Chapter 57 Fifty-Seven
'Mason,' Danica tried as he continued to hold her tightly.
"I can hear you." Mason confirmed as his smile grew bigger. "I'm so glad you're back."
'What happened?' Danica asked as she continued to take in the area around her.
The moon was already high in the sky, and its white light glowed down on the field she and Mason are currently occupying. She couldn't quite place her finger on it, but something about the moon exhilarated her and made her want to run and enjoy her new-found limbs.
"I can tell you later if you want to go for a run." Mason chuckled, sensing Danica's building energy.
Standing, Danica stretched her limbs, getting a feel for them as Mason stood up. Fully naked already, he gave a stretch as his body began to contort and shift until his large golden wolf remained where he had been minutes prior.
'Ready?' He asked through the mindlink now.
'Are you okay to do this?' Danica asked, looking at the scratches that still littered his body.
To Danica's surprise, the scratches had already begun to heal. Fixing her gaze with Mason's, she could easily see what should be a smirk on the golden wolf's face.
'Now that your wolf is released, you should heal this quickly too.' Mason explained. 'How do you think you survived the abaasy attack?'
Shivering, Danica found herself remembering all those undead creatures clawing and biting her.
'Don't remind me.' She growled, pushing the images away. 'Shall we run?'
Nodding, Mason took off like a flash, leaving Danica watching in awe. She couldn't help but admire how smoothly the golden wolf glided through the air and disappeared into the woods beyond.
Deciding now or never, Danica extended her body and took off to follow.
Running in wolf form was truly an exhilarating feeling for Danica; she couldn't help but remember the time Mason mentioned how it felt and how intoxicating it was when she complained about not wanting to be a wolf.
Looking back on that now, she couldn't even recognize that Danica—that girl—wasn't her and never again would be.
'Keep up.' Mason panted through the mindlink, catching Danica's attention.
Quickening her pace, Danica easily caught up with Mason before gaining the lead and leaving him in the dust.
'Seems you need to keep up!' Danica cooed sweetly.
She could hear Mason howl behind her as he caught up, nipping at her back paws, causing her to stumble and fall before landing on top of her panting.
Leaning his head in, Mason licked Danica's face before jumping off of her and taking off. Laughing in her head, Danica got up and began to chase happily into the night.
The feeling of Mason's hands tracing along her bare skin roused Danica from her sleep. They had been up most of the night running through the woods,enjoying Danica's new-found relationship with her wolf. It was only when the sun had begun to rise that both wolves shifted back to humans and fell into an exhausted sleep.
"What time is it?" Danica asked, squinting her eyes against the onslaught of the much-too-bright sun. "How long have we been asleep?"
"Noon." Mason responded as his mouth found Danica's neck. "We've been asleep for about six hours, give or take."
Giggling Danica moved her head, giving Mason better access to her skin as she arched her back, allowing his dick to press against her ass.
"We're out in the open." She said now as Mason's hand reached around, cupping her breast as the other traveled down between her legs.
"So?" Mason murmured as he nipped at Danica's neck, sending shivers throughout her body. "We are so far away that no one would ever find us."
"Really now." Danica moaned as Mason's fingers easily found their way between her folds and into her already wet opening. "Mmmmmm Mason...."
Leaning more on her back, Danica allowed Mason's mouth to find her hard nipples as he shoved two fingers into her so he could begin to work her.

Grabbing Danica's hips, Mason easily flipped her onto her stomach. Pulling her ass up into the air, he positioned himself between her cheeks before roughly entering her from behind, causing Danica to immediately convulse around him from the sudden intrusion.
"Damnit baby...." Mason growled as he began to move. "Didn't even give me a chance to be fully in..."
"Whose fault?" Danica growled as Mason quickened his pace.
Closing her eyes, Danica began to allow herself to get lost in the new sensations she was feeling from Mason due to their increased mate bond after her curse was lifted.
With the curse in place, Danica had thought that things couldn't get better, but now she was feeling all new heights from the man she loved.
"HARDER MASON!" Danica begged. "MASON!"
Growling Mason continued to slam into Danica as his nails elongated into claws and stabbed into the soft skin of her hips as he too got lost in the pleasure he was feeling.

Slamming into Danica one last time, Mason let out a loud groan as he released deep within her womb before pulling out and flipping Danica over just to jump on her, pressing his lips against hers hungrily while slamming into her once more.
"MORE MASON....MASON!" Danica screamed as Mason began to pound into her once more.
Lifting himself, Mason grabbed hold of Danica's hips, pulling them up so that her ass was lifted off the ground as he continued to thrust into her rough and hard.
Danica watched as Mason's eyes darkened while he took in her bouncing breasts as he moved with her.
"Damnit, woman, you're beautiful." Mason said as he pulled Danica up against him, so she was sitting in his lap. "Finish us off." He murmured, nipping her neck.

Panting and completely exhausted, they fell to the ground, staring up at the blue sky above.
"Heaven." Danica murmured, closing her eyes as she allowed the sunlight to caress her skin as she finished riding out her high.
