King Edward's Point of View

"Sire, are you sure you are doing the right thing by staying away from Queen Ella? Everyone is worrying about you. You have been getting weaker every day," Jasper, my second in command, said. He was right; I was weak. Ella was my heart. Meeting her changed my life. I went from someone who only cared about becoming the Vampire King and making the world safe for all of the vampires to someone who would do anything to make sure she was okay.

"I already told you that this is for the best. I know what I am doing," I said

"Do you?" I looked up at Jasper angrily

"Are you trying to tell me that I am wrong?" I asked

"Yes," Jasper said and that made me more angry. I was sure my eyes were as red as blood

"I do not mean to be disrespectful to you, Sire. I am only telling you the truth. Ever since you left Queen Ella you have been different. You have became weaker. When we were fighting at the border the other day you let that young rogue get the better of you. You could have been killed if it wasn't for one of the warriors taking him out. I am not the only one that has noticed it. Everyone is worried about you," Jasper said

"That is enough. I am fine. I want to be alone," I said and Jasper looked at me with a worried expression. "I said go," I growled and he left quickly. I sighed and closed my eyes. He was right me and my vampire were getting weak. We were very weak and I knew it was because I wasn't with Ella. I wanted to go to her so badly and tell her I was sorry. I wanted to tell Glinda to give her her memories back but I couldn't risk it. I wasn't going to be the reason she lost herself. I knew I was a bad guy. I had done terrible things. I would ruin Ella if I stayed with her.

"Edward I need you so bad. Please stay with me forever," Ella said. We were in the woods standing by the lake.

"Ella, I can't. I don't want to hurt you," I replied

"I need you," Ella replied. I was about to respond when someone came up to her and pulled her behind them. It was a man a have never seen before. He was tall with long red hair and grey eyes.

"Leave my beloved alone," I growled

"She isn't yours anymore. You don't want her, remember? But I do." The guy said and then he turned to her

"I will take care of you if you let me Love. I will never let anyone hurt you. You were made for great things and I can show you what they are if you let me," The man said

"Yes, I want you to show me," Ella said and he connected his lips to hers. Suddenly Ella screamed as if she was in pain

"What's wrong, Mon Amour," I asked the the man started to laugh like a crazy person. Ella started to float in the air

"What is wrong with me?" Ella asked

"Nothing is wrong, Love. You are coming into the person you are supposed to become. Just let go and you will feel so free," the man said

I looked up at Ella and her usual ocean blue eyes were now red. She had fire coming out of her hands

Ella?" I started to say

"Die," Ella screamed and the flames came out of her hands and onto me. I screamed as I burned.

Darkness was all I could see for a moment. Then, I was in a rose gardan. There was a woman with long black hair that flowed onto the grass.

"Who are you?" I asked

"I am Selene, the Moon Goddess."

I just stared at her. I knew I must be dreaming

"You are right. You are asleep but this is real. I came to you in your dreams to let you know that you are making a big mistake staying away from Ella."

"Why would you say that? I am doing this for her own good."

"I know you think that, but you are wrong. You need to go back to her. You are not the one who will destroy her, you are the only one that can keep her leveled."

"I am not a good guy."

"You are not as bad as you think. If you were, I never would have made you each other's other half." I just looked at her not knowing what to say

"You are going to go back to her anyway. Don't do it too late. If you do then you will destroy her. There are people that want to use her for bad. She needs you to not only keep her safe but be there for her. She needs your love." Suddenly, Goddess Selene took my hand and used a dagger to cut my hand causing blood to run down.

"This will prove that this was real," Goddess Selene said as she dissappeared

"Hey, wait," I replied

"Remember, don't wait until it's too late to go back to the love of your life. You will regret it."

I woke up in my room alone. I sighed. I could feel pain in my hand and I looked at it to see that there was a blood coming out of the place Goddess Selene cut me out in my dream

"It was real," I said out loud. I quickly got up. I looked at the clock to see I had slept most of the day away.

"Ella," I said, and I quickly got up. It was time for me to go back to her. After getting dressed I told Jasper and some of my warriors that we were going to the werewolf kingdom. Before I could leave I smelled the most intoxicating scent. I automatically knew it was Ella. I quickly got to the border to see that she was arguing with Eric.

Without hesitation, I got in front of her protectively.

"Don't touch her."
