Howard and I were enjoying a wonderful time together. After eating our fill, I leaned into his arms.

"Honey, I have something I want to ask you."

Howard lowered his head, his eyes reflecting my image.

"Between us, there's no need for formalities. Just tell me."

"Do you know StarBoost Media?"

I got straight to the point, not intending to waste words with Howard.

Howard was silent for a moment, seemingly searching his mind for this place.

After a while, he finally spoke.

"I know it, but this company has a notorious reputation. Most people wouldn't collaborate with them."

I raised an eyebrow. It seemed this company's reputation was indeed terrible.

"That's right. I want to get someone out of their company."

Howard was a bit surprised.

"Are you sure? That company is known for signing hegemonic contracts. It would be difficult to redeem someone."

I wrapped my arm around Howard's and gently shook it.

"That's why I'm asking my dear husband."

Howard had no resistance to my coquettishness. He reached out and tapped my nose.

"Tell me, who caught your eye?"

I pulled up the photo from the gallery today, showing Sarah in the modified dress I designed.

"This girl, I feel a special connection with her, but her situation is quite unique. She had no choice but to sign a contract with StarBoost Media."

At this point, I showed a hint of vulnerability.

"You know how StarBoost Media operates. I don't want Sarah to end up like the other streamers. I could tell that her manager brought her to the gallery today to find a sponsor."

"Such a good girl, I really don't want her to get hurt."

Howard couldn't help but sigh.

"Kathie, I know you're soft-hearted, but you know StarBoost Media has many streamers like her. You can't save them all."

I nodded.

"Of course, I know that. That's why I'm only soft-hearted towards Sarah."

"I'm not a god, nor a saint, and I don't have the power to save everyone. But right now, I just want to save this one person."

Howard looked at me intently. After a while, he spoke again.

"Kathie, are you sure? If you get Sarah out, she'll need money and might end up signing with another streaming company. It would be the same."

I thought for a moment.

"Sarah is a very good girl. I remember Elegance Fashion Design Company is considering doing online e-commerce. How about letting Sarah try it?"

"If she can thrive at StarBoost Media, she must have some skills."

Howard pinched my cheek.

"Alright, I really can't win against you, naughty girl. Tomorrow, I'll send Sienna to redeem her."

I shook my head. My intuition told me not to involve Sienna in this matter.

"No, I don't want Sienna. There are plenty of lawyers in the company. Choose someone else, and I'll go personally."

Howard blinked.

"You know, Sienna is one of the top lawyers in Emerald City. No one is better than her."

"I know, but everyone working at your company is excellent, right?"

I said, giving Howard a playful glare.

"Are you saying that without Sienna, Elegance Fashion Design Company has no one else to use?"

Howard surrendered immediately, raising his hands in defeat.

"Alright, alright, you can choose whoever you want!"
