Chapter 43. Lucy's insane scheme
Rayen was deep in meditation when Sarah's voice reappeared. Rayen gave a hasty shake of his head. It is insignificant. "Have you eaten breakfast yet?"
"Not just yet, Say. Later, I will merely eat in the canteen."
"All well, then. Exercise caution. Rayen gave his wife a gentle head massage and stated, "Let me know if anything occurs."
"Yes, sir!" Sarah grinned, her lovely face displaying.
"Darling, I will go first." Sarah gestured with her hand. just after Rayen gave a nod. With haste, the girl left the room.
With a slight smile, Rayen, who continued to gaze at Sarah's back while he stepped aside, grinned.
"He overindulged me in his dependence." Rayen inhaled deeply. Rayen entered the bathroom after that.
Sarah hurried into the lecture hall. Fortunately, classes had not yet begun at that point. The course does not start for another five minutes or so.
The course's first hour came to a close after two hours. The period until the start of other courses is still pending. At last, Sarah made up her mind to visit the canteen.
Lucy shouted, "Sar, here," as she saw Sarah at the cafeteria entrance, waving her hand. Sarah grinned broadly and moved toward Lucy, who was seated well in the corner. After giving Lucy a beaming smile, Sarah moved to sit next to her in the cafeteria's corner.
"Rayrn is coming to get you for lunch?" As the two of them were finishing their food, Lucy inquired.
Sarah ate her meal once again and nodded. "Yes, exactly. I just found out from Brother Rayen."
"Grateful to God. I am glad things are improving in your household. While I wait, your nephew is here." Lucy teasedly rolled her eyes.
"Just hope that I can get the baby in my stomach as soon as possible. I wish to start a family as well. You know, I am also interested to see what our cross will yield. Sarah spoke without seeming to think twice before saying that. His desire to become a parent is strong.
The truth is that Sarah has a soft spot for young children, and for good reason. Thus, it will obviously be more enjoyable if you have your own children.
Lucy chuckled. "A crossover, oh my." Lucy was surprised by Sarah's shift. His buddies become more courageous in sharing. These days, talking about such things is not considered shameful.
"It goes without saying that I also want kids," Lucy laughed.
"First get married, then start a family."
"But there are not any contenders." Lucy's shoulders went numb instantly. Lucy has no boyfriend left after her breakup with Beny. Lucy made the decision to live by herself until she was prepared to start dating someone else. Her trauma is still present, and she fears running across a man who resembles Beny.
"Doctor Josh?"
"Ha? Why him?"
Sarah gave a shoulder shrug. "I believe he is a good fit for you. Josh the doctor is daring and nice. As a relationship, you two are incredibly compatible.
"That is accurate. He does, however, like you. I am not feeling anything for him either. How do you feel? That is to say, he just assisted me. I therefore hold a great deal of respect for him."
Benny and Josh. Two individuals with dispositions akin to heaven and earth. Josh is compared to a model human that God made. But once more, nothing about people is flawless. It was unknown to Lucy herself what the man's inadequacies were.
For this reason, Lucy did not truly pursue a handsome man with Josh's flawless appearance. Go for it if you are in love; if not, it will not be an issue. In addition, Lucy believes she has it all and is stunning. He so wished to avoid confusing himself.
"How is matchmaking going for you? Have you already met your future spouse?
"I was about to share that with you. The fact that you have to hear this is absurd. You may be surprised to hear that I will be paired with a man who enjoys flaunting his wealth. In addition to being shorter than me, he enjoys talking a lot. even trivial topics being discussed. Not only do people comment on my attire, but they also comment on my watch and my makeup. How am I not freaked out, really?"
"Really? Whoa, you must be feeling uneasy."
"No more, Sar. I feel so uneasy around him. How can I go about doing that? I need to get myself a new girlfriend that is just like him. in order to allow the game to be canceled. The issue is that it can be challenging to locate someone richer."
Sarah began to reflect. It appears that the affluent are inherently complex. Only a few must also be considered in terms of the material. To be honest, Sarah feels appreciative that Rigen want to wed her. The reason is that Rigen mentioned nothing at all, not even assets. He also never flaunts his possessions. Rayen is a very lucky husband for Sarah.
"Luc, brother Josh is also wealthy."
"Are you serious? I mistook him for a regular doctor."
"You are not correct. Really, running his company is his primary responsibility. In addition, he has a business that deals with medical equipment. I had heard from my brother Josh that he wants to put off becoming a doctor because business is doing well. Then, based on what I know, Brother Josh is descended from a wealthy family."
"Are you serious? Interesting, huh." With a smile, Lucy seemed to be considering something.
***
"What? What about your pretend boyfriend?" Josh's eyes perfectly widened. Lucy's odd notion for him astonished the man a lot, since she kept urging Josh to act like her boyfriend.
"Yes, sir. Could you please assist me? Please act as my fictitious girlfriend." Lucy persisted in pleading with Josh until he accepted her suggestion. Lucy has gone insane to avoid his forced marriage. Making Doctor Josh her pretend lover was the only solution that occurred to her.
"Luc, I am unable to. Nothing compares to that. It is equivalent to lying to your own parents. Luc, I am not capable of it. That is not favorable.
Josh has not wavered from his convictions. Particularly when it came to matters involving commitments, the man had no desire to lie to his parents.
"Go on, my brother. I have no desire to wed him. His mindset does not sit well with me. Marriage is forever, right? How can Brother Josh stand to watch me suffer because of my upcoming marriage?"
"I had to meet a man who was far worse than my ex-lover when I left Beny. In addition, my prospective spouse appeared to have a very volatile temper. I was terrified that the last incident would recur." Lucy bowed her head. His expression darkened, like a reopened wound.
Josh could see now how desperate the girl was in front of him. To be honest, he found it unbearable. But what other options do we have? Josh also had no desire to participate in such deceptions.
"Why should I select me? "Why does not someone else do this?"
