Chapter NO 34

Chapter NO 34

"Feed me, you heard right," he said in a deep voice. She blushed, it was the first time he was talking to her normally and the old version of Saliha was coming back.
She filled the spoon with the dessert and brought the spoon to his mouth. He opened his mouth while looking into her eyes, coldly.
As he gulped his Adam's apple made those seductive movements and she felt her heart was all stop.
"Is it not enough?" he asked suddenly, making her startled.
"What?" she asked, startled. The blood was rushing through her face.
"Sweet," he repeated.

"What?" she asked, again.

"You have sweetened it too much," he said.

She was looking into his eyes confused but then she looked at the bowl in her hand.

"This much sugar is not good for health," he said, softly. It was the first time she was seeing him like this.
"He wants me to get a heart attack?" she thought.
She filled the other spoon and brought it near his mouth. He gulped it again.
"It tastes good," he said.
She smiled but his eyes were so cold that she could feel a chill through her spine.
She was about to put the spoon inside the bowl again but he took the spoon from her hand and their hands messed with each other. She had gone startled but he did not change his expressions.
He filled the spoon with dessert and brought his hand near her mouth.
Her heart started beating fast.
She was staring at him with her eyes wide open as if she was in some dream, a very beautiful sort of dream.
"Saliha," he called her name and she came back to her senses.
"Open your mouth," he ordered. Her heart was rushing fast and so was her breath.
She opened her mouth and put the spoon inside her mouth but then she realized something that made her heart stop.

"Roman, I, I am sorry, I did not knew I accidentally put spice in it," she said, embarrassed.
She remembers when Roman had entered the kitchen early making her startled she accidently added some spice instead of sugar because both sugar and spice boxes were similiar.
His eyes narrowed.

"What are you talking about? it tastes good," he said. She knew he was lying.

He filled the spoon again and was about to bring it near his mouth edges when she stopped his hand.
"Give it here, it is not good to eat, let me make you something else," she said while taking the bowl away but he held her hand while she got up and forced her to sit again.
She looked at him confused.
"Thank you," he said while looking into her eyes. Her heart skipped a beat. She was unable to believe her ears.
"Roman Ali Gardezi said thank you?" she thought.
"I will return you the favor," he added and after hearing those words she felt anger rush through her veins.
"It was not a favor," she snapped and got inside the kitchen.

"Guys, have you heard the news?" students were muttering in the café. "What news," said the other girl.
"Muaza is going to New York," said another guy.
"Whoa, lucky girl, I heard it is a fully funded scholarship," said the
girl.
Zain was drinking coffee, his head was already burning due to over
drinking last night.
He turned instantly. He got up and walked towards the group at the table.
He punched the table slightly. The students looked up at him, horribly. "When is the flight?" he asked, angrily. They knew Roman's group members were crazy like him.
"It's 2:00 pm," said the other girl.
He looked at the clock, it was showing 1:00 pm, which meant he could catch her.

He rushed out of the café and he looked so pissed off.

"Okay my brother, I will take better care of myself," said Hunza, annoyed.
"Hunza, I am serious, they are after us since our father messed up with them," said Kashan while crossing his arm around his chest.

"You know I can handle this," she replied with the same expression. He took a deep breath and touched her face.

"You are the only family I have, Hunza, so please don't do something stupid," he said.
She smiled.

"I promise nothing will happen to me brother," she said. He patted her head and kissed her on the head.
"Take care," he said and got inside the car. She said goodbye and walked away.

Unknown to them someone was watching their little farewell. He clenched his jaws and kicked the rock nearby.

"Saliha, why is she still absent Hania also has to get sick today," Hunza muttered, angrily.
She was looking for some history books in the library which was an impossible task for her with both girls.
"They should be on the top of the shelf," she thought and climbed up on the wooden ladder. She took two steps but on the third, she felt as if the ladder was broken.
A scream was about to escape her mouth when someone held her through her waist.
She had closed her eyes in fear but she recognized the perfume and opened her eyes.
"You?" she said, annoyed.
"Welcome," Emaad said, coldly. The boys in this group were so cold.
"Now let me go," she said, struggling and getting herself free from his tight grip.
"Fine," he said expressionlessly and let her go. She fell on the floor.
"You, I hate you," she said, angrily.
"Shhh..." they heard the library attendant's voice. He looked at her and then at the library attendant.
He raised an eyebrow and gave her the book she was looking for. "Oh ghosh, I was looking for this," she said, happily.
Then she looked at him and raised an eyebrow. "Th..an...k.You," she said the word with difficulty. His cold green eyes turned even more cold.

"Well, you still are not," he said, mysteriously and walked towards the nearby table which was empty which meant he wanted her to sit there with him.
She does not want to talk to him but he helped her minutes ago and he also found the book.
She followed him to the table.

He was standing in the crowd and looking around for the person he was there for. His eyes were red and he looked so desperate.
He walked through the crowd. The P.A. system was continuously announcing flight names.
"I can't lose you," he muttered and looked around and after a while he found her sitting on the bench. She looked so upset. He walked towards her slowly.
She was in deep thought that she did not realize someone was standing near her.
"leaving?" he asked, firmly.
She looked up but her expressions did not change. She got up.
"I am leaving for good Zain, I can't see myself destroyed," she said, sadly.
"Is that what you want to do?" he asked, coldly. She nods yes.
He walked towards her. His eyes were dangerously cold.
"Zain," she muttered. He put his finger on her lips, shushing her. His touch made her weak down there and she felt the déjà vu of him kissing her the other night.
"You are leaving? Nothing matters to you?" he asked in a whisper-like voice.
"Zain, I am sorry, it all happened so suddenly, you know I have always considered you as a friend and I loved him," she avoided saying Roman's name.
He closed his eyes as if he was trying to compose himself.
He slowly placed his arms around her waist and pulled her closer, she gasped. His handsome face was so closer.
"Zain," she whispered to make him stop. He brought his lips near her ears.
"You are not leaving, is that clear?" he asked in a very seductive and angry tone.

She gasped because she was not expecting this.
She slightly pushed him away by touching his chest. His black T-shirt was stretched around his toned body and broad shoulders. His light blue eyes were digging into her eyes. He looked so hot.

"Best of luck with everything Zain," she said and turned but he held her hand and pulled her towards him again.

"I love you Muaza," he said while looking into her eyes. She felt she heard wrong.

"What?" she asked.

"I love you," he said, strongly.

"Zain, I..." she was speechless.

"Since the day you came inside my heart, I am all lost, there is nothing that could take your place, I don't want to lose you, yeah, I am a jerk I did not tell you earlier because I was afraid and I did not know this all will happen between us but for me, that night was not one night stand, it was more than that Muaza. For me it was all my emotions I invested in you that night, It was not lust, not fun, I did it only to make you comfortable. Those were emotions," he said while looking into her eyes, his eyes were turning red but he had strong control over his emotions. These guys were so strange.

Hunza was staring inside his eyes for a while and she knew he was expecting an answer from her.

She slightly pushed him aside and at the same time her name was announced, she looked at the board expressionlessly and then she dragged her luggage away without a single word. He was standing there watching her go.

She did not turn to look at him. If she had she could see ten thousand emotions in his eyes.

"Your medicines," she said, giving him a glass of saturated tablets.

"Saliha, I will not take these tablets," he said without looking up. He was playing some game on the phone.

"Come on, they are not tablets now," she said. He looked up and held the glass.

"Where did you learn this trick?" he asked.

"I don't know but I take my medicine like this, it's hard to swallow large-size tablets," she said.

He looked at her for a while and she felt her cheeks burning but his eyes were cold.

He drank all the water. Just then Saliha's phone rang.
She grabbed the phone. It was Kashan.

He looks at the phone's screen from the corner of his eyes.

"Hello Kashan," he heard her chuckling.

He looked from the corner of his eyes.

"Yeah sure, why not, take care, I will do that for you," she said, smiling and hung up the phone.

Roman was staring at her and then instantly started looking at his phone.

She sat on the nearby couch and started dialling a number. Roman was all ears on her.

"Hey Hunza, I am sorry I was unable to come to college, yeah I am fine. Kashan was asking me to keep you here at my place for today," she said and got silent to hear Hunza.

Thanks to Roman's very good hearing senses he could hear what Hunza was saying from the other side.
"What? But why? Why does he say that?" asked Hunza worried.

Emaad was staring at her for the last twenty minutes.
She was reading the book and writing the notes. She felt the balminess of someone's stares on her face.
"What?" she snapped. He shrugs, coldly.
"I am reading something here," she said, annoyed.
"So I do," he said in a whisper-like voice while looking into her eyes.
She narrowed her eyes.
"Where is your book Mr. Alizai?" asked, clenching her teeth. He stared at her coldly.
"Listen, I am here to finish this stupid assignment, you helped me so that's how I let you sit here but that does not mean you are going to become a huge jerk," she said, annoyed.
His expressions changed and the anger started dancing in his eyes. He bends ahead a bit.
"Don't you dare to talk to me like this," he said while clenching his teeth.
She was about to open her mouth when her phone rang. She started the screen and gave him a tough look.

"Is he okay?" asked Hunza.

"Yeah, he sounds good but I did not ask him why he said that," said Saliha.

"No, he is not, no, no, no, he has gone there alone," said Hunza, screaming.

"Hunza, Hunza, are you okay? Hey, come home here," said Saliha but Hunza hung up.

"What are you doing? You want this woman to kick us out?" asked Emaad, clenching his teeth, and pointing at the librarian who was staring at her like an angry tiger.
