WHERE IS HE?

She walked towards him and gave a huge slap on Liam's cheek.

    Liam was perplexed and held his cheek, staring at the Luna.

     "I hate you so much, Liam or whatever the fuck your name is," she cried out. "Mark my words, I will make you suffer and bleed in this clan." She threatened. "I'm my husband's only wife and don't think I will allow you to take my place, you will only be a mistress to him, that's the only thing an Omega, a whore like you can do. It's to yank other people's husbands away from them. Be warned, I will throw you out myself, I will make the clan throw you out and turn everyone against you, trust me. You've come to wreck my home, right, then I will ruin your life, watch me. I will make your life a living hell?" She uttered with venom, stared daggers at him and walked out of the quarters, using her leg to push the door out of her way, making it shatter into pieces.

    Liam felt his eyes welling up, blurry as it streamed down his cheek, he dropped his hands down and sat down quietly without an expression, staring at nothing in particular.

     "I'm sorry about what she did to you, don't take it seriously, she is in a bad mood right now." 

    Tears continuously flowed down Liam's cheek and almost choked on his tears, when he uttered. "No, priestess. You don't have to apologise to me. You…you don't have to say those words to me, to console me. Whatever she said to me, I deserve it and actually, I was a little bit prepared because I sniffed her scent, when she was coming to see me,' he laughed nervously. "I ruined her home, who wouldn't be mad at what I'm doing, anyone in my shoes will do the same thing. Even I will be furious at it too."

     "It was not your fault, the moon goddess chose you to be his fated mate, you didn't ask for it." The priestess got up and consoled Liam. "But I'm devastating a family, why did the moon goddess gave me someone that had already being taken."

      "We can never predict what the moon goddess wants, only her knows the right to do."

      "The right thing." Liam mocked, biting his lower lip and wiping off his tears. "I don't think so."

    As soon as she left, she furiously sauntered into the mansion, into her room, shysing off the door and crying so bitterly as she slumped down on the floor, her back against the door and sat down on the floor, crying out so bitterly. 

   This wasn't what she wanted. This wasn't what she dreamed of in her life, this wasn't supposed to come about. She was supposed to live and have a good life, not this type of life, the slutty Omega ravaged it all.

     She detested him. He eradicated her family, her peaceful family was being obliterated. She cried so bitterly, blaming the moon goddess for letting her life to turn out this way, why does Adolph's fated mate have to appear now that he was married. Why wasn't it, when he was single? Why was it now that he was married and he had two kids and she was his wife, does it have to be now.

   She went on sobbing when she gave attention to a knock on the door, she wiped her tears and sniffed a scent, knowing it was her best friend, she opened the door and let her in.

    Taila was wearing a wine sleeveless gown, she shook her head as soon as she saw Lupita's face, she sough, and went over to her and hugged her, letting her best friend cry to her heart's content, then she led her to sit on the bed, sitting down beside her.

     "You don't have to cry, Lupita." She reasoned.

     "What do you want me to do, everything is being taken away from me,' she replied teary, wiping away her tears.

   "Everything is not being taken away from you, you still have your family with you, I'm with you, we are all with you." 

   "But, that Omega is my husband's fated mate, father and that his son is even on his side, father wants the that slut to bond with my husband, what do I tell my kids?"

    "Lupita, we've talked about this.' She sighed. "I know you are scared, but listen to me,' she pulled her face and held her shoulders. "Listen to me, all hope is not lost, you've got to be strong. Adolph's father is just looking out for his son, his son is dying and thinking about it in a logical way, he can't just standby and do nothing when there is a solution to his son, knowing he will survive by it. You have to, and you going to the priestess quarters to caution the Omega, will not to change a thing, it will only make you suffer.' 

    She raised her head, surprised at her best friend's words. 

   "Yes, I know you went there to vent, I wanted to go meet the priestess and ask her if there was any other way to solve this, but she said, there was no other way and I also know that if it were even possible, you could have beaten him up. I get it, Lupita, but calm down and don't take harsh decisions, you will end up regretting it at the end of the day, trust me. You've got to calm down, dear." 

        "I'm trying, I'm trying, Taila." 

        "You've got to try harder." She persisted.

     "It's not easy, seeing the man that I loved so much…being…being taken away from me." She sadly stated and kept wiping off her tears.

    "I know, Lupita. You've got to…" she was interrupted when the kids burst open the door and ran towards their mother with concern in their eyes.

    "Mom, are you okay?'' Laura said.

     Lupita glanced at her children and smiled at them, nodding. "I'm okay, sweetheart and you." She faked a smile and touched her cheek.

    "Are you sure, your face seems red? Why are you crying." Albert concernedly questioned. Lupita just smiled, glanced at Taila and back at her kids and shook her head. "No, it's not that, I'm a big woman, why should I be crying, I'm too old for that.' She laughed.

     "Are you sure, mom?' Laura asked. Lupita laughed and hugged both of her children and kissed each of them on their foreheads. "Yes, your mom is alright, I need to wash my face and then, you will see that I'm not worried like you think, I'm a strong and determined woman." She proudly stated, trying to make a joke.

   Her children somewhat cackled, when their mother tried to play with them, tickling their stomachs as they rolled on the floor laughing, their mother joins them and laughed as well. Albert and Laura got up, giggling and tried to do the same thing to their mother.

    Lupita laughed so hard and called Taila for help. "Please help me, my kids want to kill me." 

  Taila, who was also laughing as well, shook her head and says, she wasn't helping her.

   They all played for some time when Laura blurted out. "Has anyone seen the beautiful boy around the mansion?" She said with her cute voice and innocently stared at everyone.

    Albert thought for a moment and said. "I was also wondering the same thing too. Where is he?'

  "But, you wouldn't blame her, Adolph is her husband.' Axel reasoned. "Now I know why she was crying so bitterly." He said, wrapping his waist with his white blanket after having the last round with his lover. Axel was admitted in the same hospital after he had sex with the bartender, resulting into his body rejecting someone who wasn't quite bonded to him. He was taking a stroll when he overheard Richard and his lover talking to Lupita before he burst out of the ward and bump into him.

   "And so, who gives a fuck about that?' He sarcastically said as he wore his jeans.

   "You have to give a fuck about it, if you were in her shoes, you would understand what she is going through. What if her husband leaves her and goes to the Omega, don't you think she will be heartbroken.'

   "Really!' He said and scoffed. "Since when do you start having concerns for her, she's a dumb bitch, she got what she deserves.' He was done putting on his trouser and zipping it.

   Axel rolled his eyes at him. "I'm not having concerns or should I say, it's not…how should I describe it but, never mind that part. What I'm trying to say is that it's painful for your loved one to be fated to someone else, it's heartbreaking and I can understand how she is feeling." 

   "But, what about my brother?' He countered. "He's dying in his bed, waiting for the grim reaper to come to take his soul away and you are telling me if I were in her shoes. She is the cause of all this, if it weren't for her, my brother would have fucked the Omega by now. They become bonded and immense this pack with the moon goddess together and without the Omega, it isn't possible. The other Packs are going to come at us, once they found out our secret, don't you get it?" 

     "I know about your brother, and the moon goddess, the chosen one and all, it must have been difficult, considering how he's trying to avoid his mate. And the more, he tries to avoid it, the more…"

     "He loses his life,' he finished. "That's why we need to make a decision, fast and fast, his health is deteriorating each day."

    "If you are that worried about Adolph, how come you haven't done something yet, loser." A deep and calm voice spoke behind him and Axel panicked at his appearance, leaning towards the door.
