We weren't even half way to the apartment I just acquired, where I was moving the cars officially when my dad started calling. The phone call was intentionally ignored since I knew why he was calling, Florence couldn't handle me alone any longer. His text got me laughing but I still chose to ignore.

"I'm okay here. I will be back soon. But for now, have a peaceful night." I dropped the call and switched off my phone, knowing my dad would call next.
Sleeping in my house, on my bed and without noise from anyone was totally what I needed and that night, I got it in full dose. It wasn't long before the sweet sleep came and I only awoke to the new dawn, indicated by brightness.
