After that encounter with her son, Carmen decided to see the old lady and hear what she has to say about Sia because everyone since that girl entered their lives the old lady had not said a thing concerning kicking her out which meant something was up
"Mother what should we do about her, I mean I know Emiliano could have made a mistake, but I doubt that girl is telling the truth"Carmen said hoping the old lady who had a cold expression on her face would get her point, but the old lady continued going through a photo family album which had Carmen curious
"And you spoiled son made a mistake this time"the old lady finally replied and shut the photo album and handed it to Carmen who took it with some hesitation to it not sure why she was suddenly looking at it
"W... what do you mean?" Carmen asked the old lady and adjusted to a comfortable sitting position, they were currently having a good time relaxing in the garden which was just to the left side of the mansion where a beautiful well decorated hut was set up with garden chairs and a table, to the right was a heart shaped pool and various assorted colorful flowers which made the entire landscape mesmerizing
"That baby is Emiliano's"she simply said and leaned back to the chair and Carmen gasped in shock
"What!?"it was too bad to be true how could her son make such a horrible mistake, having a child but if that child was his why on earth did he deny it
"Mom you can't be serious, Emil is now the father"she desperately said to the old lady, but she only shook her head and sighed heavily
"That baby boy is the Alvaro seed Carmen, one look at him, and you will fall in love with him"the old lady said with a defeated faith smile recalling the first time she saw the little boy, the way he slept peacefully with his little eyes closed reminded her of when Emiliano was just born, he was cute and a charming baby who at just a glance you find yourself falling for him
"B... but what did Vince say I'm sure your son will not allow this"this wasn't happening if the old lady had become this soft in just two days then she could ask well as forget it because the old lady was like the queen of the Alvaro's, nobody was above her won't even Vince her son
Jane Alvaro(the old lady) was Vince's mother, a very nice powerful lady who in the past together with her husband worked hard to achieve the riches they had in the present time, she was the soar owner of Alvaro group of companies and when her husband died, she took over as the CEO? When Vince her son was old enough to run the company he took over as the new CEO but still, the Jane was the main boss and now Vince was tired of running the company hence Emiliano was the one to take over, but everyone knew Emiliano was in his world and hated anything that had to do with the Alvaro company or later in be a CEO.
"Vincent won't like it, but we have to do what's best and let Emiliano marry that girl and be a responsible man, if we don't, then who knows what she would do"Jane said in a worried tone, at first, she thought the girl was after riches but after testing her, she proved her wrong which meant everything she said was the truth not just that but she earlier in the morning witnessed something she came to like about the same girl, after Emiliano left the room for work he forgot his file and hence she decided to take it to him however she couldn't because her grandson and the girl were arguing and what she saw was remarkable, nobody has ever slapped her grandson but the girl was so bold as to do just that which was why she was perfect to be his wife
"Mom, are you saying we should do as we were about to get him married once and for all?" Carmen asked in a cunning tone and the old lady smirked evilly
"If we don't do this we won't get to live to see Emiliano's children and if that child is his then why not embrace it"the old lady remarked and Carmen made a thinking face, she too wanted a little one running around the house and someone to boast about to her friends, therefore this mistake her foolish son made wasn't such a bad idea
"Okay mom then let's get tough and force him to marry her no matter what"this time they wouldn't fail to put a stop to Emiliano's playful nature, her son was a play boy who loved women and never went out with the same woman for a long time which was not what they wanted because Emiliano hated marrying saying it was torture and an endless prison, but now it was different there was a child involved.
