CHAPTER 180
CHAPTER 180
I never knew sex could feel this good, or that having sex with multiple people wouldn't be stressful but actually a deep dive into pleasure in different ways.
The secret though was having two men obsessed with pleasing me.
They fucked me, but the in between care, despite their bickering was what made it all so special.
I came so much I feared I might pass out
But one thing was sure, I wanted to do this again.
Although I feared it might not be possible.
I woke up to Rowan still asleep, sprawled on his back with one arm thrown over his eyes, breathing deep and even. Finally sleeping without that labored quality that had scared me so much.
But the other warm body that had been tangled with ours was gone.
I sat up slowly and looked around, taking in everything that was suddenly vastly different. My body felt alive, and I felt fuller in a way I hadn't been in days. My reserves weren't just replenished, they were overflowing. I could feel power humming under my skin, ready to be used.
It wasn't just about feeding from multiple people, it was about feeding from Ayo while Rowan pumped us full of lust, like a cycle of good things, all connected to me.
And one thing was clear, he'd been full of all this energy, looking for where to pour it into and with this outlet, he'd let go and I was all the better for it.
I actually felt hope bloom in my chest. Maybe I actually stood a chance this time and I wasn't just going to be playing on survival mode.
I might actually do proper damage to Hades, and if possible Zebub too would get a bit of attention.
No. I had to focus on Hades. The devil will suffer someday for taking Inferno from me but that day wasn't this time. Claire needed all my attention.
And I wanted it known across all supernatural world that no one messed with me and went Scot free.
I may not get you back immediately, but surely, definitely, you were going to get your comeuppance.
Rowan looked better too. Vibrant color had returned to his cheeks and the tremor in his hands had stilled. The threesome had fed us both, and restored what days of desperate fucking hadn't been able to.
I guess I shouldn't have gone that route, it was smarter to have let him heal first and maybe we wouldn't have needed for last night to happen but hey, I wasn't complaining.
I was pleasantly sore and I hadn't felt this good in a long, long time.
The bedroom door was cracked open.
I grabbed my robe from the floor and slipped out, following the sounds of movement downstairs.
Reya was in the kitchen, making coffee. She looked up when I appeared.
"There she is." Her eyes swept over me, assessing. "You look better wat. Actually fed for once. You should always take my advice.”
"Always? Girl no thank you, you're going to send me to hell if I let you,” I chuckled as I slid onto a barstool. "Where's Ayo?"
"Ouch, and here I thought I was the best adviser you’ve ever had,” she shook her head. “Oh Ayo? That fine although weird hunk of a man? He's gone. Left about an hour ago while you two were still passed out." She poured me a cup and slid it across the counter. “You should tell me where you got him. I need to go get mine, he might be able to change me from my… feeding habits.”
“You're crazy and no being is capable of changing you. But what do you mean by weird?”
"Well he left quite abruptly. Didn't say goodbye. Didn't say anything, actually. Just slipped out. I offered to walk him to the gate but he said he remembered the way."
“I'm still waiting for the weird part,” I narrowed my eyes.”
“Look, I can't explain it okay? It was like he was sneaking out.”
“Probably didn't want to wake the entire house up.”
“If you say so,” she shrugged, leaving the discussion.
I felt odd when I realized how defensive I'd sounded but I didn't want to admit I thought she had a point. He'd come here with questions and left without answers.
I thought we'd have the morning to speak before I would have to go for training.
Anyways, all that was a matter for a different Celeste. This girl needed to get her soul widened and filled by a gods power and hopefully, the feeding was enough.
Still, something flickered at the edge of my awareness. A wrongness I couldn't quite name.
Then Reya said, "So. You're finally strong enough. What's the plan?"
And just like that, it evaporated.
Because she was right. I was finally strong enough. For the first time since this nightmare started, I had the power I needed to actually do something.
"The plan," I said, sitting up straighter, "is to stop training and start preparing. I need to call the Tamzyns back. We need to map out the Underground entrance points. And I need to figure out exactly how we're getting Claire out without getting ourselves killed in the process."
"Now that's more like it." Reya grinned, sharp and feral. "I'll start making preparations. How do you plan to get them up here though?”
"Ixion will take me to the edge of hell. I want them here a day before we go. I want us all to fight, except Rowan. And we can't do that if he's tired from teleporting us all the way there."
“So the major responsibility of the Tamzyns is to get us there.”
“And back. I don't want them fighting. I can't handle it if any of them…”
“I completely understand you,” she rubbed my shoulder.
I sighed, the plans running through my head.
Today, I get the extra power from Pelagius, and then I go get the Tamzyns with Ixion. Tomorrow, we make our plans for the battle. It's more rescue than battle actually but you never know. The day after, we'd move.
And in three days, if everything goes how I hope, Hades would learn exactly what happened when you took something from me.
And he'd taken more than my best friend.
He'd taken Kael and I will never forgive him for that.
