamily mumbled under his breath. He buried his face deeper into her neck, rendering his five o'clock shadow to graze over her delicate shoulder, tickling the woman.

"Get to sleep, Hades." She groaned, preventing herself from giggling because of the ticklish five o'clock shadow. She tried pushing him off with all her strength until she heard his rich velvety voice call for her name, "Allison?"

Noticing the atmosphere getting serious, she stopped struggling against him and asked, "Yes?"

"I was serious with what I said back then," he told her in a very sleepy voice. Allison stiffened.

"You mean... the coffee and... thin under...garments thingy?" she asked, her neck heating up and her face glowing red. 'Why did he remind me that?!' she asked herself angrily.

"Yes," he answered, seriousness laced on his deep, smooth voice.

The woman's world stopped, her mind ticked and went entirely blank. Emptiness soared her mind and all she could think of was Hades' last answer back when he was asked if he imagined a life with her. Once again, all the blood in her entire system came running up to her neck and face, causing them to glow crimson red and heat up. He was drunk enough to blurt out his sexual and perverse imaginations with her, but he sounded vivid at that time, too.

She shook her head and pat the man's chest softly. "Whatever, just get to sleep, Hades." Just as she said that she heard the man snore, which made her eyebrows kiss in confusion. She lifted her gaze and saw the man sleeping soundly. She couldn't help herself from admiring his phizog, he looked so innocent as a newborn when asleep.

She stared at the stunning man with her lips fastened into a small, adoring smile. "Good night," she mumbled before getting on her feet and carefully going to her suite without making a slight sound.
