Chapter 312: An Idiot Looking for Trouble

"What does it have to do with you whether I can afford it or not? Besides, you can't afford it either!" The woman looked down on Vivian and said, "Why are you wearing flat shoes and shopping in luxury shops? Can you afford to compensate if you break something here?"

"Huh," Vivian sneered, "I don't know whether things break and whether I need to compensate. All I know is that even if I wear flat shoes, I am still taller than you who are wearing high heels."

The woman turned red with anger when she was indirectly insulted by Vivian's comment about her height, as it indeed was her sensitive spot.

She angrily confronted Vivian, her tone aggressive, "Who are you cursing at?"

Compared to the woman's flushed face, Vivian remained calm and composed. "I didn't curse at anyone, but someone couldn't resist seeing themselves in my words."

The woman grew even more furious. "Shut your mouth! If you can't afford it, then get out of here and make a fool of yourself."

Vivian chuckled, but before she could respond, Sheldon strode towards them.

Sheldon was not someone who sympathized with women. He had a sharp tongue.

"Who's this dwarf? Did I hear it correctly just now? You said she can't afford the clothes here?"

The moment the woman heard the word dwarf, she was hopping mad right away. She glared fiercely at Sheldon and said, "Who do you think you are? It's none of your business!"

After speaking, she sized up Sheldon from head to toe.

Because Sheldon was wearing clothes that were custom-made and not available on the market, the woman didn't recognize the brand of his clothes.

She sneered and sarcastically said, "Oh, I see. You two must be a pair of poor beggars. You want to stand up for her, huh? Then buy both of the dresses she likes."

"But let me kindly remind you that these dresses cost six figures and don't go well with flat shoes. Some people, even if they spend a lot of money pretending to be rich, are just wasting resources."

Sheldon found it amusing and looked at the woman in front of him as if she was a clown. "Do you know, even if the things we throw in the trash, you still do not deserve to wear them. All you can do is envy us!"

With that, Sheldon put his arm around Vivian's shoulder and said with a smile.

"Darling, should I buy all the clothes in this store for you? If you think they don't go well with flat shoes, you can let our large dog wear them."

A large dog? Vivian glanced at Sheldon, amazed at his imagination.

She disdainfully removed his hand from her shoulder and said seriously.

"Your proposal sounds good, but I don't need you to buy them for me. I can buy them myself."

"Tsk." The woman across couldn't help but roll her eyes. "You two, I know showing off is not illegal, but could you please restrain yourselves? You want to buy all the clothes here? Are you trying to make me laugh?"

Vivian glanced at the woman and didn't bother to deal with her. Vivian waved her hand and called over a shop assistant, saying, "Get your manager."

In fact, the shop assistants had already heard the commotion from this side, but since the situation hadn't escalated too much, they didn't immediately intervene.

Vivian, who wasn't wearing any branded clothes, was not known to them. However, they were familiar with the other woman with a bad temper.

This woman's name was Lindsay Aguirre, an internet celebrity who gained fame through web dramas. Before becoming famous, hardly anyone knew her. Yet, after gaining fame, Lindsay started acting like a big shot, though she couldn't even be a B-lister.

Lindsay had a notoriously bad temper, but there was nothing anyone could do about it. She was lucky to have a wealthy sugar daddy, so most people were hesitant to do anything to her.

Unexpectedly, today she started a quarrel with a customer here, and this customer clearly didn't recognize her and didn't show her any respect at all.

To be honest, it was quite satisfying to see Lindsay, this drama queen, being shut down by someone.

Therefore, the shop assistants who were eager to watch the show quickly called the store manager over.

Vivian didn't waste any words and directly took out a nationally limited black gold card.

"Today, I'll buy all the women's clothing in your store. Oh, right, except for the one on that woman, because it's been tried on and I find it dirty."

The store manager was a little stunned, but she still accepted the card that Vivian handed over.

Admittedly, this store manager had a good eye. "Sorry, may I ask if you are Ms. Vivian Swain?"

Being recognized, Vivian was slightly surprised, but she politely smiled at the store manager and said, "Yes, that's me, so feel free to swipe the card."

Saying this, she reached out to Sheldon. "Give me your business card."

Sheldon didn't react for a moment and obediently handed over his business card.

Without saying a word, Vivian directly passed the business card to the store manager and instructed, "Later, I'll pick one to take away, and send the rest to this address."

"Okay." After confirming that the person in front of her was indeed Vivian, the store manager had no doubt about her purchasing ability.

But Sheldon was completely bewildered. "Why are you sending all these women's clothing to my place?"

Vivian shrugged. "Consider it a thank-you gift for you. Since you have so many girlfriends, you can use these dresses to make them happy and let them pick whichever they like."

"Oh." Sheldon nodded and looked at Lindsay beside him intentionally. "It's not impossible. I can just have my girlfriend wear one dress and throw away another. Ah, someone's eyes might turn bloodshot with jealousy."

Lindsay realized that Sheldon was making fun of her, and she was so pissed off that she wanted to tear his mouth apart.

Her assistant immediately held her back and whispered, "Lindsay, don't act rashly. Let's just go. They've bought the whole store, so we shouldn't provoke them. The dress you're wearing looks good on you. Let's just buy this one, okay?"

"What nonsense are you talking about?" Lindsay knew deep down that her assistant was making sense, and she was already feeling a bit scared. But she was still defiant. "What a crappy store! What crappy clothes! I don't want any of them!"

With that, she angrily stormed into the fitting room. But just a couple of seconds later, the dress she was wearing was crumpled up and thrown out.

Coincidentally, at that moment, Sally also came out of the restroom.

Since she had been in the restroom, she had no idea of what had just happened here.

She walked over to Vivian and asked, "So, have you made your choice?"

"Yeah, I have. You should pick two as well," Vivian replied.

Sally shook her head. 'There is currently no occasion that requires me to wear these clothes. Even Sheldon said there is nothing he likes. Since you have already made your choice, let's go."
