Damien’s P.O.V

It has been two hours since I crossed through the portal. I decided to look first at the university. I have only been here briefly; I have no idea who to fucking look for. What does Minerva even look like? They said she’s Tabitha’s twin but, I am not seeing anyone who closely resembles Tabitha yet. Did something happen to her? Was she discovered? I walk around the entire school. Thing only way for me to actually find her is by actually attending classes. I have a condo that I bought which is close to the University. This is going to take longer than expected.

I walk down a hallway; fuck Travis is there with a really hot brunette hanging on him. Kayla did say Minerva follows him everywhere. Hopefully that might be her. He has his head down looking at something, he doesn’t notice me. I walk past him quietly. I stop at my first class on my schedule. I am glad that a lot of the crazy shit happened over the weekend, if Kayla is going to be missing any classes, I will have to let the office know and pose as her brother. I decide before going into my class to stop there. I walk into the office, and I can tell it’s going to be difficult for me, the woman behind the desk is she-wolf. She’s going to recognize my Alpha power. I might have to be honest, and profess that Tabitha is my mate. I cannot lie to another wolf. If the lady were human, I could possibly lie and say she’s, my sister. This sucks since I do not want to draw any attention to her or myself. If Travis finds out that I am here, he’s going to challenge me, he’s possibly looking for Tabitha since she claimed him and marked him when he tried to reject her. Last, I remember his thoughts saying that he wants her dead, to get out of the bond. He knows Kayla is his mothers sister, if he actually saw me that night in the woods, he’ll connect the dots and figure out we have his mother. I push these thoughts aside as I walk into the room.

“Hello, Ms. Tillers”

“Yes, Alpha, how can I help you?”

“I needed to let you know that Rose, had to return home for a family emergency.”

“I see, and how to do you know Rose Porter?”

“She’s my mate, hence the same last name”

“Oh” she says with a gasp.

“I apologize, forgive me Alpha, I had no idea! Upon your wish I will excuse her from school until she returns, she’ll a one month leave of absence. We do this for all pack students we have that attend here in case certain emergencies related to pack business arrives”

“You do?”

“Yes, humans do not know this but, this school was founded by a werewolf pack that was once royalty in this area, the Stonehill Pack” I stare at her in shock.

“Would it be out of turn to let you know then that she is the true blooded daughter of missing Alpha Carter Stonehill? Just off the record?” She fell into her chair in shock and had tears bubbling in her eyes.

“How do you know this?” she asked me with a smile on her face while choking up a bit”

“My mother is the previous Luna’s sister. Luna Emberly Stonehill, my mother is Raven”

“Dear God! The winds are indeed changing like I envisioned!”

“What do you mean?”

“I used to be a seer for the pack, and I am Ravens cousin”

“Really?”

“Yes, Raven and Emberly were from a smaller pack in royal district. The Amethyst Star pack. It was named that a millennia ago after their first Alpha couple The Luna was the daughter of Alpha Brolin who was the Werewolf King during that time, she married Alpha Knox Star, their child was a true gift from the goddess. She was born with pale skin; Dark Mohogany hair and her eyes were purple like an Amethyst. She had a natural birth mark on her lower back in the shape of a star. It glowed like the moon. She was touched by the goddess. She was their first Seer.”

“Fascinating”

“The twin legend comes from the Alpha King, his two first born children were twins blessed with special powers. They and Amethyst worked together side by side to keep peace in the kingdom. She was killed during a rogue attack. Someone was trying to kidnap her but, the rogues got to carried away and decided to kill her instead. There has not been a seer in the pack until me. I do not have her markings or power like she did but, I am blessed as a seer.”

Hearing her story really resonated with me. Tabitha, which is her real name but, Rose as she went by here, is a twin, and her sister is here, what if they had a cousin who was also a seer? What if the moon goddess was trying to restore the kingdom here, and trying to restore balance? What if Selene was setting things in motion to finally destroy Luthor’s? It seemed that the Luthor’s had gotten worse than ever. From the mental conversation I was privy to with Kayla’s dad, and my mothers confession. The Luthor’s have become cannibalistic. This needs to be told to the werewolf council. This practice is grotesque and strictly forbidden. If I can slip into that room, and steal one of the corpses, if it can be proven that Sinclaire at Kayla’s family those years ago, the council will consider him a mad tyrant wolf and kill him. First things first, find Minerva.

“Is there anyone else in the family that has the ability besides yourself?”

“Well, if you’re Ravens son, which I can tell you are, you resemble her a bit. You’re family. I beg of you to please keep this to yourself after what happened to Emberly. My daughter, Scarlett, looks exactly like Amethyst. We sent her away to boarding school away from here”

“You do not want anyone to connect the dots after what happened to Emberly.”

“No, it would crush me. She attends a boarding school overseas for supernatural creatures.”

“I need to tell you something, I am praying you can also keep this a secret, what if I were to tell you that Emberly’s twins are alive but, separated for their protection. What if I were to tell you that one of them is in my pack, and I have a possible location on the other twin?”

“Dear goddess! They’re alive!” she said in whispered shout.

“Yes, I think we might need your daughters help. I’m going to reunite them; I’m working to bring Alpha Carter home.” There were tears in her eyes when I mentioned Alpha Carter. She was hugging me in relief, from what I learned from Kayla and Verona, the pack has been living in torment since he left. He needs to go back to restore peace and balance to his pack. Coming out of my thoughts I told Ms. Tillers. “We’re working on restore balance to that pack. Do not tell anyone about this or all will be lost.” She nodded her head. “Now, I am going to go attend my classes and search for her twin. Some girl named Minerva” she gasped, and her hand flew to her mouth at the mention of the name.

“I can help you there” she said to me as she gave me a picture of Minerva. Damn if she didn’t almost resemble Carter. I never would have guessed. That’s why I was having difficulty, I was thinking twins that look almost identical. Kayla and Minerva were twins but, they were the ones that looked polar opposites. It was like my mother and aunt Emberly. Ying and Yang. One had dark hair, the other had white hair.  

Tabitha had platinum blond hair. Minerva apparently had black hair like Alpha Carters. It was completely polar opposites but, both sides of the same coin. I heard my mother talk about how if the twin is born with dark hair, they could have some form of dark powers, if one is born light hair, they could have some form of lighter powers. It all depends on the twins. Thinking of this made my think of my siblings. They are both twins? Do they have special abilities? I will have to talk to my mother about it.

Meanwhile, I get to my first class which is Economics 101. I nearly fall off my chair when I see her walk in., She walks like Tabitha when we were in high school, they’re definitely twins. She has an air about her that commands the room, just like Tabitha. I immediately grow to dislike her when she walks past a nerdy human with glasses on and drops a soda on her head, then laughs, she knocks the girl off the chair without the teacher in the room. Taunts her into crying . Her possy smeer ice cream and other stuff in the girls hair. Everyone else is starting to laugh, the human girl humiliated runs from the room while Minerva and her possy steal the first front row so there's no were to sit.

I look away disgusted, that right there reminded me of Whitney. It’s like combining them both. That’s a toxic combination, if she wasn’t Tabitha’s twin, I would steer clear of her. I have to talk to her and find away to trick her into coming back home with me. Fuck my life! I now wish it were anyone else but me.
