Chapter 151 Oswald Marked Me?
"Ahhhhhhhh!" I broke into a loud groan due to the pain that coursed through my whole being and jolted me up.
My eyes flew wide open immediately, and they darted about the strange room, trying to piece things together.
Suddenly, things began to click, making my eyes widen in shock and petrification.
I gripped the blanket tighter upon realizing that I was naked underneath the blanket.
Moreover, my face paled upon recalling something. Oswald already marked me!
Oswald. Marked me? Goddess, I'm dead. Not only did I spend almost three weeks here with Oswald, but now I have also been marked by him. Is there a worse fate than this?
I sat up abruptly regardless of the pain coursing through me, my thoughts running chaotically due to the things that had just happened.
I can't believe it. I can't believe that I've been here with Oswald for almost three weeks.
The last memory I recalled was waking up late in the afternoon only to realize that Oswald had gone into a rut, which had inevitably triggered my heat.
I said I don't want Wyatt to know about everything of his own accord, but it turns out that I'll end up spending almost three weeks here.
It's not an overestimation to say that the news would have spread across the pack.
What have I done? My eyes reddened, and my shoulders and body trembled as I burst into a loud wail.

"Filippa, what's wrong? Are you crying?" Oswald's hand wrapped around my waist and turned me toward him; his calm voice and mismatched eyes had a little trace of panic, which I didn't fail to catch.
Upon hearing Oswald's words, I turned to him and scowled unhappily. "It's all your fault, you bastard. It's fine that you want to come in between Wyatt and me, but do you have to make it such a big deal? You set me up. You must have damn known it's getting closer to your rut. Even if you wanted to go too far, do you have to mark me? Do you?" I smacked his hand away and rebutted in anger.
Oswald nodded his head upon hearing my words, and he leaned back against the headboard calmly. "Are you forgetting something? You already marked me also." Oswald calmly responded and pointed at his bite mark, which was inarguably done by me.
My face paled at the realization of what I did, yet I knew there was nothing I could do. Rather, the most important thing to do was to meet with Wyatt.
Immediately, I got off the bed regardless of my shaky legs and aching body. The impact made my legs give way under me and almost made me collapse on the floor.
Oswald's expression changed; he sprang up and cried out in panic and fear and attempted to support me. "Filippa!"
"Don't..." I scowled at the naked Oswald and swatted his hands away.
Immediately, I picked up what was left of my clothes and quietly put them on. As soon as I did so, I turned to leave the mansion.
Oswald grabbed my hands and frantically implored, "Filippa, let's talk. Listen to me..."
"Let go of me." I scowled coldly, interjecting Oswald's words. I didn't bother to listen to him because I could already predict what he wanted to say.
I paused in my tracks and scoffed at him, scorning him. "What do you want to talk about? That I should be with you if Wyatt doesn't want me? That you'll share this burden with me? So what? I'd rather go live as a rogue." I bellowed in fury, changed into my wolf, and ran out of the mansion without waiting for Oswald's response.
Although I didn't know where our current vicinity was, tracking Wyatt's scent and my mate's bond made it easy enough for me to find my way home.
Although my body hurt so much that it felt as if I was ripping and breaking apart, I bit my lower lip and continued to run home, knowing I deserved it all.
I deserve all that's happened, so what choice do I have to complain? The body pain is still the easiest thing!
Upon arriving at the family mansion, which I have missed a lot, my legs inevitably paused, and I stared at it with yearning.
Since the beginning, after I was granted a second life, I've been living in Wyatt's mansion. Now everything will be no more.
I thought Wyatt and my family would live here until the end of the time, but it turns out that it was all a bubble dream, and I've been thinking too much.

I began to trudge toward the mansion, my heart racing extremely fast. Somehow my legs and body felt as heavy as lead, making every step extremely strenuous.
I pushed past the door and froze when my eyes met with calm, dark eyes.
At that minute, I really wanted to break down and burrow in Wyatt's arms, but I realized that I wasn't worth it. Another woman who's honest and worthy of Wyatt will, not someone like me.
Wyatt stared at me with his calm eyes, his hand holding Zeirk, not stopping his actions of patting Zeirk's back.
I slowly kneeled in front of Wyatt while biting my lower lip to suppress the pain that was gripping me. "Wyatt. I was wrong. I lied to you. I didn't come from Green Mist Park, and my name isn't Maia either; rather, I'm Filippa, and I'm from the Red Flame Pack. I've lied to you since the beginning." I explained in a breath.
"It's fine if you hate me. It's fine if you kick me out, beat me, or humiliate me for revenge, but can you let me bring Zeirk along..." I paused and shook my head upon realizing that that was a wrong statement.
Tears slipped past my eyes, but I didn't bother to wipe them. I implore, "Can you let me meet with Zeirk? If you don't want me to meet with Zeirk? Can you let me see him from a distance in the future? I'm begging you..."
Wyatt's brows arched, and he pointed at the stairs calmly. "Go inside and take a bath. It's fine..."
Upon hearing Wyatt's words, I stiffened, not expecting Wyatt's reactions. Shouldn't Wyatt lash out at me? Shouldn't he accuse me?
What did he mean by I should take a bath and it's fine? Is he trying to play mind games with me? Is he trying to make me calm down before making my life a living hell?
Although Wyatt is always calm and composed, I know how crazy and ruthless Wyatt can be once his flame is lit up—an example was the event in the hostel.
I trembled more upon realizing this, and my eyes reddened. Is Wyatt trying to play mind games with me? He shouldn't play mind games with me because I really can't bear it in my state. I'd rather know my fate right now than be tricked. "Wyatt..."
Wyatt strode toward me and wiped my tears away; his actions were laced with so much gentleness and patience that I couldn't help trembling. He smiled and attempted to help me stand up. "Silly It's fine..."
It's fine? Which man will be happy that his wife cheated for two weeks?
It was a picture and flower Wyatt had seen when he told me he could be really cruel back then.
The prediction that Wyatt had a plan for me immediately increased. Could it be that it was six feet deep? Can it be that my burial ground has already been dug? "Wyatt. If you want to do something, just tell me. I. Can't. I can't bear mind games." I implored, my tears streaming faster and my body trembling.
As if realizing that something was wrong somewhere, Wyatt's brows furrowed, and he made me stand up regardless of my attention to stay kneeling. His calm eyes brushed my bite mark. "What are you talking about? What did Oswald do?" Even though Wyatt's expression was calm, I couldn't fail to notice his subtle actions that seemed to warn me about hiding a bit from him.
I lowered my head in shame and explained everything from the morning Wyatt left for the border until our current position.
Upon hearing my explanation, Wyatt chuckled and ran his hands through my hair. "Silly, I knew you were Filippa the day I saved you." He said he ran his hands through my hair and lowered his head to place a kiss on the corner of my lips.
Upon hearing Wyatt's response, I froze immediately. Wyatt knew I was Filippa from the beginning? Does that mean I have been hiding for nothing?
But in the next minute, I snapped out of my thoughts. Since Wyatt knows I'm Filippa, then he should know my parent's current state as a traitor. If Wyatt knows, then why did he still go on with saving me? I squeezed my fingers. "But he says my parents. Traitor. Wyatt, I..."
Immediately, Wyatt's eyes turned cold with indignation. "That bastard. I told him to win your heart himself, but all he could come up with is that nonsense?" He scowled
Upon hearing Wyatt's words, my eyes widened in bewilderment. "Huh?"
Without giving me a chance to say a word, Wyatt placed Zeirk in his bed and stormed out of the mansion.
Coincidentally, Oswald was leisurely strolling toward us while whistling nonchalantly.
Wyatt approached the whistling Oswald, punched him, and grabbed him by the collar. "What did you do? You scared her, you bastard." He seethed.
Oswald's eyes landed on me, and he shrugged indifferently. "She won't listen to me, but now it's all changed. At least I have her; I can make everything right again." He explained with a pleasant grin.
Suddenly, he placed both palms close to his lips and howled, "Everyone, I have a Luna. Filippa is my Luna. Our wedding is coming up in less than three months. I mean a month..."
"Keep shut and come inside." Wyatt's expression darkened, and he pulled Oswald by the wrist while dragging the still-yelling Oswald into the mansion.
It was not until Wyatt made Oswald sit down did Oswald quieted down.
My lips parted, and my thoughts spurned chaotically.
However, no matter how I tried to think things through, I just couldn't.
I thought that in a few minutes, my life would be ruined. Now that I realize that all my premonitions didn't happen, how won't I be surprised? What did Wyatt and Oswald plan? "Hubby. What's wrong? What's happening?"
