Chapter 46 Lost A Few Screws

Chapter 46 Lost A Few Screws
The manager’s face fell as he stared at her in awe.

‘’W—What do you mean?’’ He stuttered, trying to come to terms with what she had just said.

‘’What? You want me to call again?’’ She asked, slipping her hands into her bag.

But he quickly reached to stop her, chuckling playfully.

‘’Just tell me what my stafff did to offend you and she would be out of here in no time.’’ He said, pulling up his pants properly.

It was loose even though his pot belly held most part of it.

‘’But of course it has to be something valid. We don’t want the boutique getting sued now, do we??’’ He asked, laughing heartily.

Elizabeth just eyed him, irritation swimming in her eyes.

She turned around, heading for the VIP room while the manager trailed behind her.

‘’What are you still doing here??’’ The sales person asked immediately her eyes landed on Elizabeth.

But when she saw the manager trailing behind, she quickly headed for him, a solemn expression on her face.

‘’Sir! I don’t know what this woman told you but she is a complete fraud!’’ She uttered, stopping just before the manager whose face was now contorted in anger and confusion.

This girl was only making matters worse. And seeing the sly smirk on Elizabeth’s face as she stared at him, he knew she wanted him to sack her as soon as possible.

Gina and Celia who was already wrapping up their shopping now stared on, confused as to why Elizabeth was back.

‘’Lena. I’m sorry but we have decided to let you go.’’ He said, turning away from her as guilt pricked him.

‘’Excuse me?’’ The sales person—Lena asked, her face contorted in shock as she stared between Elizabeth and the manager.

Her hands grasped unto his shirt, her eyes glistening with tears as she stared pleadingly at him.

Elizabeth chucked.

While the manager pried her hands off him, stepping back. ‘’This is not the first time you’re messing with a VVIP client.’’

Gina paused, her eyes widening in shock as she stared at Elizabeth.

VVIP? What a joke!

‘’She is not a VVIP client!’’ Lena retorted, her chest rising and falling from anger as she stared at Elizabeth with contempt.

Elizabeth shook her head, uncrossing her arms.

She stepped forward, her steps light, planned.

She stopped just right before Lena and slipped her hands in her bag, pulling out the gold placard with ‘VVIP pass card’ written on it.

She waved it in front of Lena’s face, making the little girl’s eyes go wide as saucers.

She stepped back, a guttural laugh escaping her lips.

‘’So you planned this already?’’ She asked, her gaze now falling on the manager who just stood there helplessly.

‘’Leave while I’m still being kind.’’ He muttered, walking towards Elizabeth.

‘’So what dress did you say you like again?’’ He asked, a practiced smile plastered across his face as he stared at her.

‘’Oh! I wouldn’t want to bother you anymore. I should probably take it from here. Right?’’ She said, her eyes now laced on the cashier who was shivering behind the counter.

That was more like it!

‘’Alright ma’am! Don’t hesitate to call me when you need me.’’ He said, turning back to the direction of his office.

Not after he had called security to drag Lena away from the boutique while she hurled curses and insults Elizabeth’s way.

Elizabeth chuckled as she watched them take her out.

Her gaze now turned to Gina and Celia who looked like they had seen a ghost.

Their expression was priceless and Elizabeth wished she could document the moment.

With the wave of her hand, another sales person was right at her back, trailing behind her as she walked in Gina’s direction.

She stopped just right before her, her eyes stuck to the blue dinner gown that layed on the table.

‘’Take it.’’ She ordered the sales person, a smirk curling up her lips as she watched Gina’s expression.

The sales person nodded, reaching for the clothes when Gina yanked the dress away.

‘’I’m keeping this dress!’’ She said, eyeing Elizabeth in anger.

‘’Just because you fucked the manager for some mere VIP pass doesn’t mean you can talk to me however you like or do whatever you want. Don’t forget who created you.’’ Gina said, stepping closer to Elizabeth.

Thanks to her heels, she towered above Elizabeth, staring down at her with a threatening gaze.

Elizabeth stared up at her, her hand clenching into fists.

‘’I can get your membership to this boutique revoked. And trust me, I can also get you blacklisted from every boutique there is.’’ She said, her words dripping with coldness as she stepped forward to Gina.

Gina stepped back, fear taking over her.

Blacklisted? That was impossible!

Elizabeth was just a nobody.

The only thing she had at the moment was her mouth.

And she was definitely using it to blabber!

She rubbed her arms, feeling the cold seeping out of Elizabeth.

‘’Did sleeping your way into a boutique get a few screws in your head loose?’’ Celia asked, now coming to stand beside Gina.

She eyed Elizabeth from up to down, irritated by her whole existence.

Elizabeth chuckled, not bothering to spare her a glace.

‘’Trust me, I didn’t loose a few screw. Not even one. But you see….’’ Elizabeth drawled, a happy expression on her face.

‘’Her husband might have lost a few screws. Seeing as his ‘work appointments’ are always done in a hotel with you.’’ She continued, dropping the bomb.

Gina gasped, her head snapping in Celia’s expression.

‘’What the fuck is she talking about?!’’ She snapped, her eyes bloodshot as she stepped closer to Celia.

Celia stepped back, fear consuming her.

How did Elizabeth find out about that?!

They been so coded about it. Coming and going at least an hour before each other.

Still! Her eyes met Elizabeth’s as she shook her head, pointing an accusing finger at her.

‘’She’s lying! She’s just trying to cause a rift between us.’’ She explained, nervous laughter escaping her lips.

But doubt had already been created in Gina’s mind.

A stray tear fell down her eyes as she thought of all the time her husband would have to go work overnight because he was so important at work.

No way he was going to Celia! She shook her head in disbelief, turning towards Elizabeth.

‘’You fucking liar!’’ She said, rushing towards her with a raised fist.

But Elizabeth was quick to catch her arms just before it could collide with her face.

She squeezed it tightly, making Gina wince.

Elizabeth slipped her free hand into her bag and brought out her phone, joy bubbling in her heart.

She played a video, flashing it in Gina’s face.

Gina stared at it, a stray tear falling down her eyes as she shook her head in disbelief.

‘’W—What is that?’’ She asked, despite knowing exactly what it was.

Elizabeth smirked victoriously. ‘’I think your husband might have a bondage kink.’’
