When he approached me and said, "This is for stealing the woman I love, now I am stealing the life you could enjoy by her side," Mateo said, and with that, he buried the dagger straight into my chest.

I felt as if something was burning inside me, and my heart began to beat slowly, each time with less rhythm. I tried to get up, tried to walk, but it was useless, life was escaping from my hands, and that's when I saw her, my mate, my moon.

"Aurora!" I said as a gasp when I looked ahead, and she was coming running full speed towards me, but it was too late.

I was between wolves and blood, looking everywhere, "Leonardo! Please, Leonardo!" I was saying between my lips in desperation. Some of Mateo' warriors identified me and tried to attack me, but my adrenaline was too much. I slashed one of them in the neck with my claws, and he fell to the ground lifeless.

I keep searching, trying to locate them, and that's when I saw it, Mateo had the dagger in his hands, and I saw how he buried it in Leonardo's chest; I felt how my heart stopped for a second.

Mateo buried the dagger with such force that I heard a howl of pain from Leonardo. Through our couple link, I could perceive how life was leaving him; I mate my husband, I ran straight to him, pushing everything in my way.

I watched as Mateo laughed, enjoying his victory, and that's when I stopped in front of him.

"Now, yes, my moon, no one will come between us; you are mine forever," Mateo said, smiling at me.

At that moment, I could feel the magic run through my body as I had never felt before. I covered myself with Rock flames and began to levitate, extending my hands in the air.

Mateo looked at me with fear in his eyes; he never imagined I had such power in my hands and began to take steps back slowly away from me.

My fury had exceeded my limit, and I couldn't control myself anymore. I thought about everything Mateo had done to me; the way he manipulated me four years ago when he tried to abuse me, how he took Ugo from my hands when I was finally happy.

He took my husband from me and tried to kill my unborn baby, and I let out a heart-wrenching scream. Everyone around us stopped and looked at me in fear; Mateo' warriors began to run away in fear.

The warriors in my pack had already seen me like this and knew what was next to that I could lose control, and they started to move away from me as well.

Through my mind link, I commanded with my alpha voice to my pack to get away from me, to seek protection, "Run."

I could see the fear in Mateo' eyes, and I was proud that I was, the cause of that fear in him, he stared at me and saw how they all ran, he started to take steps back, but it was too late for him.

The energy and magic began to build up in my body, I closed my eyes and let the magic flow through me, and I screamed like never before in my life; it was a cry of pain, of despair of sadness my heart was dying my life, the love of my life was lying there lifeless next to me.

The Rock flames consumed all around me, covering the hill completely and killing everything that was there. I watched as Mateo was slowly consumed in flames, screaming, suffering as I was at this moment, and I felt powerful.

When his body was consumed, and only ashes were left on the ground, I started breathing again, remembering my baby in my belly; I tried to regain control of my body and went down until I was standing with my feet on the ground.
