72: The Wolf

Meanwhile back at her new place.

A knock came on the door.

"Go away!"

The door opened up never the less making Kavyaa sigh out.

"We need to talk."

"The only person I'll talk to is Mark!" She fired.

"What are you doing in my room late at night Mia?" Ethan asked closing his bedroom door with his foot, kind of loudly making Kavyaa instantly nervous and afraid.

Damn him and his dangerous aura. Kavyaa had just about enough of his plays and decided that it was high time she stood up for herself and expose him.

"Oh drop the act, Roman! I know who you are!"

Ethan leaned against the door to his room and smirked flashing his silver eyes towards her.

"I know who you are as well Miss Kavyaa Chanda." He winked playfully returning his eyes back to normal.

"Wh..What do you mean by that?" Kavyaa asked nervously afraid that he knew more about her than met the eye.

"Oh c'mon let's not play around the bush sweetheart. I've seen you display your powers before. In fact you've used them on me too."

Kavyaa shook her head folding her arms and shaking her head in confusion. There was no way she ever used her powers on him. She'd never risk exposing her powers in Infront of a human. Ever.

"I...I I don't know what you're talking about?" She played dumb, wishing he'd drop the matter.

"C'mon think about it. After all, I'm a wolf whom you've met out in the woods before."

Then her heart pounded in sudden realisation.

"No!" She whispered thinking about the wolf she'd run into before.

Ethan smirked enjoying her troubled features.

"Please tell me you're not Silver?"

Then wickedly Ethan pulled out his clothes and suddenly leaped into the air and exposed his true form towards her as he pounced towards her in surprise making her trip over his bed.

Kavyaa screamed as he hovered over her, and grinned down with a little powerful growl escaping his mouth.

"No!! Tt..Turn back, please!!! Please, you're scaring me!!"

Kavyaa whimpered underneath his huge form, whilst covering her eyes. She felt a small lick placed upon her hands when she sobbed out. Ethan who was in his absolute true form as Roman then relaxed. Kavyaa soon heard fast bone cracking on top of her and when she peeked out from under her hand she saw Ethan now staring down at her in his very naked true form.

Kavyaa couldn't help but blush as he stared down at her so lustfully towards her. He leaned down ever so slowly upon her body and Kavyaa could feel his heat radiating off him. Surprisingly, even though he had her on his bed trapped underneath him, Ethan had spread himself on fours making sure not to touch any part of her trembling body.

Kavyaa quickly closed her eyes and looked away from him in fear as his face came extremely close to her. She could feel his hot minty breath upon her neck and jawline that caused shivers to run down her spine.

As much as Ethan wanted to take a sweet bite at her shoulder, he refrained from doing so. Which p! ssed Roman off, since he was eager to claim her more than ever. For now, he wished to see how she behaved with him. He'd have no fun submitting her into submission if she refused to acknowledge him as her Alpha.

"I enjoy messing with you." He haughtily whispered quietly close towards her ear, making her heart pound in her chest.

"Pp...Please don't hurt me, Ethan." Kavyaa whispered out shaking like a leaf beneath him. How could she not? After all, he was a predator that she didn't trust.

Ethan wished to carres her in his hold and do so much more to her in his bed, but he resisted his temptation and slowly took his sweet time sliding away from her.

Once he got off her, Kavyaa slowly sat up with her chest panting up and down. She blushed and quickly looked away after catching his naked back, which turned his attention towards his walk-in closet. She quickly wiped her tears away and concentrated on the truth.

Werewolves were real.

Kavyaa then quickly got off the bed, but just as she did so she lost her balance and fell to the floor. Her fear levels were so high that she'd become weak at her knees.

Ethan then came out of his walk-in closet with a pair of dark sweatpants on, and watched her from the door, as he grabbed a white shirt and wore it over his head.

"Falling for me already?" He mused as Kavyaa slowly got back up to her feet and looked back shooting him a short silent glare.

Don't flatter yourself you crazy wolf!

"Oh c'mon don't give me that look."

"You lied to me! You kidnapped me and attacked me out in the ice rink!"

"I wouldn't have to, but you see beautiful. You started to get close to one of the junior betas, and you really made me annoyed when you exposed your wonderful secret to Nico when you went inside the tent with him. Oh, you have no idea how angry I was with you princess."

"Then you sneaked in my room whilst I was asleep! Why would you do that!!! Urgh, I can't believe I couldn't recognise you earlier!!! I mean deep down inside I knew you and Silver had this similar aura, but I never imagined..."

"That your 'Silver' would turn out to be a hot-blooded werewolf guardian?"

Kavyaa scoffed shaking her head at the last word.

"You're no longer my guardian. You're fired."

"Baby calm down, I get that you're upset with me, but there's no reason to fire me? Besides didn't I protect you from that sleazeball teacher of yours?"

Kavyaa groaned out relaying that scene in her head.

"Don't get me started on him. Besides what's it to you if I showed Nico my secret?! And anyways now that I know who you are, I won't be sticking around your territory that's for sure."

"So who will you go to?" Ethan asked checking her out from where he stood. God, she was so cute and hot when she was angry with him.

"Mark!" Kavyaa fired.

Ethan couldn't help but chuckle amused.

"What's so funny?"

"You know, he's a wolf too?"

A flashback of Mark's great big black wolf came back to her. She remembered Kane recognising him in his true form before he chased him away.

Oh my god! He lied too!!!

Even if he did, he wasn't as bad as Ethan.

"At least he's not a killer wolf, like you!" She snapped.

Mark was her protector.

Ethan nodded his head and scoffed finding her comment amusing. Mark used to be a ruthless killer when he ruled as Alpha.

Now he'd gone soft, thanks to his mate.

"So you're angry with me for killing that crazy science teacher who by the way not only stalked you but also tried to attack you?"

"You could have just knocked him out Ethan and handed him over to the authorities?"

Ethan then slowly walked towards her. Kavyaa nervously gulped and immediately walked back until her back met the wall. It was easy to tell, that she still feared him to a certain level that concerned her heart.

Thanks to Mark for insisting he keeps his wolfish secret on lock. Ethan decided to calm Kavyaa's rage for him soon enough once he broke her into submission.

"I am the authority when it comes to handling crazy werewolves like him, do you know what would have happened if I hadn't killed him Kavyaa? He'd come after you again and again until he either killed you or marked you as his."

The thought troubled her to her core. Kavyaa nervously gulped as she slowly passed him. Her target was the door, and as much as she loved to run towards it, she bravely faced Ethan again, who kept his eyes deadlocked with her every movement.

There was no way he'd let her escape from him after she found out the truth.

"What do you mean by market?" Kavyaa asked curiously.

"It's a wolf bite. The bite is special it's like a claim that the female belongs to the male wolf who marks her."

The way he watched her shoulder dangerously made her heart skip stones. With the look of desire in his eyes, Kavyaa felt a wild shiver run down her spine.

Was he planning to mark her?!

"Ouch, well that's creepy." Kavyaa scoffed taking a slow step away from him, when he stepped towards her once more.

"It's not creepy. Like I said the mark is special. It warns away another wolf not to go after their fated mate, because if they do, they're dead, and that night Finlay looked forward to marking you as his."

The way he watched her made her heart skip a beat.

"Is..Is the wolf bite fatal?"

"If it's done wrong, yes the bite can be deadly," Ethan said easily eyeing up her neck, whilst licking his lower lip fighting this great temptation to claim her.

Kavyaa nervously gulped and decided to change the subject, to more concerning matters than a wolf bite.

"What about Ricky? I saw Cloud kill him too!"

Ethan sighed and looked towards her annoyed. He hated the fact that she was worried about that silly fool.

"That stupid jock is still alive, and is in the middle of transitioning."

"Transitioning?"

"Follow me, I need to show you something."

Kavyaa sighed and reluctantly followed him as he went inside his huge room. He pulled out a book and opened his secret door down to the basement.

She'd already been down there, and now he wanted to take her with him alone.
