"Hello Luna, my name is Susana, and I will be in charge of taking care of you and bringing you your food," the young lady said to me.

"Susana?" I said, smiling.

"You have to help me get out of here; Mateo is crazy; I am not his mate nor his Luna," I said, earnestly looking at him.

"I know Luna Aurora; we know that you are Alpha Leonardo's mate, and you are from the Red River Clan, everyone here knows it, but no one dares to face our alpha." Said Susana with fear.

"Ever since Alpha Mateo killed his father, we have all lived in fear. No one faces him out of fear; I'm sorry, Luna, I can't help you," Susana said to me.

"This is my only home, my parents and siblings died in one of Alpha Mateo' attacks, and I don't know any other place, but here, I can't risk it; I'm sorry."

A tear fell on my face as I listened to her, the hopes of getting out of this place were becoming more and more distant, but I could still gain some time before my pregnancy was noticed.

ONE WEEK LATER

Mateo has tried on several occasions to make me his. Still, I have managed to evade him with lies, but I don't know for how long I can do it; his caresses and the touch of his hands are unbearable.

"I hope you are feeling better; after these days of sickness, it must be the nerves for the ceremony that is coming," said Susana.

"Ceremony?" I said, surprised.

"The mating ceremony, Alpha Mateo is preparing everything; in a few days, you will officially be our Luna," she said smiling.

"Susana, I need your help; please, I know I can trust you," I said, taking her hand between mine.

She looked at me seriously and withdrew her hand, "I'm sorry, Luna, I don't know what you are asking me?" she asked me.

"I need you to bring me something important that I need, please," I said, begging her.

"Sure, Luna, whatever you need," she said to me.

"Susana, if you help me escape, you can go with me, I would accept you in my pack, and your life would be different," I said, looking at h her.

"Luna Aurora, nothing would make me happier, but I don't know how we could escape," she said doubtfully.

"We will think of something, but first, I need you to bring me this" I handed her a paper with the names of the supplements I urgently needed for my baby. I couldn't wait any longer.

"Luna, this is for pregnant women. Are you expecting a baby?" she said, surprised.

"And I must be almost two months, and I have anemia. When I was kidnapped, I couldn't bring this with me, and I need it urgently for my baby, or I could lose it; Susana, please, I beg you, and Mateo can find out."

"I'm sure he would force me to abort it; please get me this, and we'll figure out a way to run away together," I said, smiling at her.

I took one of her blouses and tried to inhale the slight scent still had; I miss her so much, and now that I know she is pregnant. I love her even more because she carries in her womb that life will be the bond of our souls, a new life.

I walked out of our suite, our apartment and headed to my office; as I walked in, everyone looked at me, "Leonardo, are you ok?" asked Georgia, concerned.

"I'm fine, don't worry," I told her without giving importance to her comment, "We have to start. Are you sure you have the necessary strength?" Roberta asked me.

"And this is going to be a problem for you and your pregnancy?

Worried, Roberta has been helping us tirelessly, with Fabrizio taking care of us at all times.
