Chapter 63

“How’s you feeling?” He asked me worriedly.

“I want to sleep.” I yawn.

“Are you not comfortable?”

Why he is so gentle, he speak too soft.

“C-can you lay besides m-me?” I asked shyly.

“The baby wants you.” I reason, I don’t know where I get those words.

I didn’t hear anything on him and lay besides me.

“Here.” he offer his arm so I can lay my head on it, I grab the opportunity.

I smell him.

He smelled like a sandalwood and fresh mint.

I fell asleep.

It’s already 4pm when he wakes me up. We are going home.

I asked about brother Kienzo he is with his parents looking after Claire.

They told me that I need to go home and rest better.

“You house is too huge and wife.” I commented when we entered his house and see inside.

We came home late at night because it was long journey. His house is far from the hospital.

“By the way, your things are already in my room. They transfer them because the other rooms here are locked and I can't find the keys.” He informed me.

“You can go there,so you can rest. I’ll just need to talk to someone.”

He instructed me where I can find his room.

He had been busy in his phone.

I took bath before going to bed and I waited almost fifteen minutes he entered and he already change his clothes, he smells after bath.

Where did he took a bath?

“Here, drink this.” He gave the glass of milk and some vitamins.

We already had dinner and we almost had a fight again.

“I want cherry and red velvet cake.”

“Dria, we just eat dinner.” He said tired. His under eye are darkened.

“But I want hungry.” I want to taste a cherry.

“I’ll buy you a salad and fruit drinks.”

“Veggies again.”

I don’t like the veggies that he wants me to eat.

“I already give in in your carbonara, ramen, chocolate, and coffee.”

“But there’s no coffee awhile ago. I ate those veggies even they are not yummy.” I complain.

“But you didn't finish it. You ate a little.”

I think what to reply to him but I don’t what to say.

“Err, because I don’t like.” I reason.

“Dria, stop eating those unhealthy foods. If you born that child you can eat whatever you want.” He said strictly and finality.

Why he is grumpy?

If he is not grumpy on me, he is shouting at me.

I lay and turn my back on him.

Damn it!

“Dria.” he warned me.

I close my eyes. I don’t want to talk to him.

“C’mon, stop crying if might affect the baby.” He said softly and I felt him wipe my tears. I didn’t feel that he lay besides me.

He only concern for the unborn, how about me. Am I carrying the lawyer child?

“You know what, you really don’t want the child. You don’t love her.” I cried . I don’t know why I am being emotional, “if you don’t want me to buy then I will them for me and I don’t need you. I can raise my child.” I said calmly.

He keeps on wiping my tears.I don’t know why I am crying over this matter, I shouldn’t cry.

“It's not that I don’t want you buy those for you. The baby needs nutrients and you should eat nutritious foods.” He made me understand.

I push him and cover myself in a blanket.

“Dria, please let’s not fight over this.” He plead.

I am not fighting with him. He was the one want to have.

He force me to talk to him but he didn’t won.

And then now, he is not forcing me anymore?

I felt him stands and left the room.

Where is he going?

Maybe in his mistress?

Maybe the one he was talking over the phone.

To that woman he was chatting?

It took him hundred years before he came back. I am still awake and waiting for him.

“Are you still awake?” I heard him and walked near me.

I smell something.

“I know you’re still awake. Here is what you requested.” He said and remove the blanket in my body.

There’s no sense to acted that I am sleeping, he caught me.

I look at him, he sighed and gentle wipe my tears.

“Here.” He gave me the red velvet cake that is in styro.

My eyes brighten and I abruptly get that from him.

“Careful.” He chuckled.

I smell it before I place it in my mouth.

“Tomorrow, you eat veggies and fruits.” He strictly said.

I stop chewing when I heard that.

“I grant your cravings this day and tomorrow I will be the one who choose what you are going to eat.” He said and open the TV.

I was about to complain when he, “I know that stare.” I pouted at him.

We slept together and tomorrow he came to work. I had neglected my accessories shop I was too focus at Keran and there’s a lot things happened

I’m checking the daily report.

“Moshy, I have something to tell you, Ma’am Chandria is pregnant and the who made her pregnant was the brother of Keran.” I stop when I heard one of my employee.

They don’t know that I am here.

She said it aloud.

I am not that coming here so they are not aware that I am here. Maybe they always gossip on me.

“Yeah, right. So she was the one they are talking about.”

I came closer to the door so I could hear them clearly.

“Yeah right! Everyone already knows about it.”

“News is really have a feather. I never thought that Ma’am is a bitch. She was just silent but her true colors are inside.”

“That’s one she haven’t come more than a month.” Someone join them. Regrading to their voices I already know who are them.

“That’s why I don’t like our boss, I thought she was kind but a bitch.”

I stop eavesdropping at and sat on my color pink swivel chair.

“Hey, who are you gossiping? Ma’am Chandria might hear you, she is in her office.”

If I am not stupid maybe this won’t happened.

It’s also my fault why I get pregnant I don’t want to blame to Enzo because I was the one who entered his room.

Too much is not good, I was too much crazy in love at Keran and look what happened on me. I am in the situation that I didn’t expect.

Enzo was right that I had been crazy over Keran that I am not thinking about myself anymore. Maybe this is the right time to focus my time and attention myself, to my child and to y shop.

My shops is about to get bankrupt because I am not checking it and neglecting this.

If I could turn back time I will do that. I was too desperate and I didn’t notice that I am putting myself in danger.

When afternoon comes, Enzo pick me up for lunch.

“Kienzo and Claire got home yesterday.” Enzo suddenly told while we are entering the restaurant.

“How’s ate Claire? Is she Okay now?” I asked worriedly.

He pulled a chair for me.

“She’s so sad to what had happened to their baby and to her friend. Kien didn’t come to work and I was the one doing his work.”

We haven’t told our order when they already serves us a food.

I roam around. I want to see the menu.

“Dria.” Enzo called my name in a warning tone.

I bit my lower lip.

“We already talked about this.”

I pouted and I get the spoon out of my will and infairness their soup is delicious and their other foods like a foods of animals in zoo.

“Atty Vladimir.” Someone caught our attention.

A old woman approach us.

“Emily.” Enzo greeted her and kissed her cheeks.

My brow furrowed.

They know each other? Are they that close?

“How’s Keran?” She asked.

“We haven’t sign our contract.” That woman said.

“Oh, Keran doesn’t contact you? I thought you both already signed the contract.”

“No, if not were I already thought that your brother is a scamming me.” Emily chuckled in a bitch way, she is old yet she’s flirting with Enzo, “I can’t contact him anymore and our contract is pending. I am here with the investor, if he didn’t call me in two days I am going to give the contract to them.” Emily laughs.

“Please, don’t give it to others, let me contact my brother, he’s a little bit busy maybe he forgot about it.” Enzo plead to that woman.

I much more beautiful than here. She’s already old yet acting like an teenage woman.

The woman laughed in a flirt way.

“Let’s have dinner my mind might change.”

Confirmed, she is flirting with Enzo.

“Sure” Enzo agreed and I look at him.

I rolled my eyes at the air.

“By the way, this is my wife Chandria.” Enzo introduce me to her.

“Hi, nice to meet you.” He offered me a hand shake and I accepted it.

“I have to go Vlad, they are waiting for me.” She bid and before she left she kissed Enzo’s cheeks and she smile at me.

“She’s supposed to be partner of Keran in business. They will be a business partner if Keran do better.” Enzo informed and I am not interested about that woman.

“Don’t worry, Keran is doing pure business he’s a little irresponsible sometimes. He’s busy with his career. Endorsing a products and services.”

“Ah, I ma not inform that Keran have a business.” I just know about it today.

Enzo shrugs, “yeah, that’s why he is a little bit busy. We’re just helping him.”

“That Emily likes you.”

Enzo eyebrow furrowed to what I had said.

“Do you think? I don’t think so, I think she likes Keran.” He chuckled, “don’t worry Keran’ don’t like. Keran is still single.” He assured me.

I didn’t answer at Enzo’s anymore until we reach the shop we are not talking.

He tried to talk to me pero but he didn’t receive any answer from me.

“Text me when you need something or want to eat, except dessert.” He said while we are near.

I am only looking at the road.

“Are you okay?”

I didn’t response at him and he park the car on the side of the shop.

I open his car door and left out without saying anything.

When I entered the shop my employee greeted me.

I’m planning to make a liptint. I am planning to enter the cosmetic industry and Keran can be my model.

I smile bitterly, I want to enter that because of him so he can promote my products and we can close from each other. I realized no matter what I do he won’t like me.

I was about to call Enzo when One of my employees knocked on the door.

“Ma’am , sir Vladimir is looking for you.” I stand up from my swivel chair when the door suddenly open.

“Keran.” My knee weaken when I mention his name.

What is he doing in my shop?

They are all have a Vladimir in their name, and that’s there second name.

Keran Vladimir Zade.

He grin at me.

“Miss me?” He grin.

Why am I feeling nervous seeing him? I should be happy that he visited me here.
