Chapter 316 Might as Well Indulge Once!

After a moment, Alton came downstairs and glanced at her.

Her face was still flushed as she sat at the dining table, ignoring him.

Alton smiled, went to the bedroom to take off his shirt, changed into a comfortable white tracksuit, and came out with a white T-shirt that he tossed to her. "I only have my clothes. You'll have to make do."

"Why would I need to change?"

"If you think wearing a dress is more comfortable, then keep it on." Alton curved his lips, took out canned meat from the fridge, opened it with a tool and put it on a plate, then set it in front of Olivia. "Hungry? Want to eat something?"

Olivia was about to refuse when her stomach growled. Without realizing it, several hours had already passed.

Time seemed to fly by when she was with him.

Olivia's face showed a bit of embarrassment as she sat down with him and ate a little.

The canned meat and beans were actually pretty good, and there was fruit too. She had a filling meal. Spending a day at sea was actually quite interesting.

"The sun's about to set. Come watch the sunset after you change." Alton cleared away the dishes and went up to the open deck first.

Finally, she changed into Alton's white T-shirt.

Just as he said, the T-shirt was much more comfortable than the dress, though Alton's T-shirt was very big on her, reaching down to her thighs and exposing two slender long legs.

She took off her high heels and walked barefoot onto the deck.

Alton was wearing sunglasses, lazily sitting in the evening glow watching the sunset.

Hearing footsteps, he turned around to see Olivia wearing his pure white T-shirt, her eyes shimmering as she looked at him.

Her legs below the hem were long and tender, eye-catching.

And that slender waist, so thin you could wrap your hand around it, as if boneless.

A hint of depth colored Alton's eyes. "Come here."

"What for?" She walked over.

At this moment, the sun was almost setting, the entire sea surface dyed orange. Sunrise and sunset were the most beautiful times of the day.

Alton smoothly wrapped his arm around her waist, keeping her in his embrace.

Olivia's expression changed. She tried to get up, but he threatened, "Move again and I'll sleep with you right here."

Olivia's body stiffened. She stopped moving, stayed in his arms, and said through gritted teeth, "You really are domineering."

"Who told you to be so difficult?" He glanced at her and smiled. "Just stay in my arms and quietly watch the sunset."

So they embraced each other and quietly watched the sunset together.

The last trace of orange faded, and dusk fell all around.

The two maintained their embrace, their eyes meeting. Alton's eyes held desire, that gaze so burning it seemed it could pierce through her.

Olivia's heart raced with alarm as she immediately tried to escape.

But he grabbed her ankle and pulled her back, saying teasingly, "Olivia, how about tonight?"

Her eyes widened, her voice trembling. "What about tonight?"

"Let you become my woman." Alton pressed his whole body over her without further explanation, his hot breath falling on her neck.

Olivia's scalp tingled as she struggled to push him away. "Alton, don't you understand what I'm saying? I already told you, I won't be your woman!"

Her beautiful brow furrowed as she avoided his heart-stopping kiss. "I don't have that much time to date you. If you want to find a woman, there are plenty of women lining up to welcome you. Why make things difficult for a divorced woman like me?"

"I only want you." In his whole life, he'd never failed to get what he wanted.

"But I don't want you." She blocked his lips, her eyes devoid of warmth. "I have a boyfriend now."

Alton was shocked, his voice carrying low pressure. "When did this happen?"

Olivia didn't speak.

Alton grabbed her chin, turning her face back to make her look at him. "When did you get a boyfriend? Who is he?"

"A former classmate of mine. He's starting a business now, and we have business dealings." Olivia lowered her eyes, not looking at him.

The classmate was real enough.

But the relationship was something Olivia made up on the spot.

Pressed hard by Alton, she could only use this excuse to put him off.

Later she would talk to her classmate. He was a kind person and should be willing to help her out.

"I've been pursuing you all this time, and you went and got together with another man?" Alton gripped her chin tightly, his eyes dark and gloomy.

Olivia said, "You and I were never from the same world. The gap is too big. Besides, you said yourself you only wanted to play with me, not marry me. Of course I'm going to find a man who can marry me. My classmate's situation is just a bit better than mine, and we're both starting businesses, so we have more in common, so..."

"So you got together with him?" Alton said through gritted teeth, quite angry.

"That's right."

"When did you get together?"

"A month ago." Olivia answered.

"You really are casual, aren't you? You divorced Willie in November, and by January you're with your classmate. So you've only known each other for a month? Olivia, why are you so cheap?"

Olivia's face paled as she looked at him. "What does it have to do with you? My own feelings, I can be with whoever I want."

"So you're just playing with me then?" Alton glared at her.

"When did I ever play with you?"

"If you chose to be with your classmate, why did you agree to date me?"

"When did I ever agree to date you?" Olivia was exasperated. "That time you forced me to go out, okay? I clearly told you many times that I didn't want to be with you. You just didn't listen."

"If you didn't want to be with me, why do you always kiss me?" Alton's eyes darkened, and the next second he grabbed her chin and kissed her.

Olivia raised her hand to push him away. "Alton! What are you doing? I told you I have a boyfriend."

"Break up with him." Alton ordered her.

"Why should I listen to you?"

Alton's face turned cold, a sinister look flashing in his eyes. "I'll say it one more time. Are you going to break up with him or not?"

"No."

His face grew cold, and the next second he pushed her down onto the deck, clearly furious.

The two suddenly fell into a cold war.

This was something Olivia hadn't expected.

Alton went to the bedroom. He didn't start the yacht either, just left it stopped on the sea surface, neither of them acknowledging the other.

As it got darker and darker, Olivia became somewhat worried.

She checked the time - past 8 PM, and Alton still didn't plan to head back.

She went down to the cabin and knocked on the bedroom door. "Alton, it's already very late. Come out and drive the yacht back."

If he didn't come out to drive, Olivia couldn't get back either. She was trapped on this yacht, otherwise she would have left long ago.

Alton didn't respond.

Olivia could only wait on the deck. As time went on, it started to rain heavily.

The temperature at sea dropped sharply at night. Olivia was shivering with cold and had to hide in the cabin.

Before she knew it, the rain got heavier and heavier, thunder rumbled, and even the cabin started to sway slightly.

Olivia's whole heart rose to her throat. The sea in the storm was like an angry monster. The sound of seawater roared in her ears, and it really felt like the boat might capsize.

Just then, Alton opened the bedroom door and strode over to Olivia. "Are you okay?"

Olivia was curled up, her nerves tightly wound. "It's raining so hard outside. Will something happen?"

Alton glanced at the porthole. Outside was a storm mixed with lightning.

"I don't know." Alton pressed his lips together, his handsome face showing some guilt. "Sorry, I didn't know there would be heavy rain tonight."

Olivia didn't want to blame him right now either. She shook her head. "It's okay. You didn't know about the situation either."

"Are you cold?" Alton asked her. He touched her arm - it was ice cold. "Go stay in the bedroom. There's a blanket in there, it's not as cold."

"Okay." In extreme weather, Olivia didn't think too much about it and followed him into the bedroom.

There was only one blanket in the bedroom, so the two had to share it.

The sound of thunder was constant in their ears, and the rain seemed to be getting heavier.

In the dim light, the two looked at each other.

Alton's eyes were deep. "Maybe tonight, we'll die here."

Olivia was stunned for a moment, then laughed. "I'm okay, but it's more of a pity for you."

"Why do you say that?"

"You're so rich, wouldn't it be a pity to die? As for me, my life isn't worth that much. If I died, it wouldn't really matter." Seeming to feel cold, she shivered after speaking.

Alton pulled the blanket more toward her side, and she naturally leaned into his warm embrace for warmth.

Alton smiled. "What's this? Throwing yourself into my arms?"

Olivia frowned and hit him. "Stop talking dirty."

"It's rare for you to take the initiative." He extended his whole arm over, holding Olivia's slender body in his embrace, trying to keep her warmer.

The two held each other tightly.

Alton's lips pressed against the hollow of her shoulder.

Olivia was a bit speechless. "You really are..."

He was aroused.

Alton chuckled softly. "Can't help it. I've always been interested in you."

Olivia sighed and didn't say anything more. In this situation, they were shivering with cold even while holding each other. There was no other way.

"Are you cold?" Alton asked her. Through the T-shirt, he could feel her skin had no warmth at all, ice cold.

Olivia nodded. "Very cold."

Her fragile state made him feel tender. He kissed her hair and said, "How about we do something that can warm us up?"

"You're thinking too much, aren't you?" Olivia turned to look at him.

"What if we die tonight?" Alton's gaze was exceptionally deep. "You still wouldn't want to?"

Olivia was about to say something when a thunderclap exploded nearby. Rain pounded on the porthole, and the yacht rocked hard, as if it really might capsize.

"Are we really going to die?" Olivia's eyes were sorrowful.

"Maybe." Alton leaned over and kissed her lips.

This time she didn't push him away. A bit of fearless courage seemed to grow in her heart. Since they were about to die anyway, might as well indulge once!

She wrapped her arms around his neck.

Alton's breathing deepened as his tongue skillfully invaded her mouth, taking in her fragrance.

Olivia responded to him.

From the initial light kiss to lingering, then gradually becoming passionate, abandoned, intoxicated...

Their breaths tangled together.

When she came to her senses, she was already pinned down. His hand reached under her hem, gently lifting it.

Olivia trembled, saying in panic, "Don't..."

But having come this far, how could Alton let her go?

He pulled her hand to his shoulder, his gaze fixed on her without blinking, unfathomably deep. "If it hurts, you can bite me."

They thought they would die at sea.

Unexpectedly, in the second half of the night, the storm stopped and the sea surface returned to calm.

But the entanglement in the cabin didn't stop. Olivia's fingers were tightly interlocked with his as she trembled and gasped...
