Chapter 47 047

Chapter 47 047

Lucien's POV

The day had been endless. Between dealing with the council, watching Ria nearly die in that cursed garden, and dealing with the issues with Anna.

I had not expected that Silas would Side with Dante but whatever Dante had said to him, it lefte me with no choice, I had to let her out.

All I wanted was to collapse into bed and forget this day ever happened.

I pushed open the door to my chambers, already loosening the buttons on my shirt. The room was dark, only a few candles flickering on the bedside table.

And then I caught a strong scent in my room, it was a very familiar one.

Tracy!

She was spread across my bed like she owned it, propped up on one elbow with her dark hair cascading over her bare shoulders.

The lingerie she wore left almost nothing to the imagination. Deep crimson lace clung to her curves, the fabric so sheer I could see the outline of her nipples through it. Thin straps crossed over her chest, connecting to a delicate choker around her neck. The bottom piece was barely there, just scraps of lace held together by ribbons tied at her hips.

And beneath that, she was wearing no panties. Her legs open like she wanted me to have a good view of it.

She smiled when she saw me, slow and sultry, her lips painted the same shade of red as the lingerie.

I sighed, rubbing my hand over my face. I did not have the energy for this tonight.

"Why are you here, Tracy?" I didn't expect she would be here again after how the conversation that I had with her earlier ended.

She sat up slightly, the movement making the fabric shift and reveal even more skin. "I am here to see my man. That has never been a problem before. Why is it suddenly becoming one now?"

A silly smirk on her lips while she spoke in a seductive way.

"Because things are different now."

"Different how?" She swung her legs over the side of the bed, standing up. The movement made the lace ride up higher on her thighs.

"We have had this arrangement for months, Lucien. You have never complained before."

I turned away from her, heading toward the bathroom. I needed a shower. I needed to wash this entire day off my skin and maybe, just maybe, clear my head.

Once I was inside the bathroom, I stripped off my pants and that was when I noticed someone behind me. she was there, slipping past me and blocking my path.

"Tracy, not tonight."

"Why not?" She pressed herself against me, her hands sliding up my chest. "You look so tense. Let me help you relax."

"I said no."

But she was not listening. Her fingers worked at the remaining buttons on my shirt, pulling it open. Her lips found my neck, pressing soft kisses against my skin.

I should have pushed her away. Should have been firm and told her to leave. But my body was reacting despite what my mind was telling me.

She dropped to her knees in front of me, her hands moving to my belt.

"Tracy—" I called out, ready to shove her away.

"Shh," she whispered, looking up at me through her lashes. "You had a long day, Just let me take care of you."

Her fingers worked quickly, undoing my belt and pulling down my pants as my hard cock was finally set free. I felt her breath against my skin, warm and teasing.

And then her mouth was on me.

I bit down on my lip, my eyes shutting involuntarily. My hand came up to grip the doorframe, needing something to hold onto as she worked.

There was a surged of relief inside of me, her wet lips around my cock, licking and sucking firm sent waves of pleasure inside my brain.

She knew exactly what she was doing. Every movement of her tongue, every stroke of her hand, it was all practiced and deliberate. She had done this enough times to know exactly how to make me respond.

I tried to think about something else, tried to pull my mind away from what was happening. But my body had other ideas.

My breathing grew heavier. My grip on the doorframe tightened until my knuckles turned white.

She took me deeper, the sound of her lips and tongue filling the quiet bathroom. Her hands gripped my thighs, holding me in place as she continued.

I felt the pressure building, that familiar tension coiling low in my stomach. I tried to fight it, tried to hold back, but it was useless.

A low groan escaped my throat as I released, my entire body shuddering with the force of it, she let all the cum into her mouth, her sexy eyes linger at me as she swallowed my cum.

Tracy pulled back slowly, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. She looked up at me with that same satisfied smile, like she had just won some kind of victory.

"Feel better?" she asked, her voice breathy.

I did not answer. I just stared down at her, my chest still heaving as I tried to catch my breath.

She stood up, pressing herself against me again. Her fingers traced patterns on my bare chest. "I will be waiting for you when you are done," she murmured, her lips brushing against my ear.

Then she slipped past me, leaving the bathroom and heading back toward my bed.

I stood there for a moment, staring at nothing. My mind was a mess of conflicting emotions. Relief. Guilt. Anger at myself for letting this happen.

Finally, I stepped fully into the bathroom and shut the door behind me, turning the lock with more force than necessary.

The sound of the water filling the tub was almost soothing. I turned it as hot as I could stand, needing to feel something other than this crushing guilt.

I stepped into the tub, sinking down until the water reached my chest. The heat burned against my skin but I welcomed it.

All I could think about was Ria.

Ria lying in that bed, barely alive after surviving that garden. Ria who had fought so hard to prove herself, to show everyone she was worthy of being Luna.

And here I was, letting Tracy into my room. Letting her touch me. Letting her do things that I should have been saving for Ria.

I grabbed the soap and began scrubbing at my skin, harder than necessary. Like if I scrubbed hard enough, I could wash away what just happened. Wash away the guilt that was eating me alive.

But no amount of soap was going to make this right.

I had betrayed Ria. Maybe not in the way that mattered to everyone else, maybe not in a way that anyone would call official. But in my heart, I knew what I had done was wrong.

Ria was supposed to be my mate. My future Luna. The woman I was supposed to protect and cherish.

And instead, I had let Tracy walk all over those promises like they meant nothing.

I scrubbed harder, my skin turning red under the assault. My chest ached with something that had nothing to do with physical pain. It was deeper than that.

I thought about the way Ria had looked at me earlier when I pulled her into my arms. The way she had melted against me, trusting me to keep her safe.

She trusted me.

And I had just thrown that trust away for a few moments of physical release with a woman who meant nothing to me.

I dropped the soap, letting it float in the water as I leaned back against the tub. My eyes closed and I took a shaky breath.

What was I doing? What kind of Alpha was I if I could not even control myself around Tracy?

I knew the answer. I was weak. Just like Dante always said. Just like the council probably thought.

I was not strong enough to be the kind of mate Ria deserved.

Out in my bedroom, I knew Tracy was waiting. Probably still wearing that lingerie, probably expecting me to come out and finish what she started.

But I could not do it. Not tonight. Maybe not ever again.

Because every time I looked at her now, all I would see was Ria's face. All I would feel was this crushing weight of guilt pressing down on my chest.
