The End
Yesterday afternoon, OCIU officer Trevor Robertson, received a distress call from his partner, Officer Carson Williams. Officer Williams had followed a lead to a warehouse in Hernswood. The nature of his job was initially a simple stake-out the meeting between the Yellow Thorns and Ravager leaders until it went horribly wrong. Officer Robertson arrived on scene just in time to defend his unconscious partner from the fugitive Yellow Thorns leader, Elenora Santos. The scuffle resulted in a shoot-out, leaving Ms.Santos dead. But she was not the only casualty. She, along with Ravager leader Romero and Tasia Costa and an unidentified criminal were found dead on the crime scene by the time reinforcements arrived ten minutes later. Officer Williams was taken to an undisclosed hospital and is expected to fully recover from his injuries. There are rumors that the OCIU will award him for the bravery he displayed in confronting the two gangs. When asked for an interview, he declined. Officer Robertson gave a short statement, saying "These are difficult times. As an officer, I see shoot-outs like this often, the results are never pretty. But if there is some light in this situation, it is that the leaders of the most dangerous gangs in Hernswood and Bushford are now dead. It will hopefully give the city and the police force the edge we need to take out city back. This is the beginning of a new time, one where criminals don't run unpunished and the streets are safe for our children." the end
