Alpha Jacob's POV.
Seer Aiden had said that there was nothing else to be worried about Bella's bizarre trances which abruptly interfered with her well-being.
It was hard living with her condition not knowing where she would end up or what danger she would put herself in… but that all came to pass because Bella managed to remember her last vision when she was in trance and it was about something of an underwater sea queen, calling herself Queen Zita.
The tales of the sea queen living in the devil's pond were told to me by my granddad Alpha Grey, the husband to Edina shepherd my grandma.
The tale tells of a powerful terrifying green-eyed lonely underwater sea queen creature who once in every twelve moons came out of the devil's pond to look for something or someone, but she always returned back to her home alone and more anguished than she came to find what she had lost on land.
It was a scary grim story that terrified our young lives to the core and I remember never stepping foot at the devil's pond until I turned sixteen and that's when a group of us went there in the name of good fun but my unlucky friend Jimson drowned in the pond, and I believe that there was something else in there that tagged him like Bella.
Hence I knew that seer Aiden never knew what he was talking about when it came to everything being okay and going to be back to normal in due time.
Bella's green eyes and odd trances suggested otherwise... Like those of the green-eyed sea queen... I was beginning to suspect she was a hybrid of some sort, getting her roots from the said mythical creature…
But how do I tell the woman I had fallen for that she was a hybrid of some sort and that she might possess unknown, maybe dangerous powers which could affect the pack in one way or another… given for example, her beautiful charming powerful hypotonic voice which had all the male unmated men feel drawn to her and when I tried to stop them, they charged me instead, forgetting that I was Alpha of the pack…

Therefore it was up to me to continue living a lie, that everything was fine yet nothing was… two major situations needed my attention and one of them was Bella's, and the other was why the Rogues were now becoming frequent visitors in my village.

Seer Aiden had just left me and Bella alone in our bedroom suite, after consulting with him about the vision she had in the daze earlier.

I got to the door and hastily opened it, "Yes," my eyes landed on Samantha, dressed in the most provocative outfit I have ever seen her in... And me describing it would show interest in her which I do not have whatsoever.
I frowned upon her sight with a raised eyebrow… like this bitch was now getting on the last nerve which kept me sane… why would she come to me dressed like to my room even after it's been two months since I brought Bella back to the pack as my mate and Luna…
"Hey Alpha," she was posed seductively against the doorframe like one of those models in a men's special edition magazine…
"Beta Samantha, what do you want?" I gritted my teeth… this woman will never get that I can never be with her even in my next life, I would reject her because of her character.
Her desperate attempt to seduce me was now becoming a pest that needed taming or else it would be a problem, which I will never see an end to.
"How are you doing today, I heard what Bella did at the square garden yesterday day." She stretched out her hand to try to touch my chest and I stepped back with a scowl.
"Point of correction, it's Luna or lady Bella for you do you understand," I growled menacingly
"My apologies Alpha, I just came to see how you are fairing because I heard that you were attacked by the pack members because of Be.. lady Bella." She said in a sarcastic voice that sent a disgusting shiver down my spine.
I despised her to my core, and only if she would just walk in my shoes then she would know exactly how I felt about her.
I sighed heavily.
"Thank you for coming, but I and Luna are very okay. Now leave because I have a mate to get back to." I made effort to close the door in her face but she put her high-heeled platforms in the way, jamming the door frame and the door in between her shoe.
"Wait, Alpha, is there anything else you need me to help you with since the Luna is sick?" she licked her lips in a seductive manner which did not appease me.
I scoffed.
What, this bitch is crazy. She walked up into my mansion and try to seduce me again… even when she knows that I now have a mate.
"Samantha, get out of here, or else I will lose the little respect I have for you and your father," I growled animalisticly and the walls to the mansion shook slightly, I feared that the mansion would collapse if I did not learn to control my temper in such kind of situations but come on Samantha was practically begging for me to get to this level with her stupid neverending attitude.
"Hey babe, what is going on." Bella's sweet angelic voice projected faintly from behind me while her fingers gently ran into the side of my ribcage.
Her voice alone, instantly calmed me down as my heartbeat decreased rhythm to its normal beat.
"Hey, kitten." I placed my hand over her small fingers and interlocked them with mine. I turned my head to the side and my Luna was standing next to me with a questionable stare… she had on a white towel wrapped around her from her breasts.
Her brunette hair, dripping wet on her shoulders, and looked like she rushed out of the bath after she heard my thunderous voice shaking the mansion.
"Nothing is going on," I answered back with a soft sigh.
"Samantha? Hi? What are you doing here?" Bella turned her attention to her with what looked like a fake tight-lipped smile.
"Good morning lady Bella, I thought you were unwell." She murmured, looking shocked to see Bella standing next to me.
"As you can see, I'm great and I was enjoying my morning with my Alpha until you decided to disturb our morning." She answered back in a feisty voice and I gasped as I was shocked that she putting Samantha in her rightful place… seconds of awkward silence roamed the three of us as Bella and Samantha stared down at each other, challenging each other… can't Samantha leave already, so that I can continue to enjoy my time with Bella… these ladies might end up having a cat fight if I do not put a stop to this and put Samantha in her place.
Ahem, I fake cleared my throat to cut the awkward silence and it worked because Samantha's eyes flickered out of the stare she had with Bella.
Bella slowly but surely yanked her hand away from my finger's clasp.
What is the meaning of that? I glanced at her momentarily before turning my attention back to the pest who brought about this confusion once again.
"Beta Samantha, next time you visit the mansion, tell Nick to announce your presence and limit your legs to the lounge where the visitors are entertained." And with that said I closed the door in her face.
I veered around only to see Bella's red hot face with green glowing eyes…fuck, what is going on now?
"And what was that all about?" She raised a question with unblinking focused eye contact with me. Her arms crossed on her chest, which was visibly moving up and down with each breath she took.
Her voice sounded possessed by another entity.
What wrong did I do in this situation? Fuck, I better get control of this situation before it escalates to another level.
