Eric immediately held his hands up in defense at that question.
“No!!! I would never have ordered their deaths! It really was just a scare tactic!”
“Really….even if it meant reaching your goal to get me to hate Ian into a divorce?”
“…..Wh-What…..no….I wouldn’t…..I’d never do that!!”
Both Cassandra and Ayden knew better. In their previous lives….Eric had done exactly that! Ordered the final rope to be cut, which murdered her parents and led to her death all so he could guarantee a divorce for Dara.
“Tell me something Snyder….why are you doing this? I mean your plan worked. Not only are Ian and I divorced….he’s actually marrying your sister. Isn’t that a good thing?”
Eric slammed his hand on the arm rest!
“No!!! That wasn’t my original plan! I never wanted her to marry Keller! I just wanted some inside help! She’s gone too far! She’s gotten too power hungry! I was supposed to be the one that elevated!!!”
Light sarcastic laughter could be heard on the video as the guests looked at Eric in disgust.
“So wait….you’re selling out your sister because you’re jealous? Wow!”
“It’s not just that! Mrs. Keller! She’s gone too far! I never wanted her to break up your marriage! I knew how much Mr. Keller loved you!”
“But that didn’t stop you from bringing your sister in to seduce him. It didn’t stop you from going along with her schemes either. You gotta funny way of showing you wanted us to be together.”
“I……Dara…..I wanted to help my sister too. She has this whole complex about being a mistress.”
“Why?”
“Because our mother was one…..she left my dad for Dara’s dad and lived as his mistress for over 20 years. When he died….everything went to his wife and legitimate children.”
Nancy suddenly jumped up!
“That’s where I know you from! You raggedy homewrecking bitch! You were Steven Gibson’s mistress!!!”
Everyone gasped at Teresa who stood in fright!
“Like mother like daughter!! You homewrecking sluts!!!”
Teresa fired back!
“It takes one to know one! Remind me again how you ended up with your husband Mrs. Keller!”
“You bitch!!! That was different! They never married!”
“Because you crashed their wedding! Steven told me all about it!”
As the woman argued Ivan turned to Ian.
“Ian!!! This is all your fault! I told you to stop that video!! Let us out of here!!!”
Suddenly a voice came over the intercom as the video paused.
“I’m afraid I can’t do that until the video finishes.”
Ivan looked around the room in a panic!
“This is kidnapping!!! Let us all out!”
The voice over the intercom responded.
“Even if you leave Mr. Keller….the video will continue. So I’ll tell you what….if you want to leave I’ll instruct the guards to allow you to leave. But the guests can stay to finish the video.”
Ivan looked around the room. Everyone was glued to the screen. Finally someone yelled out.
“I want to finish the video! I think we have a right to know just how much we’ve been lied too by the Kellers!”
Suddenly, others chimed in agreeing. Nancy grabbed Ivan’s arm.
“If we don’t see the video something may air that we weren’t aware of.”
Ivan looked at Nancy, his face ashen….what choice did he have. Ian stood in complete silence. His entire world was crashing around him as the video continued.
“Wow….so like mother like daughter….I’m not even surprised.”
Ayden spoke next.
“So what exactly is your mission here Snyder? So far….everything you’ve told has you just as liable as your sister….surly you don’t want this to be revealed to Keller?”
“Of course not!! You all asked for the truth! I’m telling you this to establish trust! If Mr. Keller found out about my involvement he’d kill me!”
Ian glared back at Eric, who now looked completely frightened. That was exactly what he planned to do once this disaster was over.
“So then how exactly do you plan on breaking up their marriage?”
Cassandra asked in an annoyed tone. What was the point of all of this is he had no intentions on using it.
“Because I’m going to give you another gift.”
Eric pulled out a USB from his pocket.
“What’s this?”
“This is proof that the baby in my sister’s stomach is absolutely NOT Keller’s.”
“What!!! Are you sure???”
“I’m positive!”
Ayden spoke next.
“Exactly how can you be sure?”
Ian’s eyes darted to Dara who looked as of she was about to faint!!! How did Eric learn that truth!!!
“You know how you could never get pregnant Mrs. Kell-”
“Stop calling me Keller!”
“Apologies….Ms. Davis….the reason you were having issues getting pregnant was because Mr. Keller has been shooting blanks.”
The entire hall gasped!!! Ian nearly flipped the table as he ran towards Eric!
“THAT’S A LIE!!!! YOU FUCKING LIAR!!!! I’LL KILL YOU!!!”
The guards tackled Ian just as he was about to attack Eric. As the video continued Eric explained how he knew about Keller.
“Wait….a-are you sure?”
“Positive.”
“How?”
“Dara started doing fertility treatments to heighten her chances of getting pregnant. She had just been waiting for a moment for Mr. Keller to slip up and not wear protection. To be on the safe side….one of the times they had sex, she stole the condom and got him a sperm count done. After the three ropes incident….she and Mr. Keller had unprotected sex.”
“How do you that?”
“Because he called me early that morning to purchase a plan B pill.”
“Anyway….a few weeks before your divorce….she found out he suffers from oligospermia. In a panic….she had the fertility clinic do IVF with some sperm from a sperm bank. She picked sperm where the father had the same features as Mr. Keller…..guess it worked because she ended up pregnant.”
“And you’re sure of all of this how?”
Eric tapped on the USB.
“After the three ropes I started having Dara tailed. I realized she was trying to get pregnant, and I didn’t trust that she took the plan B. On this USB is pictures and documents showing all the proof you need.”
“I see….so you want me to what….give this to Ian?”
“No….I want you to air it. I convinced Dara to have Ian tell people that couldn’t make the wedding to do videos congratulating them. I want this to be aired on that.”
“That’s a bit harsh isn’t it? She is your sister afterall-”
“That bitch has humiliated and used me enough! Dara likes to get other people’s hands dirty with her filth! She did the same thing to Isabelle Kller! She was the one that told her you cheated first with Mr. Crawford knowing she would something rash!”
“Hmm….that might be true Snyder….but you all made your own decisions….none of you are blameless.”
“I know! And Mrs. Kel-Davis…..I’m really sorry for the parts I played! But Dara is the true mastermind! She’s the one-”
CRASH!!!!
Ian knocked the projection screen over causing everyone to panic. The man from the intercom came back.
“Since the screen has now been destroyed, I have no choice but to stop the video. The doors are unlocked so everyone is free to go. I’ve been told this video is being uploaded online as we speak.”
The room grew eerily quiet as the guests all looked at the Kellers. The comments online was going crazy!!

Isabelle suddenly attacked Dara before her mother could stop her. As Dara tried to defend her herself she suddenly fell belly faced down to the ground. As the crowd tried to pull Isabelle back the guards as well as the police were now intervening.
