Chapter 120

Kaylan seethed at her last words and turned to leave when Cypher stopped her from taking another step, his reaction was clearly oozing with dissapproval but she was ready to be faltered by his aura.

"You won't join them, Kaylan! And stop…stop admiring everything and everyone you see!" 

He said the words out of frustration but the lady already walked ahead of all of them and opened the door of the car to sit down. Her thoughts are jumbled with fear and she could only imagine what Heaven would be facing right now.

Cypher walked slowly to the black Porsche car and forced himself to look at her, those eyes that made him weak, the same eyes that spilled tears to him to beg for her life, struggling beneath his demonic powers.

"Please Kaylan…" his voice was laced with deep worry and concern that it hurts. "Please, stay back. You've done enough already, let me see Sebastian and I'll–"

His words were cut short and he froze at her act, the sudden feel of her warm body against his was too much for him to comprehend and he gasped with shock.

She has moved so swiftly, so fast to hug him tightly as if he was going to run away from her anytime soon that his heart thumped wildly against his chest, what on earth was she even doing to him?

"Kaylan…" 

She sniffed against him and leaned her head on his chest, sitting on the car seat but making sure she trapped him in between her legs.

"Kaylan…fuck…stop making me feel more miserable." He groaned with frustration and tried to detach himself but she only held on tightly.

"Do you know how much I cried when I thought you were dead or you disappeared?" Her voice cracked at every word she spewed and clutching his clothes tightly.

"Seeing you in that state made me so scared and worried, I was so afraid you would get hurt but you left immediately. Why do you want someone to go crazy?" She began raising her voice and for a moment, Cypher forgot everything that existed except her. He didn't care they were outside, he didn't give a fuck about guards waiting and he was selfish enough not to care about Sebastian's predicament at the moment aside from the lady here who was driving him insane.

"You were wor....worried about me?"

Kaylan raised her face to him, with glassy teary eyes that made his body stiffen.

"You were in pain Cypher, I couldn't stand it. What happened to you? Are you still hurt?"

Cypher opened his mouth without saying a word, he swallowed hard and shook his head.

"Even when I hurt you? Do you realize that I almost killed you with this fucking hands?" His hands shook as he said the word but she only reached out to cup his face.

"It didn't happen, and that's because it's not you. You weren't in the right state and I know…" She looked down and twisted the hem of her blouse.

"I know that you're avoiding me at the moment not even because of that but because we might not be able to be together…" She hated saying those words so much that she sighed loudly, gosh! Calling him a demon even felt horrible.

"But can't I just stay with my mate for a while, at least…a little while before someone else becomes your Luna?

I promise, I won't touch you or make you do anything to hurt me but just…"

"Shut up Kaylan!" He growled and pushed his hands to the back of her head, his emotions were all other places and his head reeled with a painful headache at such a realisation. He started at her and imagined the reality of her existence being cut short away from him for a while and his Lycan growled in agony and quaked his inner walls. 

"I won't let that happen, you're mine! Fucking mine alone and no silly powers would take that privilege away from me."

He said with a possessive glint that made her shudder under his stare. He couldn't even believe himself right now, he thought he was going to avoid her and stay away from her lest he hurt her, but here he was barking like a possessive dog and making sure she didn't say anything that had to do with leaving him alone.

He was a mess.

"I don't want to leave you to Cypher…I really don't." She told him desperately and hugged and pulled him closer, she couldn't even live with such a nightmare of staying away from him. How would she even survive it without him? He accepted her into his life and paved a way she never thought she could walk on, treating her like a queen.

Cypher sighed and hugged her back, so tightly that it wasn't enough. He suddenly hated the fact he had to leave Moon Pack and staring down at her face, he wiped her teary eyes and realized how terribly he missed her.

His heart was in a frenzied mess, his body heated up and his Lycan growled in need.

"Let me talk to Sebastian, I'll be back, Kaylan. I promise." He insisted on her staying back and she bit her lips, staring at his dead seductive eyes that were filled with different emotions.

His lips were thin and pressed together as he stared her at and she didn't know when she licked her lips.

The feel of his warmth against her body made her wolf perked up with terrible need and her nipples pushed uncomfortably at the fabric of her bra.

His hands caressed her chin and went down to her neck and she shut her eyes and sighed.

"Cypher…" she called out desperately, totally oblivious to the men standing around with their heads bowed.

"Kiss me.." the words uttered smoothly and Cypher had never felt the sudden rush of Adrenaline horny feeling that burst through his entire body.
