Chapter 86 Chapter 0086
•NADIA•
"Nadia," my father’s voice sounded behind me as I was doing my makeup in front of my dressing table.
I placed down my contouring brush and turned to him. "Is everything okay, Dad?"
"I just spoke with Mason," he answered as he walked in and closed the door behind him. "He told me he would be home in two days. We must officiate your title as the Alpha before he returns."
"Don't worry, Daddy," I said as I got up from the chair and leaned toward him. "I have everything under control. I am already the Alpha of Silvercrest, and no one will take that away from our family ever again."
"There are some pack members who still believe in him as the rightful Alpha, so he must not return before everyone declares their loyalty to you."
"There's a pack meeting later today since it will be a full moon," I answered. "They will all howl and declare me as their Alpha. Mason will have no one when he returns."
"I knew you'd never let me down," he replied, cupping my face in his hand before he turned to the door. "I will meet with the elders now. We will talk when I come back."
I waved at him as he opened the door and walked out.
I touched the necklace around my neck and couldn't believe how far I had gotten in five years.
I had done everything I said I would do without Mason suspecting a thing.
I walked to the table contour near the couch in my bedroom and poured myself a glass of wine. But before I could take a sip, the door creaked open.
For a moment I thought it was my father, but when I tilted my head and saw Ronan, my entire mood changed.
I bit my lower lip as I placed the glass down and rushed toward him. I wrapped my arms around him and giggled.
"Alpha," he murmured when he pulled back. "You've finally done it. Silvercrest now belongs to you."
I walked to the contour and poured him a glass of wine.
"Mason is returning in two days," I answered. "I've ensured that no one informed him of anything, including the Gamma, and his son. So, I need assurance that he will be dealt with as soon as he gets here."
"Don't worry. Mason will not be a problem for long," he answered, his voice lowering. "When he returns to Silvercrest, he will be dealt with. Permanently."
"How?" I asked.
"Leave that to me," he replied. "I have people in place. When Mason walks through those borders, he won’t walk out." He paused. "You’ll be a widow and an Alpha with no competing claim."
"Thank you," I answered, smiling. "I knew you'd have my back."
"You don’t need to thank me. My sister gave me the contacts of a witch. She will take care of everything for us, and once Mason leaves Silvercrest, he won't come back."
He leaned toward me, planted a gentle kiss on my lips as his hand found my breast and squeezed.
"I will give you everything, Nadia," he murmured against my ear. "Every territory, every alliance, and everything I’ve built. You will never stand behind anyone again."
"Do you promise?"
"I promise."
I kissed him and pushed him back on the couch. I pulled down his pants and grabbed his dick. He groaned when I started moving my hand around his cock.
I looked at him as he tried to hold himself back before his cum squirted onto my chest.
I chuckled softly when I saw how big the load was.
And when he tried to tackle me onto the couch, I pushed him back before I got on top of him and did a woman on top.
"Hey, Rowie!" I said as I opened the door to his room. But when I walked him and saw him trying to break his window, I closed the door behind me and scoffed.
He heard the door and froze.
We looked at each other for a moment and then I laughed.
"Get down from there, Rowan," I sighed as I folded my arms across my chest. "You know damn well those windows are aluminum and won't open that easily."
He looked at me and sneered. "Get away from me!"
I rolled my eyes before I leaned closer, grabbed him by the back of his shirt and pulled him inside in one clean motion.
When he twisted and tried to find his footing, I pushed him firmly down onto the floor and held him there with a hand on his shoulder.
He looked up at me. "Let me go!" He snarled.
"No," I scoffed. "You're not going anywhere."
"My father will come back, and when he does—"
"Your father," I said, crouching down to his level. "Won't do anything to me. I am the Alpha now, and you will do everything I tell you. Do you understand?"
"You're the evil stepmother," he snarled. "My father will—"
"Dean!" I called out as I straightened up. And when the door opened, I stepped back from Rowan. "Take him away from here. Lock him up in the dungeons and make sure no one lets him go."
"Yes, Alpha," Dean answered before he grabbed Rowan from the floor and headed to the door with him.
Once they were gone, I grabbed Rowan’s cell phone from the contour and crushed it under my foot.
The sim card was already removed from it so he wouldn't be able to call his father during the courtyard meeting.
I then slipped my cell phone from my pocket and called Mason.
I took a deep breath before I lowered my voice and made it sound broken.
"Mason," I sniffed when he answered the call. "Please, you must come home. Rowan is missing."
