Persephone’s POV
The next moment I was not there and was back at the place where I entered the cave and only Rudd was in my arms and he was still dazed and the blood pearl was clutched in my hands.
I knew that I could not leave Rudd here because he would be taken in as the next sacrifice. I might not be able to control everything but some things I could. I could hear a scream and a cry of anger from underneath me. It shook the cave walls and the water vibrated.
I knew that it wasn’t anyone else or even Garcia but Marla. Garcia had known the stakes and had still sent Rudd with me so that he would be sacrificed for the sake of creating another blood pearl. I wasn’t exactly sure about what I was supposed to do but Takumi was pacing in the water nervously. He was chewing his nails and the entire thing looked so cute that I had to smile.
I swam towards him and as the warm air touched my body I felt again that I was naked and the sea horse was pressed against my open nude breasts.

Takumi immediately turned towards me and as he saw the sea horse under my arms, pressed close to my body he did not know how he was supposed to react. He was smiling but he was not smiling at the same time and he was utterly confused.
“How on earth did you bring a sea horse here with you, princess?” he asked shocked.
But I did not say anything and just opened my hand and showed him my palm.
The smile on his face with all his beautiful pearly whites out was so dazzling that I rolled my eyes.
“We don’t have a lot of time,” he said and then he slowly pulled Rudd away from my hand and said,” You have to swallow it whole.”
I scowled at him again.
“How? Pray tell me how, Tak that I am supposed to swallow a ball of this size? I might not be a human being but I am a human being and…”
“No, you aren’t human, Persephone. I know that your mind is still constricted by the anals of human upbringing that you have received all these years but you have to get over that. You are a Demigoddess, Persephone. You have power that you have no idea in what way it can unfold. So, swallowing this pearl is nothing for you. You can do it. Just envision yourself widening and..”
“Shut the fuck up dude,” said Rudd as he spoke up and immediately Takumi dropped his hands. And Rudd gradually floated away from him.
“He can speak,” Takumi said and I sighed.
“You are a siren and you have no idea that sea creatures such as Rudd can speak?” I asked him with a scowl. This was probably going to be a permanent feature on my face.
“He is named Rudd?” Takumi asked again and the lingering amount of shock that he was displaying as giving me a headache.
“This is all known information. But you seem to be in shock and flabbergasted so Rudd, tell me, what am I supposed to do?” I asked him who was now looking conscious and absolutely delightful. I was delighted by the fact that he had not be trapped and consumed by Marla.
“First, my eternal gratitude to you because you saved me from being consumed by a monstrous clam. And for this, I will tell you all that you need to know and all that you require. All the secrets of the ocean that you will need from now on that I am aware of, belongs to you.”
“Thank you so much, Rudd. But I don’t really deserve your gratitude. The risk that you have taken in order to take me to this place was immense and for that saving your life was the bare minimum,” I conceded.
“You are a good egg, sweetie. I told you this earlier, and I will tell you this again. You have a soul which is not yet tarnished by the darkness that we find in everyone who looks and seeks power. You, however, are different. But don’t listen to the siren. The blood pearl can be consumed in a different way as well. Preferably from somewhere which will be wider than your mouth,” Rudd said as he winked.
And I blinked a few times. The bubble around my head was holding steady which meant that my magic was fuelling it without even getting treated differently.
“I don’t understand,” I finally said.
Rudd turned sideways and with his big blinking eyes he pointed towards my nether regions and I yelped in shock.
“It will be absorbed in your body from the core seat of power. The place where you can hold life. Nothing can be better than that, sweetie. And I suggest you hurry or else you will forfeit the challenge,” said Rudd as Takumi looked flabbergasted again at the sea horse’s words.
“Persephone, you think that…”
“No time. You sent me to do this shit. Now turn around and let me do what is required. You promised me you will take me there, at the challenge so that this doesn’t happen. Remember your words siren. Or I will make sure that I will put you on such fire that you will ever forget that you can’t burn,” I said as I glared at Tak.
He smiled and said,” Your threatening is so damn creative. How is a mere mortal creature like me supposed to not fall in love with you?”
I rolled my eyes at him and as they both turned I looked at the pearl and then tried inserting it inside me through my pussy. As soon as the pearl touched my skin there was an electric buzz running through my body and I grunt ed as I pushed it further.

Finally when it reached my uterus I could almost visualise that the pearl had root kind of things coming out and it implanted in me and the pain that wracked through my nerves was so intense that I forgot I could make a sound.
