Chapter 17 The Plan and Rescue
“Ok I want to know what is going on and I want to know right now.”

“Conner I will explain everything I can and more. I need you to sit and listen without interruption until I am finished telling you everything. I know it will seem like I have gone crazy or that we all have just gone off the deep end but everything I will tell you is the truth. Can you do that for me?”

“Kenzie you know I will listen and I am here for you guys no matter what it is all about. I have one question first?”  

“Thank you so sit down and we will begin and try to figure this all out and what is your question before I start?”

“Why did that guy call me his mate and why do I feel like I know him?”

“Well, that is two questions and I will get to that as well or Sam will explain that.”

Conner shakes her and sits quietly.

“Ok well I will introduce the people here that you don’t now and then I will tell you to think that might be hard to believe. Ok, this is Adam and this one here is Adam’s brother Sam which you meet at the door. Then you have their brother Jake and their other brother Trent. They are all VAMPIRES and you know ShaSha and she is a CAT SHAPESHIFTER. Then you have Dillion you can turn into a WEREWOLF. Sami is a WITCH and Russell is a TROLL. Haven if she was here I could tell you she is a HUNTER. Oh, Kat, I am so sorry I didn’t introduce you to Conner. Conner this is Kat she is Havens half-sister. Kat is also a HUNTER. Now I have a none supernatural abilities I know of besides that I have vampire blood somewhere down the line in my family. The head of the hunters seems to think I am to be a powerful person and wants me to be with him. They also want Haven to join their group to kill off all of her friends. They kidnapped me a few weeks ago and the rest of them got me out and now they took Haven but say they will let her go if I turn myself over to them. We don’t think that would happen and hope you can foresee something and tell us something that will help us save Haven so I don’t have to turn myself over to them to get her back.”

“Now to keep the information going we do not understand where they have taken Haven at this point and time. So I guess I can now give you then run down of why we are all together. Adam came here to look for his mate which turns out to be me. Trent is with Sami and Jake is not with anyone yet. Plus, from what I can tell you must be Sam’s mate. From how he seems drawn to you and you seem to be drawn to him. Russell is with is Shea but she does not understand what he is or anyone else at this point and we need to keep it that way. Now you know everything I guess we are all ready for your questions and to tell us what it will take for you to foresee if you can help Haven or not. Do you have questions for any of us?”

“Well, wow and I want to know why you didn’t tell me you were in trouble before now.”

“Well, we tried to keep out as many of our friends as we could. We wanted no one else getting hurt and the Hunters getting any more information than they already have on all of us.”

“I can understand that and you Sam how can I be your mate if you are a vampire and I am not?”

“Well, it is that something links our souls so they can tell that to be whole we need to be together. That is the best way I can answer that for you Conner.”

“Ok now I am understanding all of this then I will need to be in the place where Haven was taken from and then at your café Kenzie so I can be where they was as well to see what they may have been looking for there. Then depending on how strong the vibe is going on there will know how soon I get the insight on the matter. If the vibe right now is not strong, then it could take a while or I may get nothing at all on the matter at hand. I can tell you this sooner I get to these places the better it will be. So I guess I will head to the café and then to Haven’s house and see what I can get from both place and I will get back with you.”

“Ok that would be great and I don’t want you going alone to those places.”

“I will go with her. I want to keep my mate safe and then I will go with her to her place and see how many cameras’ we will need there.”

Sam stated in a firm voice.

“That’s great Sam, but you reminded me something I don’t think we checked yet.”

“What would that be?”

“The cameras at Haven’s house did anyone check those?”

“No, I don’t think we did, Jake can you get those and load them up so we can check them now?”

“Sure can.”

Adam and I will be right back. Sam and Conner left and the rest of us sat around and waited. Jake came back with the disk of Haven’s house from her cameras. We put it in the DVD player and a watch was going on at Haven’s house the day they took her. What we have seen was not what we expected, and they shocked us to have seen it. We couldn’t get over we saw something that moved with the speed of a vampire or werewolf but had magic like a witch. We weren’t sure what it was but that thing help the hunters take Haven from her home.

“We need to find out what that thing might be.”

“Well, not tonight I think it’s time we call it a night. I will let you guys know if I find anything out from Conner and Sam. God night guys see you at the café so we can try to reopen.”

Adam I will go take a shower and get ready for bed. Ok honey I will be there in a minute. I got the shower ready and take my clothes off when I heard something in my bedroom closet. I went into the closet and someone grabbed me and knocked me out. Adam comes into the bedroom and sees me being handed out the window by someone and he grabs one of them and knocks them out then goes for the other one and is too late. He screams and grabs the guy he knocks out.

“Jake and Trent back your asses back over here and help me. Then call the gang to come back and don’t forget to call Conner and Sam back to get them here right away. We have trouble and we need to do something quick before it’s too late.”

So the waited and tied the guy up and waited for him to come to as well. Then there was a knock at the door, so Adam ran to the door just to find notes taped to the door one with each of his brother’s names and one with his name on it. Adam took the notes off the door and walked back into the living room and said this was on the door. He showed them that there was a note for all of them. Jake and Trent looked at each other and wonder why all of them had a note.

“So should we read them now or wait for everyone to get here since they seem to have a note for all of us, “asked Jake.

“Why is there one for me? I have no mate here so far.” Jake asked

“I would have to say it is still because you are a vampire, my brother. I think we are dealing with more than just hunters here now. I need to talk to Kat to make sure I am right. If I am, then we are in bigger trouble, then I fear, “said Adam and Sam.

When the gang came back to Kenzies and Adam told them what happen and that they each have noted. They all wanted to know what the notes have to say. Ok, Adam will go first with his note. Adam as you can see we have your mate again. She will not be yours. She belongs to the head of the hunters as his true bride. She will be the source of his new power and help him get rid of all supernatural creators. The good thing is that you didn’t have a chance yet to turn her so her power is still whole. I hope to see your face when the one you love will be the one to set you to burn. Have a nice night.

Ok, Sam, go next and read your letter aloud. Sam, you are the oldest of your brothers at being a vampire and now you have found your mate. She seems to be a human and yet not at all a full human. Doesn’t worry I only want you died and not her. She is still mostly human enough to let her live. I will let her live as long as she hurts you find Kenzie or Haven. If she helps, then she will die along with you.

Ok, you’re up Trent. Trent you and Sami are a very dangerous couple. With you being a vampire and she is a witch. But I have uses for her and I think I can bind her to one of my hunters once I kill you. So you may be happy to know that I plan to let your mate live but serve me and be bonded to another to have as his own wife. So have time to rejoice that she still has a future.

That leaves you, Jake. Jake, you will live long after your brothers die. Since you still haven’t found your mate yet. I know who she is Jake and I can help you find her. She will only come to you and show herself because she knows who you are. She is waiting for you and she knows my plan. She also knows once I have her I will be unstoppable in ruling everything. Your mate Jake is a powerful source. So leave now and find her because she is also the only one that can stop me. But I know as long as I have the other mates you will do anything to help save them.

Mr. S

“Now we know what is going on I think I know at least what Mr. S is. He is a source, and he is not just after ending the supernatural’s, but power. We need to figure out a plan to save everyone from the fate that Mr. S wants us all to have. Jake, I think you need to find your mate and see if she can help without coming out in the open at first. Till we can get the others away from the hunters then she is just in much danger as the rest of us. Then, Conner, it is up to you if you want to help now or not. You will not be harmed but you may get hurt if you help us. Sam is in danger no matter what he does. The rest of us need to figure out our next steps.” Said Adam.

“Wait a minute I am helping and none of you can keep me from doing that. Kenzie is my friend, and she is like my sister and nothing will happen to her at all. I know where they are already and I have a few tricks up my sleeve that can help us now.”

Conner yelled at them.

“Now they are in town at the old pop factory. So do I have your attention now? There are around forty-five hunters and a few other things I am not sure what they are. So this is what I think would do first.”

Step 1: Jake tries to find your mate

Step 2: Research on what those other things are

Step 3: Get plans of the pop factory

Step4: Sami do a protect spill over us while we sleep

“I can’t go looking for my mate I have no way of knowing where to find her.”

“It’s ok Jake I can help with that. I need you to relax and give me your hands.”

Jake relaxed and reached out to Conner. Conner took his hands and closed her eyes to see into Jakes soul. When she did, she found out that his mate is in the next town and state over and her name is Elsie. She works for a books store of magic. Now once she had seen all of this for Jake she let his hands go.

“Jake her name is Elsie, and she lives in the next state over in Kentucky in a small town called Cave City.”

“Thank you, Conner, for helping me find her but what if we can’t help or they are watching us right now and waiting to see when I leave to go find her,” asked Jake.

“That is where Sami comes in. She will put a hiding spell on you and it will only last two hours so move fast and get as far away from here as you can go get to her before they can track you.” Conner said.

Sami did what they asked her and Jake took off.

“Now we have idea where to start. We can make more plans to get them out of there. So let’s rest and we all should stay together tonight so nothing else happens.”

Sami did one more spell over the house to keep us safe, and we went to bed for a few hours before we had to get everyone back again in one piece. Adam was the first up and he took a shower and went to the computer to look for plans of the old pop factory. Then when everyone else was up they all ate breakfast and he showed them the plans he found.

“Conner, can you describe what those other creators looked like?”

“Well, it’s hard to say but they are tall with horns on their heads. They have cat-like eyes and a tongue like a snake.”

“Ok I am not sure what this is but we need to find out what it is and fast. We are running out of time and we have to do something quick.”

“I will see if I can find something in the troll book and anything else I can find out you guys try to do the same,” said Russell.

“Look here there are three ways into the pop factory and a lot of windows. How are we going to get past all those windows?”

Adam was thinking to himself.  He had to come up with a plan to save his mate and everyone else. Then it hit him to go in through the underground tunnels, but we will need a distraction before we enter.

“We can use the underground tunnels. We need a big distraction this time around.”  

“What kind of distraction would get almost everyone out of the way so we can get inside?” Russell was wondering.  

“I think I know a way we can get into the tunnels. I know what to do for a distraction. So we can enter the building.” Said Dillion.

“Ok, let’s hear it,” Sam said

“We could blow something up to get them to come out. We could blow things up at different times throughout the night all around the place so they can’t tell where we are coming from or how many people we have helping us.”

“I think that could work if we blow up by the front door and then just move around counter-clockwise so they won’t know where we are. Then maybe we can get in and out of there and it won’t be too much of a problem.”

“I don’t know Adam if it will be that easy to get the girls out.”

“It should allow us some time to get to them easier than just trying to march in and get them. I hear what you are saying Russell, but I want Kenzie out safe so we can get on with our lives before anymore happens to us.”

“Haven needs to get out and so she can find her true love. Conner stated matter of flatly.”

“Let’s get everything ready for the explosives and get them set into place and then we can go get the girls.”

Adam, Sam, Trent, Russell, and Dillion went to set the bombs for a tonight raid on the pop factory. While the girls got the things ready for spells and the weapons for tonight to get their friends back. While the girls were mixing up the magic, they would use for tonight the phone rang out. So ShaSha grabs it and said hello. “I don’t have time to talk so listen and listen good. We are in the basement and we have a friend on the inside to help us. He said he is a friend of Kat’s and that he is in love with her. So talk to Kat. IN the basement right side in the farthest room. There usually are two guards and not sure how many in all in the building. Plus Kat’s dad is here and his name is Sid. He thinks once he put this dark magic on me and marries me he can rule the world and take over with my help and some of your help. I don’t completely understand it all but I have to go now tell Adam that I love him and to be careful. Then Kenzie hung up and was gone.

“Who was that the rest of the girls asked?”

“That was Kenzie, and she said there is a man there helping her and he is a friend of yours Kat and that he loves you. So who is he and why is he not the one you are supposed to marry? But then she told me they are in the basement and in the right at the farthest side. Plus, I am to tell Adam that she loves him and to be careful. But Kat your dad is there, and he wants to marry Kenzie and put a spell on her so he can take over the world. What is that all about?”

“Well, get the guys and I will explain it all. Plus, you need to let him know Kenzie called us.”

They gathered up the gang so Kat could let them know what she knew.

“As for the guy he is third in line and my dad isn’t really all that impressed with him because he thinks we have not been doing what we should and treating the supernatural beings right. If they are causing a problem, then that is the ones we need to hunt down, but if they are not we need to let them be. So my dad is not happy that is who I am in love with. So he agreed to help us get them back then he will leave before they find out he helped us. His name is Alex, and he is the only reason we have the information we have.”

“Well, I am glad she is safe, and that she has a friend on the inside. I still don’t understand it all. But I appreciate that you are helping.”

“Thank you, but there is more I need to tell you but it has to wait till we get everyone out safe.”

“Ok, I can wait even if I don’t like it.”

“ShaSha how did Kenzie sound on the phone when you talked to her?”

“She sounds like she was sick of being kidnaped. Plus, she wants to make sure we had as much information as possible before they caught her on the phone. Oh yeah, she also told me to tell you she loved you, Adam.”

“I will not lose her. She is my life and no one will take her from me. But thank you for telling me.”

Then they all ate and then lay down to take a nap before they all head out on the rescue mission.  So around six o’clock everyone got up and got ready to go on the rescue mission. Then they left for the pop factory to scout out where they would enter from under the pop factory. They know that they have to do something fast and get the girls out of danger.  At seven o’clock they set the bombs off and then enter the underground tunnels to get into the pop factory. So as they are walking through the tunnels they set another bomb off and then as they get to the entrance to the pop factory basement they set another bomb off. Then they follow the way Adam showed them on the map. Then as they get to the door where the girls should be the set off another bomb then they get the girls out and then they leave quick escape. Just as they reach the tunnel to leave they hear Sid laugh out loud.  Where do you think you are taking my bride? She is not your bride but my mate and you can’t have her. I take what I want and I want her and I will have her. Well, not today you won’t and they jumped and ran down the tunnel with hunters running after them. Then they started to the setting of bombs after bomb and then they heard the cops coming. So all the hunters took off before the cops got there. Adam had Kenzie in his arms and Haven was next to her. But they were safe, and that was what mattered most right now. When they got out in the open and saw that all the cops were showing up Kenzie looked at Adam.

“I love you and I am sick of being kidnapped by these people.”

Then she kissed him and headed to talk to Pete about what had happened.
