As Ian continued, he smiled smugly.

“I never thought Cassandra would betray me…..especially not for Ayden Crawford….someone who was my known rival…..but I am thankful. Had it not been for her betrayal….I never would have noticed this remarkable angel that saved my life and risked her own. And now…..now we have a beautiful baby on the way. I couldn’t be prouder! I could be happier. I love you Dara! Here’s to forever!”

CHEERS!!!

CLAPS!!!

APPLAUSE!!!!

The crowd and comments went wild as Ian took his seat and kissed Dara! Comments like “Ian and Dara forever!!!” Or “#dara&ian&andbaby” flooded the internet! As everyone continued their applause and cheering, the wedding host made her way back to the stage.

“Wow!!! A true love story!!!! Alright! It’s time for the final part of the evening! A special treat to the couple! Some of your closest friends and colleagues who could not make tonight’s ceremony created some special videos to give well wishes!”

As the large projection screen rolled down, Dara’s face lit up with excitement! She couldn’t wait to see the various videos giving praise to her!

As the screen came on videos from many of Ian’s colleagues and friends from school showed their appreciation and support on the union between him and Dara. Each video was filled with love and praise on the marriage and baby. Dara sat in tears as she and Ian were arm and arm watching the videos. Suddenly after his friend Richard’s video ended, the screen went black. Confused Ian was just about to instruct Eric to go to the media room when a voice came through.

“So…..Where do I start?”

A voice followed.

“Let’s start from the beginning.”

As the crowd looked on in confusion Ian’s brows furrowed. He’d recognized those two voices…..Eric Snyder…..and Cassadra Davis.

The guests all looked confused as the video suddenly came into focus. On it was Eric Snyder. Ian looked over at Eric confused, who now looked as if he saw a ghost!

‘What the hell is this! This isn’t the video she said she was going to show!’

Eric’s breathing became erratic as he immediately stood up while the video continued.

“So….Dara….she’s your sister that much I learned….so what made you bring her to Keller-Corp?”

Eric instantly panicked!

“This is a mistake! This video shouldn’t be here! I’ll go-”

“STOP! You’ll do nothing but sit your ass down!”

Ian halted Eric in his steps. As the color began to drain from his face, he frantically looked at Dara for help! Catching on, Dara began to tug at Ian.

“Sweetie….it looks like this video was uploaded by accident. Why don’t we-”

“Yeah….she’s my sister. We have the same mother….different fathers. I brought her to the company because I was hoping I could use her to seduce Mr. Keller.”

The audience gasped as the words poured out. Eric could feel his knees getting weaker as Ian stood in silence. His mind was racing a 100 miles a minute. Suddenly he looked down at Dara whose face was completely ashen.

“You’re Eric’s sister?”

Before Dara could answer the video continued.

“I see. So it was your plan to what? Get my husband laid? I don’t understand?”

“No….I just….I was just hoping if I had someone on the inside….it would help me be able to advance my career. My sister….she was topless dancer….she had other sugar daddies before….I thought she would be willing to help me.”

“Wait…your sister was a homewrecking stripper? What the fuck! So wait….why did you think Ian would fall for that?”

“Well….he’d had other mistresses before…..though none of them meant anything!”

Ian’s eyes turned to fire as he glared at Eric. Before he could react, the video continued.

“So….you brought your sister in….and what? She seduced my husband?”

“It wasn’t that simple. At first….it seemed like Mr. Keller had no interests in her. Like nothing worked. She tried everything….acting cute, sexy clothing….nothing worked.”

“So then how’d the affair start?”

“Dara began to lose her patience. She was concerned Mr. Keller wasn’t interested. Said we needed to think of a way to get his attention. That’s when we came up with fake robbery. We paid this homeless guy to attack Mr. Keller in the parking lot and Dara would come out and save him….you know…the whole nightingale effect.”

“THAT’SA LIE!!! IAN!!! This is a lie!!! Eric is slandering me!!!! Turn it off!!”

Dara leaped up in a panic as the video played! Just as she was about to leave, Ian grabbed her arm.

“We’re going to sit and play this out to the end my dear wife.”

Forcing her to sit back down, Ian turned back to the screen. And pressed play.

“At first I thought it wouldn’t work but to my surprise….it worked like magic. She saved his life and Mr. Keller….he was like puddy in her hands. Gifts, a new car, a condo…..anything she wanted she had. Special treatment the works.”

“Still….no matter how much he doted on her one thing was clear. He had no intention of divorcing his wife…..you. So that’s when my sister thought of a new plan.”

Dara began to panic! She knew what story was coming next!

“Ian!! I’m begging you!!! Please turn this o-”

“SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!! You’ve been lying to me!! This whole time!!! No! I wanna know how much of a fucking idiot I’ve been for you and your dear brother!”

Ian’s words poured out like acid as he glared at Eric, who was now being restraint by security. Suddenly, Ivan spoke up.

“Ian….maybe we should stop this here and handle-”

“NO!”

Ian pressed play once again and let the video play.

“What was the plan?”

“……The three ropes plan. Dara came up with this idea to make Ian so angry with you he would do something despicable that would cause you to divorce him. The plan was for her to write this letter suggesting she was going to hurt herself because you sent her away…..afterwards….Ian would hurt you in some way bad enough to have you file for divorce.”

Ian’s eyes widened!!! So that whole dramatic letter with Dara missing was a lie!!! He’d hurt Cassandra for nothing!!! Realizing where the story was going, Ian turned to the screen to try and stop it. But for some reason, the pause button no longer worked.

“So….the cliff where my parents was supposed to be tied up and hung over….who’s plan was that?”

“It was Mr. Keller’s…..”

The guests gasped!! They couldn’t believe what they were hearing!!!

“Wait…..did she say he hung her parents over a cliff???”

Ivan and Nancy stood in shock! Nancy's voice trembled.

“I-Ian…..what’s going on! What cliff!!! What did you do!!!”

Ian could feel the blood draining from his face as he frantically tried to turned off the video.

“Quick!!! Get to the media room!!!”

But as Ian gave his orders…..none of the guards moved.

“Did you hear what the fuck I just said-”

“Sorry sir. We were told not to let anyone leave until the video finished.”

Ian could hardly believe his ears! What the hell was going on!!! The video continued.

“So…..Ian is the one the that came up with the plan to torture my parents?”

“It was only supposed to be a scare tactic! He never had any intentions on hurting them!”

Suddenly, another male voice appeared.

“Whose idea was it to use Sandy’s parents as bait? And try not to lie Synder. I have my ways of finding out the truth.”

“……I-It…..It was mine. I only suggested that Mr. Keller have a bartering tool to help persuade Mrs. Keller to talk! I had no idea he would think of the cliff and three ropes!”

“But you suggested he use my parents….even though you knew Dara was fine….even though you knew I had nothing to do with her disappearance….even though this entire scheme was yours and her plan?”

“I’m curious Snyder…..if it had been my parents and not that couple that you all abducted…..would you have ordered their death?”
