Caring

She was now moving downstairs into a dark room. She stopped before something and turned on the line. In front of her Oliver was chained with a chair and his face tapped. He was naked. But something was off and his wounds were healed.

Leslie reached out to him but he was still unconscious. Leslie was already pissed due to Rune but she still let Oliver still and came out.

. . . .

Rune felt anxious because of the silence in the car. Leslie hadn't said a word to him since he entered and they had been driving for more than twenty minutes. Not sure what to do, he pulled out his phone and started texting Joshua since he didn't have much time to talk to Joshua before he left. He knew Joshua understood, but he still felt bad.

He smiled as he started chatting back and forth with Joshua and Joshua stated how handsome Oliver was and how surprised he was to see him. Rune couldn't agree more; the man was extremely attractive and far from the sugar daddy he imagined but he was impatiently waiting for them to meet. Leslie still hasn't told him anything about them meeting. He wondered if all sugar daddies looked like this. He hadn't worked his way through the page yet, but he hoped to do so soon.

He continued texting Joshua throughout the car ride. He was hungry and wasn't sure if he would find something to eat easily. He wanted to ask Leslie, but after staring at her and seeing her expression, he decided to wait until they arrived at her shelter, which he assumed they were headed to.

. . . .

Even as Rune and Leslie took the elevator up to the floor together, Rune was still taken aback by how quiet the woman was towards him. He wondered if it was because he had disobeyed her previous requests. The silent treatment was something he wasn't used to, not that anyone should give him the silent treatment, but it was still strange.

As he entered the shelter, Rune remembered what he had learned earlier and made sure to remove his shoes and leave his possessions at the holder near the entrance. As Leslie stayed nearby and watched him, he took off his slippers. "Follow me." Leslie finally spoke after Rune turned to look at her.

Rune's heart skipped a beat when he heard her voice and he pressed his lips together to calm himself. He was confused as to why someone he knew so little about had such an effect on him. He was extremely nervous around this woman and knowing what she truly was. Rune really wanted to tell someone about Leslie's true nature but he couldn't even remember a thing but now he is in here with her he remembers everything vividly.

He let out a breath as he walked past the area where he remembered the security detector and didn't hear the beep. He did everything he could to make sure he didn't have anything on him that would trigger the sensor Leslie was using. He followed Leslie and saw that they were heading to a different side of her suite than the one he visited before. He looked around at the decor, admiring how simple yet elegant everything was. Whoever was in charge of setting up the shelter deserved a lot of credit. Everything was in the right place and the color combination was perfect.

He almost fell as he watched Leslie with his eyes fixed on every feature and piece of furniture. He was concentrating too much on everything and everything was moving. At least he caught himself before he fell. As he and Leslie turned to walk into the kitchen, his eyes widened as he realized he was head over heels in love with it. The kitchen was simply stunning. He hadn't expected off-white shades since most of the other parts of the house he'd seen had a darker look and feel, but the kitchen was bright and sparkling, and he hadn't expected that.

"Have you eaten dinner yet?" He was distracted from his thoughts by Leslie's question.

Looking at Leslie, Rune shook his head, "no, not yet." He was so grateful that Leslie asked him when he was hungry.

"What time do you usually have dinner?"

"Hmm, I don't have a set time, usually when I feel hungry. Most days, I'd say around seven."

"How about breakfast?" Leslie asked further, glaring at Rune.

“I don't eat breakfast,” Rune said, shaking his head. "It's not my cup of tea. If I feel like I need something, I'll have a piece of fruit or a smoothie. I do try to eat breakfast on the weekends, but that's about all I do on those days." "

"Are you suggesting that you start your day and not eat anything until lunch?"

"It happens like this over and over again. Although I consider it brunch, my first meal is usually between eleven and twelve o'clock. Honestly, we spend our mornings with a cup of coffee. I like coffee and drink it several times a day."

Leslie put both hands in her pocket, her eyes fixed on Rune, "what did you eat today?"

Rune pursed his lips trying to remember what he had eaten. "I'm not sure I ate anything at all today-"

"Why not?"

"I slept most of the day. I didn't get much sleep the night before, so when I got home after leaving here, I was exhausted and fell asleep immediately."

"That's unacceptable. We'll get to that later because skipping meals is never a smart option. That's stated in the contract I gave you earlier. How come you didn't eat today? No matter how exhausted you were, you should schedule time to eat in addition to completing the tasks I ordered you to do earlier. I will not forgive you for this behavior and you will face the consequences later. For now, because you haven't eaten. Sit next to the kitchen island; I'll make dinner and you eat it. Is there anything I should be aware of in terms of allergies?"

Leslie's tone was emphatic and his gaze was fixed on Rune, adding to his nervousness. “There are no allergies,” Rune replied, lost for words. He had no idea that Leslie would scold him for not eating. Usually, Joshua scolded him for his terrible eating habits, which he was well aware of, but it worked for him.

He sat down and watched as Leslie walked over to the fridge. He never had anyone but Joshua and his parents to cook for him. He also found it interesting because he didn't expect a sugar mommy to do it for him and he was looking forward to what Leslie had in store for him.

Leslie closed the fridge door as a thought struck her and turned to look in Rune's direction, "how are you feeling?"

"I feel good-"
