Chapter 8:-

Rahul Pov:-

I visit My bro everyday when no-one was around.

After what Granny said to me, I kept myself buzy in work because I was feeling restless with thoughts of getting married to Tina.

I was so engross in my work, I didn't hear door opening. But when someone cleared their throat I get startled.

I look up only to see my Granny standing in front of me crossing her arms.

" Granny, when did you came? " I asked her getting up from my sit.

I went near her and hug her.

" I came when you were so buzy with your work that you didn't hear door opening " She said

We both sat on sofa ,

"Something happened again Granny, you usually didn't come to office to meet me? " I ask her.

" You want to say, I come to visit you when I have work with you, that's what you wanna say" She asked, but sound angry.

" No no granny, that's not what I mean.. " I was cut off by granny's words.

" Leave it young man I get it, so tell me why were you ignoring my calls" She asked.

" Granny I was buzy while handling two companies " I lied.

" Really Rahul, now you will lie to me, you know I can see through your lies"

Leave it if you don't wanna tell me,

Come with me" She said.

And hold my hand and started to drag me out of the office.

" Granny I have work, I will come with you after doing it" I tried to reason out because I was not ready to face everyone yet.

" Your P. A will do it, tell him what to do I m giving you 5min, after that you are coming with me, no excuse " She said in pissed tone, which means their is no way to argue with her.

I called Ronak and explained him what to do. He is good at his job.

He is with me from the start of my career, he is like friend to me.

" Don't worry sir I will handle everything " He said.

" If their is something important call me" I told him

" Ok sir" He said.

And with that I left the office with Granny.

We sat in Granny's Car.

" Granny where are we going? ".

I ask her.

She just ignore my question and look outside.

After half an hour we reached Mall

" Why here Granny, what you want to buy? " I ask her.

" You forgot tomorrow we have party at Singhania mansion " She ask me.

Oh no! I internally cursed myself for not remembering. And look at Granny with guilt.

" Don't give me that look, I know you were buzy, that why I came to take you to mall" She said.

I covered my face with mask. And we both went inside to mall.

She took me to couple dress section. I followed her without asking questions as I know she will not answer it.

As soon as I entered that section I froze on my spot.

Tina was wearing Red colour offshoulder long gown. Which has slit upto her thighs. Which shows her milky white long legs.

" Oh God! She was looking gorgeous".

My heart started to beat rapidly. It was like he wants to jump out of my heart.

When Granny took my hand, I came back to my senses, I just couldn't look away from her. Thank god I wore my mask other wise she would have known my feeling.

" You look absolutely Gorgeous Tina" And Rahul you can remove that mask now, our trusted people are present here." She said.

" Thank you! "

"Okay"

We both reply simultaneously.

" Ok now you both are present here, go and try couple dress, as this Gown looks good on Tina, you have to try Suit Rahul" If both this will look good then we will final it" Granny said to me.

" Ok Granny " I said and was about to leave.

When I heard her voice again.

"Hurry up, we have to do marriage shopping also, as it is next week only" Granny said.

And I choked on my own saliva, while Tina look at ground.

" Granny, I will take Tina with me, we will finalize the dress and tell you" You can do your other shopping upto then" I told her as I want to talk to time personally about marriage.

"Ok, but don't take too long, just give me a call when you are done" She said and left.

When Granny left, I walk towards Tina, who was still looking at ground.

I hold her wrist tightly and drag her toward changing room.

I pushed her inside roughly and lock the door.

She wimper in pain. My heart aches but I have to be heartless, I can't show my weakness.

" So Tina, I heard that you agreed to marry me? " I asked her angrily.

" Yes " She replied in low voice.

" Back out from marriage Tina, I know you don't want this" I told her.

" Sorry, but I can't, I have to help Them" She replied timidly.

" We will find other way, just tell them you don't wanna marry me. Think again Tina, If you didn't backout I will make your life living hell, remember this".

Without hearing her reply I open the door and came out.
