Chapter 294

Chapter 294
【Elsa POV】

I pressed against Leif, my body responding to his touch with an intensity that stole my breath. The moment his lips touched mine, something inside me fell into place, like the final piece of a puzzle I hadn't realized was incomplete. It felt right—like coming home after being lost for too long. The sensation of completeness was overwhelming.

As his mouth moved against mine, the world outside this hospital room ceased to exist. There was only Leif, his warmth, his scent, his touch. My body remembered him even if his mind didn't remember me. I moaned against his lips, the sound of pure happiness escaping before I could stop it.

"God, I've missed this," I whispered against his mouth, barely aware I was speaking aloud.

Our kiss grew more frantic, more desperate. My fingers tangled in his deep golden hair, tugging gently as I held him to me. He growled low in his throat, the sound primal and possessive. His hands gripped my waist tighter, pulling me closer until there wasn't an inch of space between us.

"Don't stop," I breathed, though he showed no signs of pulling away.

His lips left mine, trailing down to my throat, and I tilted my head back instinctively, offering him better access. He kissed the sensitive spot where my neck met my shoulder.

"Leif," I breathed, his name a prayer on my lips.

He sucked hard on my pulse point, and I felt my body tremble with pleasure. Even without his memories, some part of him knew I was his. This was fate, something deeper than conscious thought.

His hands slipped under my shirt, hot against my burning skin. Each touch made me arch into him, craving more contact, more of him.

"Elsa," he murmured, his voice hoarse with desire. "My Elsa."

Those two words shattered what little control I had left. I kissed him back with everything I had—all my longing, all my fear, all my joy at finding him again.

Leif held me tightly as he spun us around, walking me backward until my back hit the cold hospital wall. The position was so intimately familiar it almost brought tears to my eyes.

"Is this okay?" he asked, his breath hot against my ear.

"More than okay," I gasped, wrapping one leg around his waist and pressing myself against him. The friction made me gasp louder, my fingers digging into his shoulders.

His hands slid down to my thighs, lifting me with the effortless strength. I instinctively wrapped both legs around his waist, my arms encircling his neck as I held on. We both moaned at the increased contact, amber eyes meeting ice blue in the harsh hospital light.

We were breathing heavily, chests rising and falling in unison. His eyes were molten amber, filled with a hunger that made my insides clench with desire.

"I don't remember you," he said, his voice low and rough. "But my body does. Every part of me is screaming that you're my fated mate."

I nodded, beyond words, understanding completely what he meant.

"Can you feel it too?" he asked, his forehead pressed against mine.

"Yes," I whispered. "I've always felt it. From the first moment."

"I want to remember you, Elsa," he whispered, his lips brushing my ear. "I want to know every inch of you. Learn again every sound you make when I touch you."

A shiver ran through me at his words.

"Yes," I said, tightening my legs around him. "Please, Leif. I want that too."

His lips found mine again, the kiss slower this time but no less intense—a promise of what was to come. His hands roamed once more, slipping under my shirt and traveling up my sides. I moved against him, my own hands exploring the broad expanse of his back.

"Take it off," I murmured against his lips, tugging at my shirt.

Leif pulled back slightly, his eyes questioning. "Are you sure?"

"Completely," I replied, lifting my arms to make it easier.

He tugged at the hem of my shirt and pulled it over my head. The cool air of the hospital room hit my heated skin, making me shiver. His eyes swept over my exposed flesh, darkening further with desire.

"Beautiful," he murmured, his thumbs tracing small circles on my ribs.

He lowered his head to kiss my collarbone, one hand dipping into the waistband of my pants, making me gasp at the intimate touch.

"Put your legs down," he commanded softly. "Spread them."

I obeyed, my back against the cold wall. My fingers gripped his golden hair as his hand moved lower, finding the slick heat at my core that was throbbing and aching for his touch.

"Tell me what you want," he said, his voice strained with restraint.

"More. Harder," I pleaded, rocking against his hand.

"God, Elsa," he growled in my ear, his voice hoarse. "You're so wet." His fingers slid inside me, curling to find the spot that made stars burst behind my eyes. "You're soaked for me."

My cheeks flushed hot, but I didn't care. My head fell back against the wall as he bit down gently on my pulse point again.

"Does that feel good?" he asked, his breath hot against my neck.

"Yes," I gasped, barely able to form words. "Please, Leif. More."

His smile curved against my skin. "So eager. So demanding, my mate," he teased, his voice thick with desire. "You're going to be the death of me."

"Not if you kill me first," I mumbled, gripping his shoulders tightly as his fingers moved with more purpose.
