“okay” I said processing information and put the knife away, that’s when Anderson relaxed a bit and went back to smiling.

“well Chase should be here in another 40, so I think we should call up the gang and make a plan all together?” he suggested and nodded, I texted a few of my people also to help. We have to come up with something really quick.
I texted the girls’ group chat telling them we need to do a business meeting with everyone close to us in both gangs and to come with their materials to mine so we can all collectively work.
‘is Davon going to be there?’ of course Mila texts this,

“oh wow you guys don’t hold back do you” Anderson says while reading the entire conversation from behind me. I shut my phone and give him a glare.
“nope, but also Chris will be there today, in fact he might enter any minute now.” I said looking at the wall clock behind him

“let’s just wait for them to come in the common space, I need to unwind with some games. Shut my mind off and just rest.” I asked him to follow me and we went and played some PlayStation till everyone gathered.

Chase was the last one to enter and he was carrying Adam who was resting his little head on Chase’s shoulder. Adam saw Anderson and tried to leap out of Chase’s arms towards him smiling and laughing when Anderson flung him in the air.
“be careful with him.” Chase and I said when we saw Adam flying higher that we would be comfortable with.
“okay parents.” Mila snickered and we gave her a death glare.
“hey.” Chase said coming up to me and giving me a kiss on the cheek
“hey.” I replied giving a soft smile. My mind was going to break with conspiracy theories and what if’s. Chase nodded his head towards the main foyer and I flowed him out after giving the information file of everything we knew until now to Mila. She was going to bring everyone together for now and brief them.
“room?” Chase asked with a smirk
“room.” I confirmed
As soon as we entered Chase had me pinned to the door and he gave me kisses all over my face which made me giggle.
“we did not come up for this chase” I scolded with a small smile on my face
“then what did we come up for?” he asked as he continued to plant kisses down my neck which was making all my fogginess go away.
