Just a Little Prank, Papì

Just a Little Prank, Papì
💮Angel's POV💮

"Tesoro."

He grabbed me before I could fully step into the room, his grip firm, his voice rough with tension.

I kept my head low, lips pressed tightly together. I couldn't meet his eyes.

"I—I'm sorry, Raul. B-but I have to leave," I whispered, my voice almost cracking.

His entire body stiffened. "What do you mean leave, Angel?" he snapped, his fingers curling around my arms, forcing me to face him.

"I just... I see how much you love your mom. And I don't want to ruin that," I said, trembling slightly. "If she can't accept us—then I'm sorry. I'll go. But just know I love you so much."

I nudged past him, heading straight for the closet, trying to keep my composure intact.

"Angel." His voice followed me—sharp, demanding, wounded. "Please speak clearly. What happened between you and mamá? What did she say?"

"It doesn't matter, Raul. I'll leave, okay?" I pulled my suitcase from the closet, but before I could lift it, he snatched it from me and flung it into the corner of the room.

"Will you tell me what the fuck happened?!" He bellowed, eyes blazing with a fury I hadn't seen in a long time.

I kept my facade for a little while before it cracked.

I burst out laughing.

Yes. Laughing.

Uncontrollably.

I doubled over, clutching my stomach, eyes squeezing shut as the laughter spilled from my lips like a dam had broken.

Raul stared at me like I'd grown a second head.

"What the fuck is going on with you, Angel?'

Still giggling, I caught my breath enough to pull him by the collar and crash my lips onto his.

"Relax, Raul," I whispered against his mouth, barely containing another laugh. "It was just a prank."

His eyes widened in disbelief.

"You—" Before he could finish, I dodged under his arm, squealing like a child, running across the room as he gave chase.

"Angel!" he barked, hot on my heels.

I darted into the bathroom and slammed the door shut, locking it just in time. Leaning against it, I tried to catch my breath.

"Open the door this instant," he growled, pounding against it.

"What makes you think I will?" I called out, smug.

"Don't make your punishment worse, darling. I won't be spanking you with my hands this time," he warned, voice dark and low.

My thighs clenched. My panties soaked instantly.

"Then I guess I'm not coming out."

"You're not serious, Tesoro. Where do you plan to sleep? On the tiles?"

"The cold tiles will do just fine," I lied through my teeth.

"You're gonna regret this, Angel."

"I probably will."

"Open the door. Now. I won't do anything... maybe." The slight smirk I could hear in his voice made me hesitate.

"You have to promise you won't do anything!"

"I can't promise that."

"Raul..."

"Angel." He called my name like a dare, like a promise, like a threat and a vow all in one.

I swallowed hard and slowly turned the lock.

The moment the door clicked open, I was

snatched off the floor and tossed over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

I gasped. "Raul!"

"Don't even think about grabbing my ass," he warned, and I giggled wickedly, tempted anyway.

He tossed me onto the bed and climbed on top of me—only to start tickling me relentlessly.

"Raul! Stooop!" I shrieked, kicking and laughing so hard tears fell from my eyes.

"Are you going to prank me again?" he asked with that sinful glint in his eyes.

"Y-yes!" I challenged, breathless.

"Suit yourself, caramella."

His fingers attacked my ribs, my neck, my sides. I squirmed and gasped and laughed until I couldn't breathe.

"P-please! I won't—I promise I won't!"

"You sure?" he grinned, still torturing me with his fingers.

"I swear, I won't!"

Finally, he stopped and pulled me into his arms. My body molded into his instinctively, chest heaving, cheeks flushed.

"Please don't pull that kind of prank again," he whispered into my hair, voice now soft—wounded. "I thought I lost you."

I lifted my face from his chest and looked up at him with a tiny smile.

"I'm sorry... I just wanted to make you laugh."

His gaze dropped to my lips. "Well, you got your laugh," he murmured before pressing a kiss to my lips. "But that doesn't mean I won't punish you later."

"You promised you wouldn't," I argued weakly.

"I never promised anything, darling," he reminded with a smug grin.

I groaned in defeat and curled into his chest. Honestly, I deserved it for being such a little brat.

We stayed up late that night, tangled in each other, as he shared quiet pieces of his childhood—the pain, the memories, and why he was so close to his mom.

His voice became slower, gentler. Our fingers remained laced as I rested on his shoulder.

At some point, while listening to the deep timbre of his voice and the steady beat of his heart—I drifted off.

Wrapped in warmth, safety, and a man who somehow loved every stubborn, wild part of me.

💎Raul💎

I sat on the balcony, freshly out of the shower, towel slung loosely around my neck, letting the morning breeze roll over my skin.

The sky was painted in soft streaks of orange and pink—the kind of sunrise that made you pause and take a breath.

When we first moved in, I'd purposely chosen the room far from everyone else—up here, where the view of the backyard, the sunsets, and the early sunrises felt like freedom.

Peace. Something I hadn't known in a long time.

But these past few months with my Angel... they changed everything.

She filled the hollow parts of me without even trying. She made me laugh again. Smile again. She taught me how to feel again. And for the first time in years, I no longer felt haunted by shadows.

She brought light into my life.

I used to think that kind of love was reserved for people with less blood on their hands.

But somehow, she gave it to me freely.

Deep down, a part of me always believed Mamá would accept her—because in some strange, fated way, their stories mirrored each other.

Still... I had my doubts. Mamá once saw Catalina as flawless, and I feared her judgment might shatter what Angel and I have built.

Her prank yesterday nearly drove me insane. I love Mamá, and I wanted her to accept Angel—because if she didn't, I don't know what I would've done.

Losing Angel was never an option, but neither was losing Mamá.

The memory of Angel's playful mischief last night tugged a smile to my lips.

The way she laughed, the way she wiggled her body while running from me... God, that woman was a menace.

But she was my menace. My peace. My chaos. My everything.

Happiness burned in my heart as I stared out into the sunlit yard, lost in the quiet echo of her laughter from the night before, a sound I'd chase forever, and now I know how to coax it from her.

I was lost in thought, I didn't hear her approach until her silky voice poured over me like honey.

"I had a dream last night," she murmured, her breath warm against my ear.

"You wanna know what it was about?"

She pressed her body against my back, and I felt her lips nibble at my earlobe. Her hands—warm and slow—slid down my torso, stopping just above the towel.

I sucked in a sharp breath.

Without hesitation, I gripped her ass and pulled her into my lap, her thighs straddling mine, the heat between us igniting instantly.

"Tell me about it, caramella," I rasped, my voice husky with desire. "And I'll make it come true."

I tilted my head and sank my teeth gently into the sensitive skin of her shoulder, just enough to make her gasp and arch against me.

She threw her head back, fingers knotting in my damp hair.

"Y-you can't, Raul," she moaned, her breath shaky as she tugged me closer by the towel still hanging around my neck. "My dream was... sinful."

Her lips brushed mine, but she didn't kiss me. She teased—tempted.

I smirked and lowered my mouth to her chest, my lips brushing the top of her bare breasts, exposed by the thin slip she wore.

"So making your dream come true would make us sinners, hmm?"

She nodded, barely breathing. "Y-yes."

That sinful sound she made mixed with surrender made my cock twitch—hard.

"That's fine by me, Angel," I whispered against her skin. "I've done worse things than sin. But if sinning means being with you like this—then I'll go to hell smiling."

I chuckled, the sound deep and low as I took one aching nipple between my lips, flicking it with my tongue.

I sucked slow and deep—like I had all the time in the world to worship her.

Her whole body trembled in response.

She moaned my name like a prayer, her hands roaming, her legs tightening around me. And just like that, the world faded.

There was only her: her taste, her heat, her need. And mine.
