Chapter 22 This Christmas

Onyx's POV

In two days we'll be leaving this place and heading back home. But that doesn't matter, what matters is that today is Christmas. I smiled wrapping my arms around Alex from behind. Alex blushed and grumbled, pulling away making me huff. Alex has been crabby lately. But I guess it's because he's still not feeling well. We decided that we should probably take him to the doctor.

"Crabby pants." I mumbled as he wrapped something humming, obviously ignoring me. "Babe?" I whined.

"Whaaaat?" he asked, turning around and I kissed him, making him blush then kiss back. I pulled away slowly smiling. "I'm sorry Onyx." he said blushing more while wrapping his arms around my neck.

"About you being a grump on not only  Christmas but my birthday?" I asked, smirking and he nodded frowning.

"I'm sorry." he said again and pecked my lips making us both blush.

"It's fine, I still get double the presents." I said, smirking, making him giggle.

"Yes you do." he hummed before putting something under the tree.

"Is there any mistletoe?!" I asked making daddy glare at me from the kitchen.

"Of course son." Dad said tapping away on his laptop.

"Honey you're supposed to be relaxing." daddy said walking over.

"I have work to do Cadee." Dad said, making daddy pout and straddle him.

"Still have work?" daddy asked, smirking and I covered Alex's eyes, turning him away from the two.

"Okay babe let's go upstairs." I said making Alex giggle blushing.

"Don't go down there." I said to Taylor when we passed him going upstairs and he furrowed his eyebrows until we heard moaning and he ran past us almost making Alex and I fall. "Watch it!" I yelled as Alex gripped the railing so tight his knuckles turned white making me frown. "Baby are you okay?" I asked and he nodded walking past me up the rest of the stairs making me frown more.

Taylor's POV 

I was about to walk in my room when I saw Alex walk into the room alone slamming the door shut. I flinched and frowned. I hope Onyx and him aren't fighting. I glanced towards the stairs but I didn't see Onyx come up. I walked over to the room Alex went into and knocked on the door softly.

"Onyx?" he said and I frowned.

"Um no it's Taylor." I said.

"Oh... you can come in." he said and I opened the door to find a trashcan near him and him wiping his mouth with a tissue.

"Um... bro, well future bro." I said grinning which made him blush. "Sorry, too soon um Alex... what's wrong?" I asked closing the door behind me and walked over to him.

"I'm a terrible boyfriend." he suddenly said crying into a pillow and I blinked.

"Uh uh no sh it's okay." I said rubbing his back.

"It's weird...." he mumbled and I furrowed my eyebrows as he sat up sniffling. "Pass the trash can please." he said and I passed it to him quickly then he threw up in it.

It's been maybe a week since we've been on our trip and Alex has been sick lately. That's what Onyx told me.

"Hey um... maybe you should see a doctor." I said as he wiped his mouth with tissue and threw it away.

"Maybe." he said softly then rubbed his eyes. "Can I tell you something crazy...?" he asked and I nodded slowly leaning forward. "I think I'm pregnant." he whispered and my eyes went wide.

Well now if you piece it all together, it makes sense. Wait but they're still in high school, oh shit daddy will not be happy.

"But men can't get pregnant." he said laughing and I laughed awkwardly.

"Yeah except my dad did and that's how Onyx, Gail and I are here." I said laughing awkwardly still as Alex's eyes widened.

"Oh my gosh I can't be." he cried and I panicked.

"Uh uh your life isn't over." is all I could say which only made him cry hard and Onyx came in the room glaring.

"What the fuck did you do to him?!" he yelled rushing over and rubbed Alex's back.

"Your job! Where were you?!" I yelled and he growled lowly.

"I was looking for medicine for Alex." he said then looked back at Alex frowning. "Baby what's wrong?" he asked.

"On-Onyx... I think I'm pregnant." he cried and Onyx blinked before the door flew open.

"What now?!" Daddy yelled, making us all flinch.

"Uh uh shouldn't you be having sex?" is all Onyx could probably ask and daddy walked over hitting him in the back of the head.

"Oh yes, with a condom!" Daddy said hissing and glanced at Alex who buried himself under the covers shaking. "I'm sorry." he said, frowning and rubbed Alex's back. "See... we don't really know if you are. So why don't we get you a pregnancy test hm?" he asked and Alex pulled the cover off him slowly sniffling.

"O-Okay...." Alex said sitting up and daddy smiled softly while Onyx helped Alex out of bed.

When daddy and Alex left, somehow Onyx and I ended up sitting on the couch with dad sitting in a seat across from us. Dad was sighing as he shook his head with his arms crossed.

"Didn't I always say use condoms?" Dad asked and I blinked as Onyx looked down nodding.

"Sometimes I did.... and sometimes I would forget." Onyx said sounding guilty as hell and I frowned.

Onyx messed up, I get that but it's not like dad and daddy are really good examples of the whole wait to have sex. Wait a minute.

"Why am I here?" I asked and Onyx glared my way.

"So you'll know not to do what Onyx did." Dad said and Onyx huffed covering his face.

"I'm sorry dad...." Onyx mumbled.

"Don't be sorry to me, I hope you know you're still going to at least finish high school, college is your choice though." dad said and Onyx nodded as Alex came in slamming the door closed crying.

"Babe?" Onyx said softly and Alex looked his way but looked away before running up the steps.

Daddy opened the door slowly and came in, closing the door softly behind him. Then daddy looked at Onyx sighing.

"Everyone out please." Daddy said and I got up and slowly went up the stairs.

"You too." I heard daddy say to dad who I heard grumble.

Onyx's POV

Daddy sighed playing with his fingers looking down. He looked up at me and I bit my lip.

"Son, Alex doesn't mind having a child.... a child with you it's just that he had dreams. He has school and so do you. But most of the reason why he's upset is because his parents aren't going to like this one bit." daddy said and I bit my lip harder.

"I'm sorry..." I said swallowing hard.

"I hope that Alex is who you want, forever. Because if not then I'd be very disappointed in you." he said and I gulped with wide eyes.

Daddy.... never looked this serious before....

"Of course." I said and he nodded sighing softly.

Awesome birthday.... amazing Christmas.

"He took multiple tests and they all came out positive." daddy said and I nodded.

"Mr. Ree- Cadee." I heard a familiar voice said and I looked to my right to see Alex nibbling on his sleeve of his sweater on the last step.

"Yes dear?" daddy said as Alex looked down.

"Can I be down here?" he asked and daddy laughed softly.

"Sure, Onyx and I were just talking." daddy said, making Alex nod as he walked over to me. He sat on my lap and I wrapped my arms around him as he laid his head on my chest.

"I'm sorry." I whispered, kissing his head.

"It's okay...." he mumbled while burying his face.

"Everybody come down here!" daddy yelled and Dad, Taylor, Gail, and Franklin came down. "It's still Christmas and Onyx's birthday." daddy said softly as Gail smiled running in the kitchen to come with a huge cake with so many candles.

My eyes widened as dad turned off the lights. The candles lit up the room but when I looked all I could see was Alex's face. And besides what was going on right now he was smiling up at me.

"Happy birthday to you." they all sang.

"And a merry Christmas too." Taylor sang lastly doing jazz hands making us all laugh.

"Make a wish bro." Gail said as Franklin modded smiling.

I smiled then looked at Alex. "Hey baby, why don't you make a wish?" I asked and he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Why? It's your birthday." he said and I kissed his nose.

"Because I have you and my family, what else could I wish for?" I asked, smiling and he blushed.

"Um a car, this to be a dream, a house, the years to go by quickly, that you were in college so the problem wouldn't matter so much." Taylor said and we all glared at him. "O-Oh sorry I was just naming things. Sorry Alex welcome to the family." he said smiling and Alex blushing smiling brightly making me smile softly.

"Okay I'll make a wish." Alex said sitting up then thought for a while, fluttering his eyes closed and blew softly, blowing the candles out.

Dark surrounded all of us and smoke filled the air. "What was your wish?" I asked softly as people tried to find the light switch.

"If I tell you it won't come true." Alex said, making me chuckle and then the lights turned on making him smile. "Wish came true." he said, making me furrow my eyebrows. "For something to always light up the darkness, and give me you." he said smiling brightly and I felt my whole face grow hot.

"Good work with words." Taylor said laughing as we all got our gifts to open.

After all the opening the presents it was finally time for me to open my last present from Alex. Which I opened a lot of presents from him already. Everyone was staring since they already opened all theirs. I unwrapped it to find a little box. Alex blushed looking down when I glanced his way. I opened the box and my eyes widened when I took the black ring out.

Always and Forever

It was written in silver and cursive and on the inside of the ring was written A+O. I smiled softly looking at Alex as everyone awed making him get more flustered. I put the ring on and kissed his cheek.

"I love it." I said and he smiled brightly blushing.

Always and Forever..... right?
