Ledger of the Damned

In the lawless Reckoned Territories of the 1870s Weird West, every bullet, every betrayal, and every "honest" land grab is tallied by the merciless Debt of Deeds System. Positive deeds generate Merit Points that fuel skills and survival. Sinful ones pile up, and defectors are plagued by black veins, phantom pain, and spectral Debt Collectors hungry for payment. Silas "Ledger" Crowe, a quick-draw con man and former rustler, wakes up deep in the Red with over two thousand Liabilities on his head. Black veins already crawl beneath his skin, a constant reminder that his past sins are coming due — literally. When a forbidden artifact grants him the rare skill of Debt Forgery, Silas gains the power to transfer his burdens onto others… at the risk of tearing reality apart. As he navigates dusty boom towns, crooked railroad barons, and high-stakes duels, Silas must balance his ledger while dodging Audit Storms and vengeful enforcers. But in a frontier built on stolen land and outsourced sins, "Manifest Destiny" is just expensive cosmic grift — and the bill always comes due. With snarky blue notifications guiding his every choice, a sharp-tongued deputy watching his back, and the constant threat of turning Hollowed, Silas races against time to either forge his way to power or hack the System itself before the Great Final Audit wipes the Territories clean. Redemption has never been so expensive. Some men pay in blood. Silas pays in blood and gold.
