CHAPTER 102

Today, Lusubilo Mtindiga was to fall into the hands of the military. The president allowed the CDF to leave the room to carry out the orders he had been given. The CDF began to leave but stopped when called and asked.

“Who is going to arrest him?”

“THE BLACKS,” the CDF replied and exited the room.

THE BLACKS was a unit composed exclusively of Black personnel within the military. It was a special unit known for handling significant and critical tasks. It was highly feared; whenever people heard the name, even chickens would look for a place to hide. This unit was made up of six Black men, with no one of a lighter complexion or non-Black individuals included—only faces of purpose.

“In your life as a high-ranking leader in a country, the greatest danger is when someone with superior intellect surpasses you, even if they are just an ordinary citizen. This person is the most dangerous to you, even more so than soldiers with all the country’s weapons. Because this person can lead those with weapons and money and easily take over the country. Never let this happen while you are in the presidential palace, and if someone has proven to be more intelligent than you, know that you are handing the country over to them whenever they wish.” These were the words the president recalled, advice from his late predecessor, President Shadrack when he was the vice president.

THE FIFTEEN GREATEST WALLS

Among those fifteen terrifying walls, there were no decorations or buildings for leisure; these were the headquarters of the CIA in Tanzi. They had planted many spies who entered the country through the embassy, claiming to be ordinary employees brought in for embassy work. John Mwituka, known to many as the beloved pastor of the "WITH GOD YES, WE CAN" church, was unfortunately the leader of these people.

In a highly secretive meeting room within those offices, three people were locked inside: John, a man who was the main leader of the area known to the citizens and the government. "THE FIFTEEN FLOUR’S PRODUCERS" was the name known for the factory he led, which was entirely false. On the other side of the table sat a man permitted to go into the streets to find these people, known as SEVEN, but his real name was Patrick.

This man claimed to be deeply in love with Monalisa, but she never gave him even the slightest chance to express his true feelings, which were consuming his heart. Both of them worked in the same place, which was the CIA.

The pastor had not gone home as he had promised his daughter, Monalisa. What had kept him there for so long was his desire to hear the direct conversation and interview between Tula and Lusubilo, the Inspector General of Police. The three of them sat attentively in the room, following every step of the conversation, with each word reaching their ears in a heavy silence that indicated they could not afford to overlook anything.

They listened carefully to the entire conversation until the man was given his child and left the area. At that point, they turned off the screens on the wall. They all remained silent, looking at their leader to see what he would say about everything they had heard.

“A mistake was made for the first time many years ago when I was very young, but it must not happen again. It would be very dangerous for our nation. The whole world looks at us as leaders with the keys to open the doors to success for other countries. What if they find out that we are the ones destroying these nations? It means no human or country in the world will ever trust us again, and we will start fighting an economic war, which is very bad,” he said, pausing before continuing.

"Having the Prime Minister of this country killed by using the then-president seemed like a small thing we did, but strangely, things are getting worse now. Our matters are still incomplete, except for one thing we accomplished, keeping secrets that seem to be known by some people. Our calculations were that if these two people died, the president and the chief justice, we would be safe. But it wasn't true at all. There are still people who know and don't want us to find out, and now I see they've decided to start revealing themselves gradually. This will tarnish us greatly, and I don't even think headquarters will understand if they find out that we made such a big mistake."

"The only thing that needs to be done now is to analyze the words of this IGP and then analyze what he hasn't mentioned here about that young man," Pastor John Mwituka's words caused his two companions to look at each other in surprise, filled with numerous questions to ask their leader, but they felt compelled to ask.

"Chief, I don't understand. You said things he hasn't mentioned? How do you know about these things and how do you know he hasn't talked about them when he was clearly defending his daughter's life, knowing that if he made a wrong move, he would lose her?" asked the area leader in surprise, seeking an answer from his superior.

"In this world, the people who are most feared are those with intelligence. You can have a lot of money and a lot of military power, but without intelligent people, you can be defeated even by a small country that lacks those things, or you can end up fighting among yourselves. That's why, despite the United States having a very powerful economy that threatens the world, and despite investing more than seventy per cent of its economy in its military, it still invests heavily in us, the CIA, an intelligence organization with people of all kinds of intellect. Do you think these are decorations? No, they are of great importance for such operations to take place. Look at how we deal with others, we are ready to give them anything but ensure they do our work. That's when you understand the importance of intelligence over all those things."

"That IGP is smarter than you think. He seems to be an exceptionally important person, so if he is one of those people and they have come a long way with their plans, how could he reveal all their secrets that he knows would lead them to ruin? The answer is very simple: look at his eyes when he speaks. He looks you in the face to play on your weaknesses, making you the one who starts to fear him. Even if he lies to you, you'll feel he's right. Another thing, look at how he arranges his words. That man is very educated; everything that comes out of his mouth is well-organized and clearly understood, no guesswork."
