Chapter 25 — Painters

Sophia's POV:

I was bored. Seriously bored. I was done with my period, thankfully. Daddy took good care of me until it passed. He even gave me a very warm bath when it was over. I whined at being washed, but he wouldn't budge. He carried me to the bathroom and filled the bath with hot water for me. I sat on the counter, trying to talk him out of it.

"Don't make it too hot," I whined.

"It's not," he replied, still not looking back at me.

"Then don't make it too cold," I said with a pout.

"I know, princess. Don't worry," he said, ignoring all of my objections.

He came and carried me off the counter. It was not the bath that I was against; it was the fact that this was the first time he'd ever bathe me. With red cheeks and a heart beating a thousand times a minute, I let Daddy sit me inside the bath, naked. I'd give it to him; he didn't even look at anything. His eyes were on my face the whole time. Thankfully, he filled the tub with bubbles, so I could hide under them.

Having my hair being massaged by him was one of the best feelings in the world. After he was done, I felt so relaxed. He picked me out of the bath and wrapped a big, fluffy towel around me. He helped me get dressed quickly and even brushed my white locks.

He had some new clothes for me: mostly onesies, skirts with knee-high socks, and even a shirt that said, "Daddy's girl."

"Possessive much?" I asked him when I saw the shirt, but I still had a big smile on my face.

That was last week. This morning, Daddy said he was busy. He and Alvin had work. I found out that Alvin was the Beta. He was next in charge after Daddy, and he couldn't order me around since I was Luna, but as my older brother, he said I'd have to do as he asked. Not fair in my eyes, but I wasn't about to start a fight with him over that. He never asked me to do anything until today. Daddy had already left. That was when Alvin came into the entertainment room, where Sammy and I were having a Nintendo match.

"I want you both to stay inside today," Alvin said.

"Why?" I asked right away while Sammy just shrugged.

"'Cause I said so, Sophia. Stay inside," he said in a firmer voice before leaving.

I turned to Sammy, but he just shrugged and said it was for our own safety. I did call Daddy through our bond, and he said to obey Alvin's orders and not go out today. Now, we were back to being bored—really bored. I wanted to do something, and Little me was taking over due to boredom. Everyone was out but Sammy and me.

"Sammy, I'm bored," I told him.

"Wanna do something new?" he asked, and I nodded yes.

"Adam has painting supplies. Wanna play?" he asked, and I nodded yes. I loved to paint. "But we won't draw on paper," he said. I looked at him in confusion.

"Where, then?" I asked him.

"Do you wanna try face paint? I can make you a wolf," he said, and I happily nodded yes. I could be like Daddy now.

Sammy dragged me toward Adam's room. It was the opposite of Daddy's room. They were twins on the outside, but they weren't the same on the inside. Adam's room had dark colors, books, random paintings, and just random messes here and there.

Sammy knew what he was looking for as he went straight to one of Adam's drawers and got the painting tubes out. They looked expensive. Maybe we shouldn't play with them—but I was so bored, and Alvin had locked us in.

"Sit down," Sammy said and started to paint my face with random brushes, using different colors. Some paint started dripping on his clothes and mine. His hands were now filthy, but this was so much fun. He told me he was done, and I ran toward the mirror to see. He had painted my whole face grey before adding whiskers and ears and shading my face. I really looked like a wolf—not a great one, but now, I looked like Daddy.

"Now you do me," he said, handing me the paints and making a big mess.

"What do you want me to draw?" I asked him. I didn't have much talent when it came to drawing.

"Cat, please," he said, and I did it—well, I tried my best, but I didn't do the best job in the world.

I tried to paint his face. I put on a white base and added just whiskers to his cheeks. I didn't have the talent to do much more.

We were giggling happily as we painted, and that was how most of our day passed.
