Chapter 103 Chapter 103
Chapter 103
Tanakorn’s POV
I listened patiently even though every word hurt deeply. Imagine someone explaining why they had to drug you so another person could have their way with you. Wickedness I could never do to anyone.
Why me?
Why choose to hurt only me?
What did I ever do wrong?
Is it wrong to exist in this timeline?
My entire life has been filled with so much pain and sorrow, but looking at Krittanai standing here with me, I feel this hope that my life can only keep getting better.
“I’m really sorry. He told me he needed you in that state, and he promised to take care of my bills. I needed the money, so I did it. Please forgive me.” He went on his knees, apologizing to me, but the tears in my eyes could no longer hold themselves back.
“Are you sure it was Warut? Please don’t lie to me…”
“He is the one. I remember his face so well.” He said again, and I rushed out immediately to cry my eyes out.
Warut… why?
I felt his warm embrace from behind, and it comforted me more than words ever could.
“It hurts, Krit… it hurts so much.” I cried like a child lost in the dark, afraid the darkness would consume him at any moment.
“I’m so sorry. Please stop crying.” He apologized on behalf of Warut.
“No, that idiot should be the one apologizing to me and not you. You did nothing wrong to me, Krit… you did nothing.” I turned and rested against his chest for a moment.
“I’m grateful to you, Krit. I remembered the night it happened when I tried to leave the party after everyone had fallen asleep, but you were still awake.”
I pulled away from his chest and looked at him for a while. “I’m glad I made the right choice that night when I chose you. You gave me your word, and thank you for keeping it. Now I can finally find peace knowing who the rapist is.”
“I will never let this happen to you again. You are mine to protect and keep.” He stroked my hair lightly before placing a kiss on my forehead. I rested back against his chest, feeling more at ease.
I’m glad I let him in.
“Tell me what you intend to do to him. Should we call the police?” he asked.
“I really don’t know what to do, love. Yes, he wronged me, and at the same time, he apologized to me as well. He didn’t rape me himself.”
“But he drugged you,” he reminded me.
I took a deep breath and held Krit’s hands. “Yes, he did drug me, but his weakness was used against him, as you can see. He needed the money, so he sold his conscience. Knowing he has been living with that guilt and apologizing to me is enough.” I know this sounds lame, but my rage should be directed more at Warut for taking advantage of people and not the waiter, who was also a victim in his own way.
“Are you sure about this?”
“Yes. Now let’s get something to eat. I’m starving.” I touched my stomach, but he pulled me closer and landed a slow kiss on my lips.
“Stop it. Someone might see us.” I pushed him aside lightly and headed toward the car.
I’ve kept it in Tanakorn’s voice, with the same paragraph style and minimal spacing:
We got to a nearby restaurant not too far from where we parked. It was one of those cozy places that served simple Thai dishes. The smell of fried basil, grilled pork, and hot jasmine rice filled the air the moment we stepped inside. “I will find  us a seat, why don’t you go place the order,” I said to him and he nodded before heading toward the counter. I found a seat near the window, absentmindedly scrolling through my phone while waiting for him.
“Excuse me.” I looked up and blinked,a cute guy was standing beside my table. He had a bright smile and a pair of dimples that appeared when he grinned. He pulled out the chair across from me and sat down without even asking for my permission. “You know, you’re really pretty.”                                                      “Thank you?” I replied briefly. What does this stranger want anyway? Trying to flirt with me?
“I mean it. You’re probably the prettiest person I’ve seen all week.”My cheeks warmed slightly.“That’s a very bold thing to say to a stranger.”
“Then let me fix that.” He held out his phone. “Put your number in here and we won’t be strangers anymore.”
I stared at the phone but before I could answer, a strange chill suddenly swept through the air, it’s obvious the guy felt it too. The smile slowly disappeared from the stranger’s face. A shadow fell over our table.
The guy looked up first, then his eyes widened. Let me guess..Krit!!!                                                                            Krit stood beside us, taking the phone from his hand before calmly removing his glasses. Looking at Krit, I must say…my boyfriend looked terrifying and his expression was cold as well. His aura alone could probably scare away wild animals. The stranger immediately started shaking.
“He’s taken,” Krit said coldly. “So get lost.”
The guy stood up so fast his chair nearly fell over.“I-I’m sorry. I didn’t know.”Without wasting another second, he hurried away. The moment he disappeared, I burst out laughing.
“Come on. He was only asking for my number. He was harmless.”
Krit narrowed his eyes at me. I leaned back in my chair.
“He wasn’t doing anything wrong.”He bent down until his face was only inches from mine.“We both know he wasn’t asking for your number to be friends.”I bit back a smile.
“So you’re jealous?”
“Yes.”The answer came so quickly that I blinked. Krit reached forward and lightly grabbed the back of my neck, but before I could react, he pressed a kiss against my lips.
My eyes widened. ……People were literally everywhere. Has he lost his senses? What has come over him? I immediately smacked his shoulder.“What do you think you’re doing?!”
“Marking my territory, my little master.”
My face burned and I pointed my fingers towards him, “You!”
“So those wandering eyes stay away from you.”I wanted to be annoyed…….I really did, but the possessive look in his eyes made my heart betray me.“I’ll go get the food,” he said casually before walking away.I watched him leave and couldn’t stop the smile spreading across my face.
After eating, we rushed into the car because the rain had started pouring heavily and it was so late at night .The streets were already becoming blurry behind the wet windshield. He adjusted his glasses and reached for the ignition, ready to start the car, but I quickly placed my hand over his.
Krit paused and turned to look at me.I stared at him with a smile playing on my lips before leaning closer to his ear. “It’s cold, love.” His eyebrows lifted slightly as his gaze darkened. Even without saying much, he already understood what I was trying to do.
“My little master…” His voice dropped lower. “What do you want?”
My heart skipped……..Slowly, I reached up and removed his glasses, setting them aside before looking directly into his eyes. “I want you.”
For a second, neither of us spoke. The rain continued beating against the windows while the air inside the car suddenly felt much warmer than before.
A brief smile appeared on his lips. “You mean inside the car?” .
I bit my lower lip and nodded.
