CHAPTER 11—Jake
I’m having a good dream; it has Olivia in it instead of the red head that I got with last weekend at the club.
The reaction my body has to the dream is instant and it’s not a surprise. Her black eyes are drawing me in, threatening to drown me and put me completely under.
My eyes linger down to her chest and the luscious curves that she hides all the time with her manly clothes.
But I’m not one to complain because I alone can see her like this because she was comfortable enough to let me.
Olivia leans towards me and I can instantly read her intentions, so I lean towards her, our lips almost touching.
It’s the perfect moment, so imagine my shock when there a loud bang that has my eyes flying open and the sweet scene in front of my eye disappears.
But it is replaced with something even better.
Olivia is standing in front of me in nothing but the black lingerie I had bought for her. If I thought the red one was the sexier one then this, then it looks like I was clearly wrong.
I don’t realize she’s asking me a question until she snaps my eyes in to focus on her face.
“What?” I ask completely disoriented.
“Is there any particular style you would have the clothe stylist make for me? I’m not particularly familiar with female clothes” she looks away for a second.
Did she think I looked at her any different because of her choice of clothing? If only she knew the dream she just disrupted or how lovely she looks in less clothing.
“Just tell her to make something suited to your frame and taste, you know?” I gesture to her entire body “It’s her job to figure out the style that’s why I hired her, just tell her what you’re not comfortable with.”
It’s hard focusing on her eyes today and I know it’s the dream messing with my head. I have to expel any thoughts of getting dirty with Olivia no matter how bad I wanted to.
It wasn’t part of the contract and for obvious reasons she’ll never be attracted to me.
When she stands at the door still I raise a brow “Do you need anything?”
For a moment it feels like she can see right through me and what I think of her.She plays with her fingers and parts her lips which immediately reminds me of the dream. She starts to say something, but she doesn’t.
I groan and put my arm over my eyes, “You might be gay and immune to my charms but I’m a hot-blooded male Olivia, I’m not immune to yours” and I can feel my morning wood pressing uncomfortably against my leg.
She doesn’t say anything, the only sign of her leaving is the gentle click of my door. I push up from the bed and head straight to the bathroom to take care of things if you know what I mean.
I strip out of my clothes and get into the shower, my hand enclosing around my junk as I begin to recall the dream about Olivia.
The one where she looks at me like I was a snack she wanted to devour, the dream where she bites her lip as she caresses my cheek.
My phone dings and I know immediately that it’s my mother which disrupts my imagination and puts me off.
I ignore my phone and try again but the dream is long gone and the only image in my head is her in my room only in black lingerie. What was she thinking?
How many men has she been around like this without knowing the type of thoughts they harbored in their minds. Just like me or even worse.
The contract says not to fall in love, but I can’t help it. It’s not love but a different type of fall that was slowly consuming me.
There’s another ding and I hiss in annoyance. She was my mother but right now this was bad timing.
Turned off from the now images of my mother flowing in my head I turn on the cold shower, apparently the universe wasn’t going to let me jerk off even to the thoughts of Olivia. She was that sacred.
I’ll just have to hit the club later; at this rate, my junk was just going to fall off if I didn’t take care of it real soon. It was that or I’ll just look up a contact on my phone, there is someone always willing to bed me.
Maybe that was the problem. Every other girl was willing but not Olivia. Bedding me was out of the equation for life, maybe that was what drew me closer to her.
You know how men can be when they can’t get someone, it makes them want the person even more but hopefully it doesn’t happen in my case.
I had to find a way to quench whatever it was I felt towards her. It was strictly a contract between us that I couldn’t break.
If anything we can just maintain being friends after we survive this entire ordeal with my parents.
She was great to have around, I mean she even made Kyle smile even if he wouldn’t admit it.
I finally make it out of the shower, drying myself off. I pick up my phone and swipe up to read the text from mother.
It has a picture of a girl whose eyes are a fiery green and I stop to stare for a moment.
This had to be the most beautiful girl mother has tried to set me up with. I click on the picture, and she is indeed the prettiest girl I have ever seen and from the text it is attached to, my mother’s intentions are clear.
She wanted me to go on a date with her.
I would’ve accepted my mother’s offer in a heartbeat if I didn’t already set myself up with Olivia.
I can’t resist looking at the picture and the plump lips that are the most inviting. Her face is heart shaped and soft and it’ll be no surprise that she’s shy and kind.
Exactly the type my parents fancied. Before I can debate longer and give in to my man needs I type a NO to my mother but save the contact she sent regardless. You never know.
I quickly dress and intentionally leave my phone on the bed as I strode to the living room in fear that I would go back and give my mother a different answer.
But when my eyes fall on Olivia who is bickering with the stylist I know that I wouldn’t ever change the answer I gave my mother.
Olivia didn’t have an ounce of softness in her. She was fierce and looked ruthless with her sharp cheek bones and ever piercing black eyes.
No one compared to her.
She sits while the stylist holds up different materials to her skin, to find her color I think.
“That was quite a long shower” Olivia whistles and I’m sure my cheeks have a red tint to them.
“Had to wait for the water to heat up” she doesn’t believe me and the mischievous glint in her eyes says it all.
Her shoulders fall “You didn’t tell me getting a new ward robe was a lot of stress” she eyes the stylist wearily “I never would have agreed to this if I knew.”
I laugh at that “I know, that was why I missed that part, you’ll be done soon” I don’t know why I do it, but I lean down and give her a comforting kiss on the forehead, “You’ll survive.”
She pouts. “I don’t have to do this again after today, do I?” she asks, her eyes looking wide at me.
“No love, if you get it right this time that is it”
“But I’m starving!” She continues to whine, folding her arms across her chest “You promised to feed me all the time.”
She’s pouting as she complains which makes her look like a little child and makes me want to her hide away from the world and keep her to myself.
I ruffle her hair to which she slaps my hand away. I go over to the pantry and pulls out chocolate cookies.
I want to put some of it in a bowl but something tells me she was going to finish the entire packet so there was no need.
She did finish the entire packet.
The first cookie left my hand when she used her front teeth to hold onto it and then pull into her mouth.
She moaned out loud the moment it hit her taste buds.
Why was I beginning to think of things that has completely nothing to do with chocolates? But everything to do with Olivia and the sounds she was making.
“I want another one” she said when I failed to give her another one.
Taking out another cookie I stretch it towards her and instead of just her teeth this time, her warm lips meet my fingers.
This could certainly pass for a kiss, her lips adding a little pressure before she takes the cookie into her mouth.
Technically she just kissed my hand. I squeal inside my head but then I stop. Why was I, a grown man happy that some girl’s lips touched my hand?
I sigh in relief when she’s done eating the cookies. I walk away to dispose the now empty packet and to sought my thoughts out.
I splash water on my face at the sink, needing the cold water to cool other parts of me that were growing alive.
“Jake!” I hear Olivia yell my name.
If it was someone else it would have pissed me off, yet I was comfortable with her yelling my name in my own house.
Thank heavens Kyle isn’t here because he’ll give me a shit for it. And then more or less caution Olivia about her manners.
Those two are going to get along eventually, I can see it even though they both act hostile towards themselves.
I remember how Olivia threw an egg at him and laugh. She was hilarious and she even made Kyle laugh. No one except me has even made him lose his cool exterior.
“Jake!” She calls again, her voice louder this time and my thoughts pause. How did I ever find her loud voice attractive?
She’s calling me for the fourth time when I finally go back to the sitting room. The stylist is standing off to the side with her bag packed.
“Thank you Miss. Jane for your services” I say to her, shaking her outstretched hand.
A smile curls on her face “It’s my pleasure Jakey.”
I almost grimace at her nickname for me “When will I expect the clothes?”
“It won’t be ready for another two weeks” She answers.
Time to put on my charm.
Still holding my hand, I draw her closer until she’s laying against my chest. Then I bend my mouth to her ear.
“Let’s make it two days darling and remember this stays between us.”
