Chapter 56 My Body Reacted Cause I wanted It
SIENNA

I stood rooted in place, body tightened and breath hitched. Lucien was standing in front of me.

At first, I was scared that he might misunderstand Ethan’s presence, but when memories rushed in, I snapped back to reality and continued my steps inside.

He kept walking forward too, closing the gap between us. The plan was simple—ignore him—but he didn’t let me. Just as I made an attempt to brush past him, he snatched my arm and held me in place.

I jerked, trying to slip away, but his grip tightened, not giving me space to struggle with him.

“Let me go!” I yelled, the anger I once thought was suppressed reignited.

“Why is he with you?” He grunted.

“What’s that to you?” My tone was harsh and high-pitched. “How is that any of your fucking business, Lucien? Leave me alone and go to your girlfriend. No. My bad. She’s your fiancée.”

Something shifted in his eyes. Did I hit a nerve? Guilt? Anger? It disappeared before I could name what it was.

“Is that the reason you’re letting him back into your life? Your shitty ex?” He fired.

I snorted and struggled with him again. “What I do with my life shouldn’t be any of your goddamn business. You don’t own me, Lucien.”

“I do, Sienna.” He growled, shaking me once.

The way his voice reverberated and the way he shook me scared me for a second, causing my body to stiffen and my breath to constrict. I stared straight into his eyes. They were dark but filled with unreadable emotions.

He pulled me closer, our faces barely an inch away from each other. My throat bobbed as I swallowed.

“You belong to me, Sienna. I own you from that night.” I could feel his hot breath on my nose and his eyes prodding mine, searching, intoxicating, hypnotizing. “Your body, time, smile, everything belong to me because I’m the only one who can make you feel the way you want to feel.”

I scoffed. “You don’t own me, Lucien. And you made me feel some type of way because I allowed you.” Angrily, I hit his hand and it left my arm. I wasn’t expecting it, not with the way his grip was extremely tight, but I took advantage of that and brushed past him swiftly.

My legs shook, his scent accompanying me as I headed inside. Inwardly, I hoped he wouldn’t follow me. I didn’t think I would be able to keep up with my anger if he did. His stares and eyes were making it impossible to stay angry for too long, and forgetting my place was the last thing I wanted right now. I wasn’t his priority. He had a fiancée now. The best I could do was stay away from another woman’s man… even if it hurt.

I shoved the key into the keyhole, turned it, and opened the door. I went inside afterwards and removed my shoes.

Just as I took a few steps forward, I heard the door open, and before I could turn properly, a huge hand grabbed my wrist and pulled me backward. The movement was so sudden and swift that I couldn’t struggle. I ended up following the movement. A pair of hands rested on my shoulders and pinned me to the wall afterward.

Of course it was Lucien. His chest heaved up and down as he stared directly into my eyes. Angry. Frustrated. And pained. I was surprised. Why was he angry? If there was anyone who had the right to be angry, that would be me.

The fact that he was exasperated when he wasn’t supposed to caused my blood to boil. How dare he! “Lucien… This is…”

“I made you feel that way because you allowed it, huh?” He grunted, his breath heavy.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” I deadpanned, trying to lift my body, but he pinned me back to the wall, holding my shoulders firmly in place.

“Let’s see if that’s true,” he mumbled, and before I could say jack, his lips landed on mine.

I didn’t respond immediately. I wanted to act tough. To stay true to my statement that my body only responded to him because I wanted to, but every attempt failed. The moment he bit my lower lip, I pried my lips open for him and he tucked his tongue inside. I kissed him back with intense want and need.

His hands roamed over my body, and my arms instinctively encircled his neck. My brain told me to stop, to have some dignity, to stay true to my words, but my body said otherwise. It craved him. It wanted him.

“Are you responding now because you want to?” He mumbled against my mouth. His hands had unbuckled the buttons of my shirt down to the last one. And in that moment, he cupped my breasts with my brassiere.

The coldness of his palms collided with the warmth of my skin and sent salacious waves over me.

“Yes.” I moaned that out without even thinking.

“Really?” He broke the kiss and pierced his gaze into mine while he shifted my brassiere upward, releasing my boobs from the only thing holding them together. His eyes followed them and his lips curled into an admiring smile. “They seemed fuller.”

He took one of them into his mouth without waiting for my response. Not like I had anything else to say. I couldn’t think of anything else. My body and brain only screamed for more.

My legs grew wobbly and weak, and I caught his shoulders, supporting myself with them so I wouldn’t end up on the floor.

“I… Damn, Lucien.”

While he sucked the first boob, his fingers pinched the second, sending waves of satisfaction over me. I could feel something sticky between my legs. He nibbled on my nipple for seconds and interchanged, pinching me at any time and rubbing the part before the pain could spread.

“Your body doesn’t respond to me without your consent?” He mumbled against my boobs and smacked them.

Sparks appeared in my head as my body shook like I’d just been electrocuted.
