"What?!"sharply stood up and asked sternly,"How could he have a car accident? Is it serious?"
"The car... is on fire. I heard he was already..."
"Let the driver prepare the car, I'll go and check it!"Allen hurriedly, only Danial knew about the whereabouts of his ex-wife's and the children. If he died, he could not find them again!
"Honey..."Sandra wanted to say something, but Allen was in a hurry to go and he just pushed her away. Sandra felt on the ground and got hurt heavily.
"Mom, are you okay!"Louisa went to help her mother, angrily wanted to scold Allen, but Allen had been gone. She could just say with resentment,"Daddy is too much!"
Sandra patted her hand and said softly,"Assistant Daniel had followed your dad for many years. It is normal that he was so concerned about Daniel when he had a car accident suddenly. I am fine."
Sandra turned her head to look at Wesley."Wesley, please follow Allen as he is not in good health. I'm afraid there will be something bad happen on him."
Wesley nodded.
After leaving the Jones family villa, Wesley felt comfortable. He reached out and pulled his tie. When the driver opened the back door, he bent over and got in."Follow Allen's car."
"Yes."
Louisa had just undergone a major operation. She thought of traveling once she recovered, and even put off their engagement date. Wesley was fed up with her as he had spoiled her so many years.
Wesley gave everything for her as she asked from her early age. He would arranged private plane to pick her up if she wanted to hang out abroad. However, she became more and more arrogant and even dated countless men abroad, thinking that he would not leave her for his deep lover for her.
Inexplicably, Wesley thought of Harriet, who was always well-behaved and docile.
The man frowned, looking out the window.
Soon, the car followed Allen to the hospital. Wesley got off and went to the emergency room. He saw a scorched body on a bed, which was so unbearable.
It was said that Daniel was hit by a large truck on the way back, and that truck was carrying oil. The car caught fire once it was hit, and no one was able to save Daniel from the burning car.
The doctor was talking to Allen,"Mr. Jones, we did our best. He suffered a large area burn and his body organs were all damaged. There is no sign of life already."
The police came soon.
Wesley saw Allen eagerly asking the police how the car was. After learning that the car was burnt to ashes, he looked desperate for a time.
"All the files are in his hands. Where can I get them if he is dead?"
Wesley looked at Allen who was talking to himself. It seemed that Daniel was doing some investigation for him. He walked forward,"Uncle, my condolence."
"I'm fine."Allen squeezed a smile but he seemed to be ten years older.
An hour ago, he was still waiting for Daniel's documents. He would like to see his two kids and make up for the ten more years. But Daniel just died and the information was burned.
The police left soon as it was an accident.
Allen arranged Daniel's funeral with his bloodless face.
Wesley stayed with him without saying anything. He saw Allen off the hospital and left himself, thinking about what Allen had just said.
Why was Allen so nervous about Daniel's death?
Did he ask Daniel to do something very important, but did not get the result from him yet?
Wesley frowned, Jack called and reported something,"I asked someone to send Miss Harriet the ointment, but she just threw the ointment directly into the trash can."
"Never mind her!"Wesley said coldly, thinking that if she just want to face with all the difficulty herself and he will leave her alone."Jack, if you do these kink of stuff again, just resign the job!"
Jack failed to say anything on the other side of the phone.
"It is you who let me take care of her. How could I across the line?"
