Hazel finally slept off, giving in to all of the stress she had been feeling for the past few days. And right beside her was Kael, sleeping soundly beside her like a war wasn't approaching them.
They slept that way till the next morning, not waking up even once. It was safe to say the universe finally decided to give them one day, free from all the problems and enemies trying to get them.
Early the next morning, Hazel was the first one to wake up.
She stood up gently so as to not wake Kael up as she noticed he was sleeping ever so soundly.

After a while, she got up from the bed and went to take a shower. She knew it was going to be a very long day and she couldn't allow the sore feeling between her legs stop her from whatever training Zariel was preparing to give her today.
As soon as she came out of the bathroom, she saw Kael sitting by the side of the bed.
“You're up”.
She said with a smile as she walked up to him and hugged him while he was still sitting.

Just when she was going out side to train as Zariel insisted the training room would be too small for them, Hazel heard Lucian call her.

After a while, she dropped him and placed a light kiss on his forehead.
“Mommy has to go outside and train okay? I need you to stay with your maid or Aunt Dona and make sure you listen to whatever it is they ask you to do okay”?
She said and he nodded.

She smiled and gave him a much longer piss on his forehead this time before walking out with Zariel.
As soon as Hazel left, Lucian's eyes turned black for a split second before they went back to their normal color.
“I want to go to daddy”.
Lucian said to his maid and she nodded as they both went upstairs.
Hazel had gotten to the open field with Zariel and it was finally time to begin.
“The first thing we need to do is control the orb. That is the most important thing and since we do not have time to go through the basics, we'll have to go for what matters the most”.
He said and Hazel nodded, giving him her full attention.

She asked and he looked at her seriously.

He said and she sighed before nodding.
“Fine, let's do it”.
Soon, they were in fighting positions. The had their hands facing forwards, looking like it was protecting their faces from getting hit.

He said and even though she didn't want to argue, she just couldn't think of anything.
“Nothing is coming to my mind right now”.
Zariel sighed before he stood straight.
“Your mom was a powerful werewolf, from a tribe of lycans. She was loved… almost becoming the alpha of the pack, until she was asked to marry your father”.
Hazel raised a brow. She already knew this and it didn't make her angry.
“Her only mistake was falling in love with him and forgetting that it was a marriage of convinence. Your father never loved her and he didn't want to have anything to do with the both of you.
He favored his mistress and her daughter over you two”.
He said but Hazel was getting irritated.
“Why are you telling me all of this”.
“Because all your life, you have been nothing but a worthless and unneeded product to your father. One he couldn't get rid of but one he never wanted”.
He said and her eyes flashed gold.
“You were and always will be worthless to him. You will never be the child he wants and there is nothing you can do about it”.

Till this moment, Hazel didn't know her father's thoughts towards her still affected her but if seems it did. It seems it affected her a whole lot.
“What if he was always right? What if you were indeed worthless”?
He asked but she turned to him and yelled.
