Chapter 93 LEARNING HOW TO TAKE IT ALL IN.
KIMBERLY.
The ridiculously harsh glow from the sun wasn't what woke me up but the heaviness of this man weighing me down into the mattress.
His hair dropped all over my face, I let it stay in that position, grinning hard.
My heart could literally burst if I could let it savor every bit of emotion I was feeling at the moment.
From everything that went down last night till this morning, it was a shock and I didn't expect Rafael to take it the way he did.
The fact that he wasn't angry, and he wasn't desperate to make my problems go away but rather, he stayed with me throughout, trying to get rid of those thoughts eating my brain up.
"You are being clingy."I chuckled, popping my knees up on the bed which ended up brushing his morning hard on.
My stomach squirmed in response, reminding me of how he went hard and soft with me last night.
"You're damn right I am."His morning raspy voice wafted into the air.
My chest vibrated with laughter as I dug my head back into the pillow underneath."We have a lot to do today."
Rafael raised his head up slightly but he wasn't making an attempt to get off me.
God. He's damn heavy and bulky too.
"And how about we start with the most important–"
"No, I'm still sore."I deadpanned, trying to get him off me halfheartedly.
He flipped us over so that I was sitting right on his dick with my boobs right in his face.
"Wanna get rid of your soreness with me?"
"And how did you plan to–"
Before I could complete my words, his cock was already sinking into my pussy so gently and delicately.
"God. You take me so well."He rasped out, staring down at where we were joined and I did the same.
"You're big."I gasped out amidst breaths, shifting my ass away from his dick so I could get used to his length.
Rafael stopped moving as well."You will feel better soon."
And he kept to that promise because the next second, he was making me adjust to his length and pumping into me as well.
"You're going to take my morning."I moaned, leaning my upper body downwards so I could kiss his parted lips.
"You love that."He gave me a knowing grin before linking our lips together and God, it was the best distraction to stop me from coming before this man.
And when we both did, our sweaty bodies collapsed into each other.
Rafael snuggled into me from behind and I could feel the smirk slicing up on his face.
"Good morning baby."He gushed softly into my neck.
I warmed up at his touch further."Good morning."I choked out, trying to rein in the sudden fullness radiating through my chest.
It was like a way of my intuition to tell me that it only gets better from now on.
"You said we have a lot to do today."He reminded me, brushing the hair out of my face so he could kiss my cheeks.
"I need to tell you something first."I said, getting up the bed.
Rafael withdrew slightly away from me so I could pick the duvet up to cover up my naked body.
"What's that?"
Gulping down nothing, I let out a tired sigh."Blaire was the one who brought my Mom back."I confessed and for the next one minute, Rafael didn't say anything.
All I knew was that his countenance fell into a venomous look that almost rattled me.
"Rafael–"
"You're telling me this because you want me to handle it right?"He cut in, his voice dangerously low and cutting.
"I don't know. Maybe."I slipped out, flinging my arms out helplessly.
I just needed him to know everything because I didn't want to hide anything from him anymore.
"I will take care of Blaire, Kimberly."
"Rafael–"
He gave me a helpless look."Please don't tell me you're–"
"Of course not. I just wanted to tell you more."
His brows furrowed again."Go on baby."
"I want to meet with my Mom and sort things out with her."
Cut her off. It was the only thing that had been ringing in my head since.
Before,I thought Frederick was my problem, and when he got out of my way, it seemed like everything became messier and I just came to the realization that it was because I hadn't sorted my root first–Mom and Dad.
And the right thing to do was try and not to understand Dad for turning out the way he did but accept that it wasn't my fault.
Everything that happened was caused by the adults in my life, and it's only right for me to treat them as such.
Rafael nodded in understanding, kissing my arm softly. My fingers found his hair again and wrapped them around the soft strands, feeling the need to hold onto him else I'd turn into a sobbing mess although he wouldn't mind.
"You need help with that?"
"I can't locate her with just her phone number."
"Leave that to me."He assured me again and I found myself nodding in relief.
Doing this only meant one thing–I'm ready to move onto the next phase of my life which is finding myself and making myself get accustomed to everything Rafael and everyone else has to offer me.
Because it still feels so hard to accept and I genuinely wanted to learn how to embrace it.
