Chapter 221 Chapter Two Hundred and Twenty-One
Brandon laughs. "I know. It's great."
"I think I'm just going to get the funnel cake bites." Logan says, smiling.
We tell the guy behind the counter our order and within a couple of minutes he has it ready for us. The three of us make our way into mini golf place and find Calvin and Harrison at the second hole.
"There you guys are. We thought maybe you got lost." Calvin says, when he sees us walk over.
"We were getting snacks. Do you want to try these? They are delicious." I say, holding up the cinnamon roll bites.
Calvin smiles. "No thank you baby, but I will take a bite of that giant cookie." He says, looking over at Brandon.
Brandon shakes his head. "I wasn't offering."
Calvin nods his head, smiling. "Please. Just a bite." He begs.
Brandon sighs and walks over to Calvin. "Fine." He says, holding out the cookie.
Calvin takes a bite and smiles with a mouthful of cookie. "Thanks!" He says, in a muffled tone.
"Do you want one Harrison?" I ask, offering him one of my cinnamon roll bites.
"Yes, I do. I will get one in just a second. As soon as I get this stupid ball in the hole." Harrison says, as he hits the ball for the fourth time since I have been standing here.
Calvin scoffs and looks over at me with a smirk. "You are going to be waiting a while."
Harrison turns and flips him off. "Fuck you dude." He says, as he hits the ball again.
This time it goes in and I throw my free hand up in the air. "Yay!" I say, cheering.
Harrison smiles, taking a bow. "Thank you! Now, give me one of those cinnamon rolls." He says, winking and coming over to me.
I laugh and hold them out to him. "You earned it."
Calvin laughs. "He hasn't earned it yet. I'm winning."
"It's not over yet!" Harrison says, as he eats his cinnamon roll.
"Let's go then mother fucker." Calvin says, challengingly.
The two of them head to the next hole and we follow them. I think we were all supposed to be playing, but this is much more fun. By the time they get to the last hole they are tied.
"This one will decide who wins." Logan says, smiling way more than he should. He has gotten very invested in this game, which is almost as entertaining as watching Calvin and Harrison talk trash to each other.
Brandon wraps his arm around my shoulders. "Are you still having fun?" He asks, giving me a gentle squeeze.
I nod my head, smiling. "Yeah, I am."
"Good. I've had a lot of fun hanging out with you today. I'm glad your husbands are okay with it." He says, winking at me.
I smile. My husbands. I love the way that sounds. I'm ready to be a married woman and a mom. I can't wait to start our next chapter of life together. "Me too." I say, turning my attention back to the game where Calvin is taking the last shot. The ball goes in and he starts cheering.
"I told you I was going to win!" He says, turning his attention to Harrison.
Harrison rolls his eyes. "You only won because I was distracted."
Calvin's eyes go wide and he laughs, looking around. "Distracted by what?"
Harrison looks over at me. "By this gorgeous woman, of course. How was I supposed to focus with her looking like that over there?"
I laugh, shaking my head. "Don't try to blame me."
Harrison gives me a 'help me out' kind of look and says. "Your were supposed to say sorry for distracting me."
"My bad." I say, giving him an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry I distracted you."
"Thank you." Harrison says and we all start laughing.
"Are you guys ready to head home?" Calvin asks.
I nod my head. "That's fine with me, if you guys are ready to head home."
They all nod their heads and we make our way to the car. "I'll drop you off first. That way you can go see your men." Logan says, when we pull into our neighborhood.
"Thank you guys for such an incredible day and for going shopping with me." I say, when we are almost back to my house.
"We should do stuff like this more often. It was a great day." Calvin says.
"Yes we should." I say, when we pull into my driveway.
They all get out and give me a hug, saying their goodbyes. The house is mostly quiet when I make my way inside, aside from the sound of the TV in the living room. I carey my dress with me down the hall to the living room. The second I walk through the door Reece sees me and stands up, coming over to me.
"I missed you so much babygirl. I'm glad you are home." He says, wrapping me in a tight hug. "Is that your dress?" He asks, looking at the garment bag in my hand when he pulls back.
