Chapter 55 Lap Dance
James’s P.O.V. 

After spending quality time with our special ones, we all gather at the dining table for dinner. Stella tells that there would be no girls night stay for a week as Selena told me already that she could never stay angry with Alex. 

“Why don’t we play a game now?” Stella suggests after we almost finish our dinner.

These kids are always ready to play games. 

But it’s because of this game that Selena entered my life. Maybe if I had met her first as my friend’s daughter, I would’ve never seen her that way. So, all thanks to this youngsters’ game, this beautiful woman became all mine.

I wonder, keeping my eyes fixed on Selena. She sits beside me. I take her hand in mine and plant a soft kiss on her knuckles, causing her to smile.

Everyone agrees to play, and Selena and I stare at each other, recalling our first kiss which brought us here.

Sky asks, sitting across us with Zoe. “So what will the game?” 

“I have something in mind,” Stella says, sitting beside Selena with a mischievous smile curling on her lips.

We all turn our attention to her and look at her with curiosity.

“What?” Sky narrows his brows suspiciously.

“It’s simple.” Stella brushes her hair back. “Each couple will take turns. When it’s your turn, the other couples will give you a task—but only one of you from the couple has to do it.”

“Oooh, I like this already.” Zoe grins, leaning into Sky.

“What kind of tasks are we talking about?” Alex raises an eyebrow.

Stella smirks. “Anything. Cute, bold, romantic, embarrassing… Whatever the group decides.”

“What if someone refuses to do the task?” I raise my brows at her.

She answers, “There’s a punishment.”

“What kind of punishment?” Now Selena asks, intrigued.

“Hmm... maybe a truth bomb?” Stella suggests. “You either do the task or answer a brutally honest question from everyone.”

“Wow! It’ll be fun. Let’s play.” Zoe squeals in excitement. 

Sky leans back in his chair, sipping from his drink. “So… which couple should we begin with?”

Alex smirks and points straight at us. “Obviously, the couple who threw this amazing party. James and Selena—let’s start with them.”

I glance at Selena and smile. “We don’t mind.”

She nods, her eyes shining with excitement. “Bring it on.”

Zoe, Stella, Sky, and Alex all stand up and huddle together at a little distance, whispering and snickering like mischievous kids plotting trouble.

Selena nudges me playfully. “I’m getting excited now.”

I look at her and chuckle. “Even I am. Your friends are fun. I’m actually enjoying their company.”

She gives me a smile. “I’m glad.”

We exchange a warm look, and before we know it, the group returns to us with faces full of anticipation and wicked grins.

Alex is the first to speak. “Alright, lovebirds. We’ve got your task.”

Selena raises an eyebrow. “Hit us.”

Zoe can hardly hold her giggle. “Selena... your task is to give James a lap dance. Right here. Right now.”

Selena’s jaw drops. “Wait—what?”

Everyone bursts out laughing. Sky whistles. “Come on, it’s just us. And you said bring it on!”

I smirk, leaning back in my chair. “Well, love, looks like you've no other choice.”

Selena shoots me a mock glare, but there’s a playful glint in her eyes. “You’re enjoying this too much.”

“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t.” I wink.

She stands slowly, brushing her dress down, then flicks her hair back confidently. “Alright. Let’s give them a show.”

Alex whistles. “That’s the spirit!”

As someone plays the music on speaker, she walks over to me with a sway in her hips, eyes locked on mine.

Fuck! She looks so hot.

It seems like everyone disappears, it’s just me and her.

She turns around with a sultry look and slowly gathers her hair up in one hand, exposing the graceful curve of her neck. Her hips start swaying to the beat—slow, seductive, hypnotic. My breath becomes heavy. 

Damn! Every move of hers is turning me on beyond my control.

She glances over her shoulder with a wink, then walks behind me and drapes her arms around my neck. Her fingers trail lightly across my jaw, sending shivers down my spine, then slide down to stroke my chest teasingly.

Fuck… she's playing me like a goddamn instrument. 

Then she walks in front of me, straddles my lap, and places her hands on my shoulders. Her lips brush my jawline as she begins to grind her hips in rhythm with the music. The friction making me harder, and I know she can feel it. 

She unbuttons the top of my shirt slowly, fingers caressing my chest. I groan under my breath, gripping her waist as I lean closer, completely lost in her. Her every move is making my dick hard like a rock. 

I forget we’re not alone.

My hands slide down to her ass, grabbing it tightly and pulling her against my already hard length. She lets out a low moan near my ear. 

And when her lips brush against mine—

WHISTLES. CLAPS. CHEERING.

We freeze, staring at each other as reality hits us. The room erupts with laughter.

“Oh my God, this was hotter than I expected,” Zoe giggles, hiding her face behind Sky.

“Someone fan James down. The poor guy looks like he’s about to combust,” Alex teases. 

Selena hides her face in my neck, laughing.

Stella raises a hand. “Okay! That’s enough! I am not mentally prepared to witness the live porn video of my friend, thank you very much.”

“But you did an amazing job, Sel. I never knew my bestie is so good at lap dancing.” Zoe whistles, causing Selena to laugh. 

I hold her closer. “My girl is good at many things which you don’t know, Zoe.” 

Before she can answer me, Sky whispers something in her ear, making her blush.

Selena climbs off my lap, straightening her dress while her cheeks are red. 

I button my shirt back, shooting her a smirk. “We’re definitely finishing that later.”

She bites her lip and murmurs back, “You better.”
