Chapter 40 Claimed

Chapter 40 Claimed
She was trying to kill him.
Kian was absolutely convinced, because with her hand wrapped around his dick, pumping him until he almost couldn’t take it. He grabbed her hand, trying to stop her relentless actions.
“We have to be quick,” she reminded in a growl.
He tried to breathe and tell her to slow down, but she quickly pushed the waistband of his pants down so his dick, prepped and ready for her, was sticking out thick, aching, and massive. Only she could take him from zero to one hundred in a blink of an eye.
It didn’t help that her delicious, mouthwatering scent was overwhelming him. Inhaling it inside of him and his lungs, he was becoming addicted to the scent and he wanted more, so much more. He was so distracted by it that he hadn’t even noticed that she had rid herself of her pants until he let out loud growl when her wetness and tightness enveloped.
His eyes rolled to the back of his head as his hands instantly grabbed her hips. When he finally could breathe without emptying himself so quickly, he looked up into her eyes of hers as they gazed down into his, searching his for some sort of truth.
“I love you,” she declared in a breathy gasp.
He grabbed her chin and yanked her into a hard kiss before he leaned his forehead against hers while he gazed into her eyes. “Mine. You’re mine, Raina. Always. All of me yours. This dick deep inside of you — it’s yours and only yours.”
“Mine,” she murmured in understanding. “You’re mine.”
He nodded and kissed her again before she gently pushed of his hands as she yanked off her top, letting her breasts and toned torso come into view. He immediately dove for one of her breasts. His mouth sucked in her nipple and he enjoyed her sharp gasp and moan that escaped from that mouth.
Her pleasure had become painful, rising up inside of him as he fought for control to keep his from breaking him first. One hand guided her up and down on him, realizing that she seemed to have grown a fondness to this position. She could be on top all she wanted if it meant he could suck on her nipples and play with her breasts while she brought them to paradise.
She wasn’t breaking yet.
She was close, so close.
He could smell her arousal and he growled in satisfaction at the strong scent he had craved to smell. When time finally allowed them to be together, he would feast upon her, worshipping her just so her scent would fill up the entire pack house and territory.
Because he was wrong.
This scent coming off of her was far more addictive than the soap he bought her.
When she reached into her breaking point, her teeth sank into his shoulder. The shock of the pain morphed into extreme pleasure as it surged then exploded inside of him. He growled, grabbing her hips and slamming her roughly down on his dick as she tried to milk his seed from his dick. Instead, he roughly pushed her up and down on his dick as she came, overstimulating her walls around him as he forced her to take the extreme pleasure.
When her body began to shudder, he smirked knowing he had her where he wanted her.
“K-Kian,” she gasped as she exploded again.
His teeth sank into her shoulder and she screamed out his name, sealing her claim with his. Her pleasure tore through him and he  He flipped them over with his dick still deep inside of her. Her back crashed against the mattress of the bed and his body over hers. Her legs spread wide for him, but it wasn’t enough. He pushed her knees up and the angle of his thrusts within her were brutal.
Her mouth rounded as she sang out her moans of pleasure like a siren to sailors. His eyes slid to his bite mark displayed on her shoulder to make certain that did happen. It was already healing, but his mark was clear as day. He had marked his Luna, but most importantly, claimed his fated mate.
Nobody would come between them again.
As they toppled over the edge once again, he joined her with his hot seed spurting deep inside of his claimed mate, emptying all of himself within her. Her scent intertwined with his and he knew her scent would be on him when he returned, but he didn’t care.
Let them know the truth and question.
He wanted them to.
He was ready for the war already at his doorstep and waiting for him at Crimson Moon, because he knew that now that they had finally claimed each other that she would grow stronger. She was already a force to be reckoned with.
Now, she would be his hell hound and he couldn’t wait to see her in action.

He didn’t want to leave her, but the ache and tug of her bite mark grounded him. Sebastian had come to collect him with brand new clothes. His best friend wore a smug smirk on his face until his eyes spotted Raina’s bite mark on his shoulder before he tugged the shirt on.
“Is this that what I think it is?” he gasped, eyeing the spot where her mark now laid hidden underneath his shirt.
It was his turn to smirk, but he didn’t say a word. He didn’t have to. He knew Sebastian understood the finality of it and he felt stronger to take on the devils making his home their home. They had uninvited guests to entertain and he would watch their perfectly laid out plans go up in flames.
Before leaving, Mack had asked if everything was fixed. It was better to show than tell at this point. Kian tugged his shirt to the side to reveal Raina’s bite mark and Mack’s eye widened in surprise before a proud expression crossed his face.
“Oh, good,” he joked, putting an arm around Jacqueline’s shoulders. “I don’t have to kill you after all.”
He smirked, shaking his head. “Take care of her while I’m gone.”
Mack nodded his head, promising to take care of his sister until he returned. Kian knew she was safe in their territory while he took care of business. The return trip back was much slower than the trip into rogue territory. When he and Sebastian chased after Raina and Meri, time wasn’t what he was thinking about.
By the time they arrived, the feast was in full swing. He was sure his disappearance was noted by the World Council members and all their allies, but he didn’t care anymore about holding up appearances. He and Sebastian had made it to his public office near the training grounds, trying to catch their breath when his door slammed open.
He tensed, expecting it to be some undesirable fool when the lady Viktor had asked to survey and install the surveillance equipment at the cottage came storming inside with Sterling at her heels. Sterling tried to grab at her, but the shewolf charged forward within fire in her eyes.
He was her target and Sebastian stepped in front of him to block her.
“Polly,” he warned.
Her eyes flashed. Her own warning before she sidestepped him, shoving him slightly to side. That alone surprised him, because Sebastian wasn’t someone that could easily be pushed or maneuvered. Her speed and strength was something that was obviously underestimated, because she sat behind screens all day.
“How dare you!” she snarled at him as she got into his face.
Sterling wrapped her arms around her as she tried to pull her back. “Poppy, stop!”
“No, he deserves this!” She struggled against Sterling. “Why sleep with her? Why fuck with her mind? You have no idea the kind of shit she’s been through while you played house with someone else! Then your fucking ex comes back and you think giving her a cottage as a consolation prize to your betrayal!”
“Polly, stop,” Sebastian growled. “You have no idea--”
Poppy whipped around to face him. “Shut the fuck up! The name is Poppy!” she snapped him. Her eyes had darkened and Sebastian stepped right into her space, but she stared right back him unnerved. “You’re no better than him. Nothing you can do can hurt me more than you already have.”
Confusion immediately replaced his anger. The fierce shewolf once again turned to him while Sterling begged her to stop, but Poppy got right back into his face and slapped him hard across the face to his face. His face snapped to the side. The pain took him by surprise. Poppy apparently had hidden depths and strengths.
“I don’t care if you exile me,” she hissed at him. Sebastian launched forward to subdue her, but Kian put out his hand to subtly stop him. “You’re no Alpha to me if you fucked over your own fated mate to fuck that fake bitch. I had hoped you weren’t that stupid. I really did, but your true colors are showing. All I see is a coward and you truly deserve to be their puppet for what you did to her.”
Kian’s eyes narrowed. His wolf wanted to retaliate, but he couldn’t fault her. Poppy’s allegiance was to Raina. Sterling’s eyes had widened in shock at Poppy’s audacity.
“Are you done?” he asked, trying to keep calm.
Poppy glared at him. “Never. I’ll make sure your life is a living hell. I might not be strong physically, but the things I can do with technology can ruin your life.”
He smirked, wondering where this shewolf had been hiding. He knew Poppy was Raina’s best friend, but he had only seen the intellectual genius. She was a damn good at her job and her eyes had detected things that most people wouldn’t deem a concern.
“Poppy, please stop,” Sterling whispered, trying to pull her arm.
Poppy growled. “How can you be okay with this? She’s your fucking twin sister!”
“You don’t know what’s going on, little wolf,” Sebastian told her softly as he watched her curiously. “You need to stop jumping ahead of yourself. Not everything is what it seems--”
Poppy laughed at that. “Not what it seems. Okay, tell me how it’s not what it seems?” she growled at him. He hesitated and she smirked, shaking her head. “Enlighten me with your heroic tales.”
Sebastian’s eyes darted to Kian and Kian continued to watch Poppy once again turn her focus back at him. Tears were in her eyes as she stared at him with so much disappointment and pain that it caused his heart to ache.
“You have no idea what I went through,” she gasped, shaking her head. Her body shook at the emotion going through her. “You had your fated mate and she would’ve done anything for you. I had to watch as death waited at the door for her.” Tears slipped down her cheeks. “At least, you know who your fated mate was! Mine doesn’t even remember my real name. How can you just turn your back on her?”
Poppy wiped at her face, trying to keep herself together. Sterling grabbed Poppy up in her arms, holding her in her embrace as she broke down. Sterling looked at Kian over Poppy’s shoulder, showcasing her own hurt expression of betrayal and disappointment.
Kian sighed, glancing over at Sebastian. Sebastian nodded his head as his Beta looked out into the hallways before he turned to shut the door closed. When the door was shut, Kian yanked his shirt to the side to show both of the ladies Raina’s mark.
“Raina is my claimed mate,” he told them. Sterling’s eyes widened as she took in the bite mark.
Poppy turned to look at him and her mouth dropped open at what she saw. She shakily untangled herself from Sterling’s embrace as she ventured forward to inspect the freshly made bite mark. She smelled the air and her hands immediately covered her mouth.
“Oh, Moon Goddess,” she gasped in surprise.
Kian couldn’t help but smile at her reaction. “You pack a good hit by the way.”
“Damn it all,” she groaned. “I’m sorry, okay? I was mad! I thought you… so I was wrong. I’m sorry.” Her eyes went to his pleading with him. “Please don’t exile me.”
When she wasn’t hell with claws out, she was a tame little kitten. It was almost hard to believe she was the same this fierce girl that hit him across the face. Her big doe eyes pleaded with him for mercy.
He chuckled. “I’m not mad. I’m impressed.”
“For hitting you?” she squeaked.
The incredulous look on her face was adorable. Poppy was the definition of not judging a book by its cover. He only took notice of her, because Raina hung out with her. He had learned that she was her best friend since childhood. All three of the girls were best friends.
“And calling him out on such awful things,” Sebastian piped in behind her. She shot him a dark look and he put up his hands in surrender that caused Kian to laugh. “I wasn’t the one that said them.”
Sebastian really needed to remember her name, because Kian had a feeling that he would need to for the future… if he ever wanted to be with his true mate. This conversation alone told him everything that he needed to know about her and everything he cared to know.
She was Raina and Sterling’s best friend.
She was a damn good friend.
And he hoped she’d give Sebastian hell as she should and he would enjoy that chaotic explosion when it happened. His eyes bounced back and forth between them, wondering when it would all hit the fan.
She sighed, looking back over at Kian. “I’m sorry! I didn’t know! I thought you backstabbed my best friend!” She flushed, looking over at Sterling, who was trying not to laugh as well. “I’m-I’m really good at tech and computers?”
He frowned, for a moment, as he thought over what she said before a smirk lifted the corner of his mouth. “So, Poppy, what things can you do with technology that can ruin people’s lives?”
