CHAPTER 5
Yash Deewan POV…..
I always wished for one thing and that is a beautiful family. Now god has fulfilled it. Now I want to give them all the happiness. I have a beautiful wife, a beautiful daughter and a handsome son and by god grace I have another daughter name Mila. I guess you all know her now and there is no need of introduction.
I am a successful business. A loyal business partners and I have a great bond with them. I was in the office and talking with Prateek (Mila’s dad).
“I am looking a handsome and settled guy who will take care of my Sia.”
“I am also thinking about Mila’s marriage. I think it’s a right time to get both married.” Prateek said.
“You just snatch my words Prateek. I called you to know whether you want her to get married or not.”
“You find out the guy or you just wanted to know?”
“I didn’t find the guy yet but soon I will find it for both my daughters.”
Yes, you all heard the right thing. I want Sia and Mila to get married in a good house. I want Mila’s marriage as well. I didn’t say Mila my daughter for some name sake but she is my daughter. I want both my daughters get settled and to see them happy. When we were talking, Sia called me
“Prateek, it’s Sia’s call. Will you please hold for a min.”
“Yeah, yeah sure. I will talk to you later, I have some meeting to attend.”
“Yeah, bye”
“Bye” Prateek said and I disconnected the call and attend Sia’s call
“Hey my beautiful princess.”
“Hey dad, actually I wanted to tell you something”
“What is it dear?”
“I am in shopping mall and I met with one of your business partner Mr Ritesh Khanna. He is in Los Angeles with his family.”
“Really? You met him? Why didn’t he call me?”
“Actually dad, he wanted to talk with you but by mistake he lost his phone and he also lost your contact number. He already told his assistant for your number but I guess his assistant is really slow in work. So I gave him your number and also I invited him and his family on dinner tonight”
“That’s wonderful my princess, you did right thing my child. Thank you so much dear. I will call him now and I also invite him on dinner.”
“Lovely dad, bye take care”
“Bye dear”
We disconnect the call and I called Ritesh instantly.
“Hello Ritesh, how are you?”
“Oh Yash, Hello my partner. How are you?” he said in all excitement. He is always the cheering person and jolly person. I really love his nature. Always smiling, talkative, no one can never feel bored in his presence.
“Where are you?”
“I am in Los Angeles, actually upcoming week my Elder son’s birthday so My daughter and My lovely wife wanted to celebrate here. So I came yesterday with my family.”
“Really? You have an Elder son?”
“Yes, His name is Shaurya Khanna and I have another son His name is Arav Arora.”
He have two sons then why their surnames are different. I wanted to ask him but thought not to ask now.
“I wanted to ask you something?”
We are on Video call and talking face to face. I think I should talk more about his both sons.
“I also wanted to ask you something?” he said and I get confused
“What is it tell me”
“Actually I and my wife Sakshi met with your daughter Sia and we both liked her instantly. We both liked her nature. She is beautiful, mature, loving, caring daughter. I wanted to ask that if you don’t mind then I have a marriage proposal for my elder son Shaurya.”
When he said that I just can’t tell you how happy I am feeling right now. I think it’s a god’s sign. Thank you god, Thank you so much for always there for me and for my family.
“You just snatch my words Ritesh. I wanted to ask you the same. But there is a problem.”
“What is it?” he asked
“I don’t know who your son is and what does he do. I want a perfect life partner for my daughter. She is gem for me. I don’t want to take risk for my daughter’s life.”
“I know what you want to say Yash. But trust me my son Shaurya is a gem as well. I know you are a daughter’s father and I am also the daughter’s father Yash. I can understand your fear. That’s why I already send you my both sons’ photos on your whatsapp. See.”
I checked my whatsapp and there are two photos. One is Shaurya’s and another one is Arav’s photo. I instantly liked both gentlemen. There comes smile on my face
“I liked both of your son Ritesh.”
“And I can say that you now know their profession’s as well. Shaurya is the CEO of S. K company and Arav is the CEO of A. A. K company. They also the business partner. Now are you satisfied?”
“I am very much satisfied.”
“I am also looking for a beautiful bride for my son Arav as well. If you have someone in your mind then….”
“Yes, I have another girl in my mind and trust me you will love her.” I said in all excitement.
“Who is she Yash?” he asked
“Her name is Mila Singh. She is my daughter’s best friend and my best friends daughter. She is just like my daughter Yash. I can’t describe her in words. Trust me she will be the perfect daughter-in-law. You can’t believe before I called you, I was talking with Prateek, her father. He is also looking for a handsome and settle guy for his daughter. He gave me the responsibility to find a perfect guy for her.”
“Then why don’t we meet and discuss everything?”
“Perfect idea, my daughter already invited you today on dinner. I will also call Prateek and tell him to come here tonight.”
“Then I will see you tonight my dear.”
“See you, bye.”
“Bye” we disconnected the call and I called Prateek. He attend the call in just one ring
“You were waiting for my call only?” I asked and laughed
“My meeting canceled so thought to talk with you. I was about to calling you but before I call you, you called me.”
“I have a great news for you”
“What is it?”
“I found a perfect guy for our daughters Prateek.”
“Really? Who is he? What they doing? Where they live?” he asked so many questions in one go.
“Wait, wait. I will tell you everything. Do you know my Partner Ritesh?”
“Yes I know him.”
“He have two son Shaurya and Arav. And he was looking for a beautiful bride. He gave me the proposal for Sia and Shaurya marriage then he asked me about another bride for his son Arav. I told him about Mila and he wants to meet us.”
“Do you have photos of Arav and Shaurya?”
“Yes I have. Wait let me send you.” I said and send him the pictures. He saw and got shocked
“They are one of the top businessman.”
“Yeah I know. First I got confused then I searched about them and get to know that they are one of the top business man and eligible bachelors.”
“You found a perfect life partner for our daughters. I am so happy Yash. I can’t tell you how much I am happy.”
“I know my dear friend. I am also happy. They are going to come tonight and You also have to come okay.”
“Ofcourse, ofcourse. I am coming. I have to do so many things now. Ok bye I will call you later.” He said and before I said anything he disconnected the call. I laughed so hard that my P. A got confused.
I called Dimple and told her everything. She got so excited and I also told her not to tell anything to both the girls. It’s a surprise for them. She agreed and I canceled all my meetings to reach home.
When I get ready, I and Dimple went to Sia’s room. And there I saw my two daughters in beautiful Indian dresses. They are looking so adorable. I praise both my girls and we came downstairs. After some time Ritesh and his wife and his daughter came and when I asked why their sons not come he said they have some work to finish. They wanted to come but the work was urgent. I can understand their situation. I finally asked about his son’s Arav surname and Sakshi told us that he is her sister’s son who met with an accident and died on the spot and they both adopted him. That’s why he used his dad’s surname. Just then Prateek came with Suhana and we all start do chit chat.
Finally we started to talk on our favorite topic, marriage. when we get sure that children are not here we finalized that upcoming week Ritesh and Sakshi throwing a birthday party for their son Shaurya and on the same Day Rehan’s birthday as well. So we decided to make a marriage announcement on that day and we will invite media as well. Shaurya weds Sia, Arav weds Mila. We decided that we will not tell them about this. We will give them a big surprise.
When children came downstairs we all decide to start our dinner and after that Khanna family went to their home and Prateek and Suhana left with Mila for their home.
The night spent well. I and Dimple are so happy that we can’t describe it in some words. For now, Goodnight everyone.
